Jet Blue sent us with Z trip to transfer airports due to a delayed flight. In the process of figuring this out, we got in and out of 3 different cars and waited 30 minutes. Jet Blue and Z trip management were arguing in front of us on how this trip was going to work on and having clear disagreements on price. It was very unprofessional from both parties. The first ztrip car driver found out the details of the trip and decided he didnt want to do it. I find it interesting that the drivers can refuse trips - isnt that their job? Plus why would we get all our luggage in his car, etc THEN he was allowed to make this decision. Z trip kept blaming further issues on JetBlue, which, i couldnt tell who was really at fault, but either way its unprofessional to blame another company. THEN THE Z TRIP CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. I smelt burning fumes, the back window was broken, and the car was rattling. The driver also noticed this and pulled off the highway and called his management. The driver was courteous and did the right thing, but I was very alarmed at the fact that the car we were riding in was in such poor shape. I felt unsafe and didnt want to trust that the next car to come save us would be reliable, so we discontinued our ride there and found a different service, stranded in a McDonalds.

This is the 1st time I've been cab-scammed in yrs. It was almost like being in NYC again LOL. I needed a taxi from Jacksonville Airport. The taxi booth was empty and had a sign that said, "If you need a taxi go to the shuttle booth." When I did, I told the young lady manning the booth I needed a taxi. I saw a line of branded Z-cars and asked her what they were. She said oh those are taxis they just have a new name. Then she put me into a car that looked like a luxury car. I got in and said, Wow this is a nice taxi! Several times before we pulled out, that woman told the driver to "use the meter." He kept saying what? And she kept telling him to use the meter! When we arrived at my destination the ride was $190 not counting tip. I was stunned. Uber charges me $30-$40 and while my Uber driver does me a favor I think with low fares, there is no way this fare should have been $190. I looked into it and the driver explained he was a black car service, not really a taxi, and that they did have taxis there but that the woman put me into a black car for some reason. They should not be permitted to put a passenger who asks for a taxi into a black car without explaining to them what they're doing and how expensive it is. Super disappointed.

Don't waste your time. I made a reservation on a Sunday for an 11am Monday pickup for a wheelchair van to transport my 94 year old mom from Orange Park Medical Center Rehab to her assisted living facility. Ztrip sent me a confirmation text shortly after making the reservation. At 11:10 Monday they hadn't shown so I called them. I was informed the van was on the way and please wait 5-10 more minutes. 11:25 still a no-show. Called again and was informed they only had one van available and it was well over an hour away. At this time my mom could not return to her room and we couldn't get a new ride at this late time. She was pretty much stranded. We were able to secure a ride another way although it was well after noon now. I don't get how a company can take a reservation, confirm it and then never show up. Very disappointed. If you need to be somewhere at a certain time don't expect Ztrip to get you there. They won't show up and won't even tell you they aren't going to show. You will be stranded. You'll miss your flight. You'll miss your appointment. You'll miss your party. You'll miss going home. Never again.

On August 2nd, 2023 on my way home from work I was rear ended by a ztrip driver who was not paying attention to the stop light. He caused my bumper to be smushed in, damage to my muffler, as well as broke my back tie rod in the process. He was rude and hostile despite the fact he hit me while I was sitting at a stop light on Philips highway. Once I started to call the police and ask for insurance he begged to not involve insurance and tried touching my car’s bumper saying the damage wasn’t even that bad and his car was way worse. He then talked about having to take his car to his mechanic to get it fixed so the company won’t find out. We ended up trying to work something out without involving insurance so he gave me $178 which is not nearly enough to cover the damage he caused, and then he begged me not to tell his company. This was my first accident so I was naive on what I should do. But honestly this guy should NOT BE DRIVING. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

10+ years living in Jax never have I ever paid $80.25 from the airport to my home. And paid to her personal app rather than the machine attached to the seat. Honestly I was so tired after having my flight delayed and wanted to see my kids so badly, that when the gentleman told me it would be $80.25, I said,"do I have another option?", looking at the other booth, he said, "no all of the cabs here are the same company". And I said "okay" and took the bait. Once I had to pay I thought I'd just swipe my card on the machine that's placed on the back of the passenger seat, nope she asked "how much did he say it was?um 80 something right?" I told her the amount she placed the amount on her phone and I tapped my card on something attached to her phone. It's sad that they do this to people that come here to visit, or people they assume are not from here.

