I went to the female only section of this salon two weeks ago to get gel polish. The grey colour they applied was beautiful and lasted over 10 days. Today I go back and it was a total disaster! I got the service with the same technician as last time. First she tells me they cannot do a french manicure with short nails: I never had this issue before. She only agreed after I showed her an old picture but even then she didn't seem happy about it. Second she removed the gel polish with a rotary file when I have natural nails. My nails were thin and sore afterwards. After, she applied another product making all my nails sting. On top of that she cut my cuticles wrong and made me bleed. She proceeded to clean the bleed with 70% alcohol solution. Now my french manicure looks decent from afar but you can see that my damaged nails under the transparent base. Some of my nails have bubbles and are not smooth and shiny at all. Sadly, as she thinned my nails I'm stuck with this polish for another 10 days at least until my nails recover. I'm never going back there!

لازم الاسم يتغير من "ايليت" ل "تحت الكوبري" او "حلاق مصر الجديده" تقييمي للتجربه نجمه واحده كتيره عليهم. رحت اصبغ شعري و اقصه و سيشوار. المكان زحمه جدا معرفش علي ايه. اتكلمت فلتليفون اسئل علي الاسعار. قاللي الصبغه تبدا من 600 جنيه. لما رحت قاللي كله هيتكلف الف. قلت ماشي. طلبت لون بني غامق. و طلبت الجذور البيضا تبقي نفس اللون. اللي حطلي الصبغه عمل اللي كلنا بنعمله فلبيت حط كل اللون في نفس الوقت. النتيجه ان الشعر الابيض لسه ابيض و باقي الشعر اسود غامق!! جه و صبغ الجذور بلون اغمق و النتيجه لون غامق جدا و اورتي لونها اسود!! حاجه تقرف يعتي. كله عمال يعتذر. لما مش عارفين تعملو شغلكو فاتحين المكان ليه!? بعد كل الزفت ده دفعت 800 جنيه. الخلاصه ارف ارف ارف تجربه خرا

This is the worst salon I have ever visit. They destroy my hair, I paid almost 7000 L.E for nothing. I went there to get a hair coloring & treatment & I agreed in what ever they said,in the end I didn't get the color or the softness in my hair, only very rough hair with very damaged almost all my hair. I went to a very famous expert salon they said my hair is totally burned they can't touch my hair or do any thing even cutting it they said you need to cut all

I went and decided to make a purple crazy color and to my surprise it came out almost perfect …. They were very understanding and did exactly what I asked for and after I washed my hair the color is still strong and wonderful طلبت لون غريب وفعلا قدروا يعملوه وطلع رائع حتى بعد الغسيل

This is my first time at Elite beauty centre and I am very satisfied of their service. I am happy of my haircut done by Haitham and the blow dry by Mostafa. They are very kind and polite. Also thank you to Samir for looking after the customers. Highly recommended.
