One of the best Cinemas in Lahore. Seating is good, there are two types of seats available such as normal/standard seat and premium/sofa seat. The sound system is great. They have many screening halls available for movies. There different types of screens available depending upon quality such as standard, ultra, super ultra, gold and titanium. There are also economical student and early bird offers during weekdays. Outside food is not allowed and their own food and drinks are high in prices (like every other cinema places). Overall a good experience.

The experience went from excellent to poor in the last 3 movies. Popcorn quality has worsened. Cinema halls are dirty, seats are dirty and the staff is rude. My review went from 5 to 2. Think about it. PREVIOUSLY: We have enjoyed many a good movies here. It's affordable and comfortable. The caramel popcorn are to die for. The online booking is extremely convenient.

We tried their Gold Cinema, that has been a fantastic experience overall from entrance to the movie watching and seating. The luxury reclining chairs are a huge plus. The screen however is mounted, in gold class, very high, that’s how my rating is a four star. I had to struggle a bit watching movie with head tilted upwards, above a normal viewing angle, and I was sitting in the second row from the top, can’t imagine how difficult would this be for people sitting in the rows close to the screen.

Universal Cinema Emporium Mall Lahore is one of it kind of entertainment hub in Lahore. The Price range is affordable the seats are not that much comfortable. The Sound Quality is awesome and the screens are also good. It worth enjoying if you are lucky enough to get the top last seats as the view from those is just super cool. The overall experience of universal Cinema is good. The Eatery is hell expensive. You must checkout to enjoy your favorite movie with your Loved ones.

Student offer is a scam. Not applicable on public holidays and 1st week after the release date. Moreover their policy is that at least 8 seats should be booked before watching a movie. So my suggestion is to call them to confirm the show. In other cinemas if one person is watching the movie then they will start the show. Otherwise they should not mention the timings on weekdays. They should clearly mention their policy on Facebook of minimum 8 persons.

One of the top cinemas in lahore. Especially the gold Cinema provides the best, comfortable and ambient environment. The only thing that must be taken care is the rate charges of in-cinema experience. The rates are quite expensice even one 500ml bottle costs around 100 - 150. Which is 100%+ profit per item. Nevertheless, it happens om every cinema. Overall the experience is good and they make to provide comfort for every person. High recommended!

The most unsupportive and rude staff I came across. 30 min before the show they did not book tickets saying there are no bookings so come 5 min before the start of the show. I told the stupid guy to reserve our seats in case there are more bookings which again he refused to do. Next thing you know 5 min before the show when I asked for the tickets that lowlife said all seats are already booked. The most bizarre experience and really frustrating!

Good service, ambience and people. Facebook response was impressive. Thing to improve. 1. All package to be offered prior to purchase or customer should have option to change only package if wants to upgrade. 2. Phone lines never seems to be answered. 3. Reciept of all purchases must be provided. 4. If membership cards are out of stock, new members purchase must be honoured and counted afterwards. Overall, experience was great and enjoyable.

Quite enjoyed the experience of watching The Batman and John Wick 4 in their cinema. The sound effect was amazing and it almost seemed as if the rain was falling upon and around us and the water was rushing past our seats in The Batman. Watched them on Ultra Screen and it was mind blowing experience. For a better experience, try getting a a seat in the upper most row (Row R) as there is not much difference in price.

It's a movie theater that had the worst experience. I watched the movie about 3 times in the Gold room 2 and 7 screens twice and every time i experience issues. 1. Ice tea sells spoiled smells bad and cannot be drunk. 2. Staff members run around inside the theater. When we complained about it, he ignored it. 3. The image quality of the projector is also blurry Worst. I would never recommend going.

Compared to Cinestar it has lower screen quality and Expensive ticket but there are more screens and its location is perfect as it gives you purpose of shopping or eating plus watching a movie being located inside of Emporium. There are 2 type of shows available... Simple and Gold. Simple ticket is Rs 800 Gold Ticket is Rs 1100. You can also book whole cinema and watch screening of your choice.

Generally fine... We went on the Sunday after Eid so it was really busy and we were lucky to get seats for Carry on Jatta 3. Left and right seats were empty so we had room. Emporium parking is good, and you can eat whatever you want prior to the movie but we decided to over spend on the pop-corn anyways. It was fresh at least. The movie was good so no issues found.

Management can't be worse than theirs. Firstly they shifted our hall three times. Secondly, I bought tickets for 11:00 p.m and movie started at 12:20 p.m. And at last, there was huge fight between customers and management. I still don't believe that almost 30 People of management beat 6 customers with chairs and sticks. One of the customer was bleeding badly.

Last week team Galaxy Lollywood paid a visit to Universal Cinemas Lahore, which happens to be the largest multiplex in Pakistan with a whopping nine screens! Cinema is good, seating AC is all okay. Rs 900 ticket price is a bit on the steep side. Eatables are damn expensive especially popcorn and drinks which are for Rs 600 for 1 popcorn bag and 2 medium sized Pepsi. They're shamelessly minting money on that. The water bottle was advertised for 80Rs, but they charged Rs 100. Washrooms are neat and clean.

The seats are here very comfortable. The environment is very good. The couples should becareful as I watched some scandals of this cinema on YouTube, which was recorded through the CCTV. This is really unethical that the cinema management recorded the videos of couples and the leak it out to the public. Thats why I am giving them 1 star.

Overall experience was good but there were three boys sitting in front of us constantly using vape. I don't understand why and how did they allow this. Also people keep laughing and adding comments which is really annoying because some people are actually enjoying the movie. They really need to take actions against such people.

3rd class people. Not letting go people to the washroom just because its the last show. Imagine you want to goto washroom after last show and you are not allowed leave the mall and goto a patrol pump and use their washroom without buying patrol, but not allowd where you paid and watached whole movie....... just patheetic

Very comfortable and wide opportunity cinema it is with great important given to the Sop's of the corona virus with social distancing and sanitization given there are 9 halls in it and we are also able to book the whole hall and also we can purchase a single ticket too. With a great food court at the emporium mall.

Definitely the best cinema experience in Lahore. The best sound system and video quality. You can judge sound quality by the fact that you don't even need subtitles for understanding English. You can also get various discounts if you follow their social media handles for updates.

Universal Cinema, Emporium Mall Lahore is one of the best cinemas in Lahore. Specially its Gold screens are worth giving a try. Though 3D quality is not that good but somewhat okay. Ultra screens are also fine. It is a must visit movie theater for movie lovers.

The cashiers are so bad and inexperienced. They are suppose to inform customers about the discount. I asked the cashier is there is any student discount and he straight up said, no. Even when they student tickets are for 500 pkr. So inexperienced and rude.

Wonderful experience watching Maujaan Maujaan here. Although we had to wait on outside benches till last moments, the show started on its given time i.e. 11:30 pm. Watching on such a big screen was like a virtual reality experience.