Do not get in a strip vehicle. I looked up the well know company to take me to the TIAA stadium, for $27 Saturday at 6:30 through their APP. I was recommended a Ztrip and said I'd try it instead. Was told on the phone we could work out a cash deal. Driver arrived and I asked how much and he said he wasn't sure it was just metered. This is my fault I understand, but I was charged 74.80 from baymeadows holiday inn, to the stadium. Less than 20 minutes. Again this was a $27 trip on a well know international service at the exact same time. This company used to be Yellow Cab Jax according to the driver. They changed name because they had a terrible reputation. Needless to say the driver wasn't tipped. He asked what time we wanted to be picked up to go home and I laughed. The other service took us home for $34.75. DO NOT GET IN THEIR CARS!!!

Coming off a cruise, z trip driver refused to let me get in any of the z trip cars. He told all of the drivers to not take us because we didn’t have a car seat and said it was the Florida state law. He then told me to get an officer and they would tell me. I looked up Florida statues and then went to the cruise terminal and got an officer. The officer agreed that Florida said car seat requirements don’t apply to for hire vehicles or taxis. The z trip representative said he didn’t know about that law but then said it was company policy. So now we are going with Uber.

Horrible experience. Needed a 2 mile ride from JAX to hotel. First driver from ztrip told us to go to pole 6 for hotel shuttle. We had card stating after midnight no shuttle, then grabs fare behind us. Next driver complained loudly about taking us because he would have to go back for another fare and he wanted to go home. He complains to us about first guy the entire 2 miles. Called Ztrip to inform them about issue. Dispatcher was asked what he was supposed to do. It's simple - train your drivers to accept the fares as they come and don't complain about distance.

Worst company ever. My mother inlaw who is new to Jacksonville had to use them last week. The driver demanded to be paid over cash app and not the machine.She mistakenly left her card in the car the driver told her he would bring it to her. He never did. He said he took it to their office she called them they said they had it. I get there Monday wait 30 mins, leave, come back an hour later just for them to tell her they don't have her card. They contact the driver he said he would bring to her house that day. Later he told the office he lost it. The worst.

The driver of vehicle 5582, on 12/14/23 at 7:25am, drives like a maniac! Squeezing between cars when there is hardly any room, doesn't use his blinker, swirving, and speeding. I am not sure who would ever pay this company to transport their child to school. Yes, he turned into the school ahead of me, to the drop off loop. He even left the lane he was in, and squeezed through the cones to get in one that had less cars. A HUGE no-no. You don't change lanes when you are in the pick-up/drop-off loop!! Lots of kids = too dangerous!! That's why their are cones.

Z-trip is completely unreliable! I inquired by phone several days in advance about the possibilities of a ride in a lift-equipped van suitable for a patient in a wheelchair. I was guaranteed they had such a vehicle. I scheduled a pick-up an hour and a half before a doctor's appointment. An hour past the scheduled pick-up time I called to enquire about the hold-up and was told there was a delay and that they were looking for a driver!!! Needless to say, I called Uber and barely made it on time!

Horrible Service. They claim they have a billing department but no one ever answers the phone. I got charged for a trip through the app and I never went anywhere. Been trying to call for the last 4 days. Some one called me claiming to be apart of their company and claimed she didn’t see the transaction so she couldn’t refund it. When I called through the dispatch number and talk to someone and they say they can see the transaction. I wouldn’t do business with this company. They scam people.

Z Trip can bite me! I called ahead at 930pm for an 11 o'clock pickup after a concert downtown, and nobody showed up except for one driver who just kept driving by while I was waving him down. This has happened a couple of times and I'm fed up with just letting it slide. I ended up waiting until 2am to end up having someone else take me home. It's not asking too much to expect someone to be professional, isn't it? If they can't get it together then I'll just I'll just use another service.

Imagine being stuck somewhere and a taxi arrives even if its late.. then Imagine it happens again and they don't arrive.. there's a reason many drivers/techs Quit.. mainly '4' abusiveness & mean falsely privileged thinking p Pay Skipping passengers who know who they are, its recorded.. and in some cases employers, employees etc.. If you work for this company, good luck with the expensive lease fee, but if you work 12-14 hours 6 days a week you may be fine. Management is not qualified, and if you order a ride with these clowns, yea just prepare to wait. Most drivers get a penalty for not accepting certain rides, so that means now customers are waiting while a driver is on a penalty for not accepting a ride that was given to them by dispatch. Dispatchers have no clue about geography. Swim or sink

Made arrangements the night before with this company to pick me up at my hotel at 4 in the morning to make an early flight. At 4 the driver called me to tell me it was only a 7 mile trip and he couldn't make any money off the trip and said I would have to pay more to make it worth his while! I offered $20 (the original estimate was $8) and he said it wasn't enough!! A hotel employee ended up giving me a lift to the airport. Horrible experience . Horrible company.

