Only because I couldn’t give -ve stars. Very bad experience at the bank, the lady at the start counter was busy having a call for 15 minutes, the digital banking lady at counter 6 was very helpful 4* for her. However, the service manager at counter 5 was a pathetic experience. she has bias towards her home branch people and apparently would not work for you or deny your all the services if it is not your home branch. She even denied to make this branch as my home branch lol, least interested to do anything except the cheque clearance work, she treated all pension and NPS request clients too in similar way standing in a queue ahead of me. Irrespective it is a monetary or non-monetary transaction you should treat all the customers with the same respect and utmost importance. Few employees of SBI especially from this branch need to learn basic ethics! If you have other branch option skip this one for sure.

My SBI credit card became a target of international credit card fraudsters resulting in unauthorised transactions of 1.40 lakh theft without any OTP or any traces left.Ms JYOTSNA on the 1st floor was excellent in her service and very helpful and co operative.She guided us very well and helped us get a full charge back quickly.A million thanks to her.When SBI publishes its annual report Kindly include Ms JYOTSNA as an invaluable ASSET in the Assets column of your Balance Sheet.SBI needs several such Jyotsnas to remain India's No 1 PSU Banks!

If i could, i would give ratings in negatives... Such worst experience with this branch. I tried to deposit cash with cash deposit machine and the machine got broke and my notes were torn. I tried to deposit in the bank, the staff warned me that if these notes wont be accepted by the branch, i will debit the money from your account!!! Is it my fault that your machine got broke and your employee asked me remove notes?? And she has audacity to tell me that we will debit them if not accepted by the branch???

जुन्या जागेतून नवीन जागेत आले,जागा व वातावरण साठी 5* ,पण आतल्या कामकाजासाठी 1* ,कोणत्याही कामासाठी आलात तरी कमीत कमी 1 तास आरामात बसून गार होऊनच बाहेर पडाल ही शाश्वती,,,,मग ते पासबुक छापणे असो,,, पैसे भरणे,,,पैसे काढणे,,किंवा कोणतेही काम असो,,,बँकेत गर्दी असो किंवा नसो 1 तास ठरलेले,,,शेवटी संथ वाहते कृष्णामाई …

One of the most annoying brand i can say they don't have respect for senior citizens aswell bkwasss .... Just bcoz it is government Bank it is working ....

It was really confusing to get here as the location on the map is wrong for the main branch.

Bank ambition is good, but Pension Counter staff (mam) is very disgusting person.

Slow work, bad staff, counter no. 6 personal is so lozy

Customer service was good and even they guide well.

Humble staff, gold loan was processed in 1 hr.