I was told corporate would call me about a refund in 1-2 days. It has almost been a week. I missed work that day and they charged me for a ride I was never given. The second to last time I used that they weren't accepting my car for some reason and the woman driving was giving me attitude about it while I was trying to send money to my cashapp. This same woman was playing church music so loud it made me extremly uncomfortable. I SHOULD JUST PAY EXTRA FOR UBER!

After experiencing 3 horrible experiences with Lyft Drivers in 1 day, one early that morning on the way to work and 2 trying to get home after work, my fiance called zTrip and they arrived within 5 minutes! My driver was named Paul and he was very polite very very professional! I even used him the next day to get to work. Even though they may cost a little more than Uber or Lyft it was definitely worth the extra money! I highly recommend!!!

Worst and most expensive ride I have ever experienced! Couldn't book round trip on the app so I called for the booking and was quoted $18. Upon arrival back home the driver said $34! You cannot be serious. Almost 5 miles away and back home. I will NEVER use this service again!!!!! And I will make sure I let everyone I know that uses this service how absurd I was treated. Back to Uber for me

Call and scheduled a ride to be at pick up at 715 in the morning driver didn’t show up till 45 min after the scheduled pick up time why call ahead they show up when they want and the driver kept on lying to me via text how much longer it would be and then instead of first picking me up oh no let’s first stop and get gas right next to the pick up place crazy. Never again!!!!!

The company made a report and said they would address the driver parking illegally in a handicap space. The driver said she couldn't find parking anywhere else, which was a "Im lazy" lie; response, since my wife who is handicapped was able to find parking near by. The manager said they would address this driver. So if they care about the company this will be addressed.

Great place to work for. Especially if you love driving, different types of people aka customer service, and money. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories about their work day or even helping them work through their bad days. Everyone has those. Plus the staff on the inside like Tracy Lisa starling and bob are always a pleasure to work with.

We had to use because Airport didn't save us our prepaid rental car, I'm still trying to get a refund weeks later.I wouldn't recommend using this service, Ztrip from the Jacksonville, Fl Airport they charged us an extremely high amount for a short ride. The girl calling driver just gave amount, there's no meter. Use Lyft to not be taken advantage of.

I called for a pickup for my brother in law and the driver Manuel Negron was there in 5 minutes to pick him up if you want a confident driver he is your man very polite and very punctual. If I am in Jacksonville again and need a ride he will be my first request to get where I need to go.... Thank you for your patience to get my brother in law...

If they show up, they're great! They don't call to notify you that they're not coming & customer service repeatedly asks that you please give them "just a few more minutes". This is a ploy! You'll look up & that few minutes will be an hour before you know it. TERRIBLE customer service but great ride if you can get someone to pick you up.

Waited an hour for my taxi. Got thrown between 2 different drivers because the first one wasn’t close enough but the second one was even further away. Taking advantage of Sailors needing to get on base. Charged a $40 flat fee per person to go 4.5 miles. One can appreciate the challenges of accessing a military base, but what expense does a driver have to recoup given they have access to NAS JAX? Stealing from those that serve our country? I called 30 minutes before my work shift. zTrip showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes later. The application always displayed 5 minutes. I'm glad that I'm the Operations Director at my branch. If it was one of my staff. zTrip need to think about when they make people late for work and the can lose their job

I am currently in Aberraflaa El Ghazi's cab.. It is 92 degrees outside. I asked was his air broken.. To which he replied, ""I don't want to catch cold" in very poor English. My ride is very uncomfortable. He almost wrecked twice. He is extremely unaccommodating. I hope to NEVER ride with him again

Went to the dispatcher at the airport and he gave me a cheap rate to get to base. Driver saw the ticket with the rate and said the dispatcher made a mistake and it’s supposed to be higher. I ended up paying more for the ride even though the ticket said “do not pay more than this ticket amount”.

Driver was nice, but didn't know the area. Meter runs while in traffic, which was stated on the website, but I didn't expect a 10 mile round trip (4.5 there and 4.5 back) to cost $40!! Absolutely will not be using again.

Nice enough driver but quoted 2.50/mile. After waiting over 20 minutes for a car we were given 6 miles and charged $35. Use Uber. Faster and cheaper.
