I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cinepax cinema and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the theater to the final credits rolling, it was an exceptional movie experience. Cinepax cinema boasts a modern and inviting ambiance. The lobby area is spacious and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The seating arrangements are comfortable and provide ample legroom, and they've cleaned it properly to ensure a cozy movie-watching experience. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The audio and visual quality in Cinepax cinema is truly remarkable. The screens are large, displaying crystal-clear images that immerse you in the movie. Delivering rich and immersive audio that enhances the overall cinematic experience, every sound detail is flawlessly reproduced. The food and refreshments are compulsory for the movie which they provide a good amount of delectable food and refreshment options. The concession stand offers a variety of snacks, including popcorn, nachos, which are perfect accompaniments for an enjoyable movie experience. The quality of the food is excellent, and the prices are a little bit high they are not giving us our government rate giving us our own rates considering the inconvenience and the customers as well in the cinema.

Worst cinema experience I've ever had. We had purchased the tickets and yet someone else was in our seats, and there were no empty seats at all. They overbooked it or something. The staff told us to wait, and we did so standing on the side for like 30 minutes and they did nothing about it. Then we left the cinema and demanded we get a refund. They resisted and told us to go to the other screen, where also the movie had progressed quite a lot and the only seats available were in the very front row. We again complained and the staff was like, we can't interrupt our screening just for your few hundred rupees. They were incredibly rude. Would never recommend.

Very bad customer service. I just booked a show for 11:45pm at the Amanah Mall Cinepax and the confirmation I got was for the Packages Mall Cinepax. The Packages Cinepax doesn't even have the 11:45pm show and when I tried to explain this to their team here on Facebook there reply is "You have received your confirmation. Please visit accordingly" you're clearly in the wrong here, your own website made a mistake simple check your system and let me know where my seats are. Very disappointed at this poor service from them, plus still haven't received my confirmation in an email, luckily I was able to take a screenshot of the website after I made the payment.

Yesterday we watched Avatar, the quality of the seats were Okay, so much space but the seats would not tilt backwards as needed to watch properly, especially for the front rows, the pop corns were very bad taste as if they were rotten, the carbonated drinks dew etc taste like 50% water added, so much price and no value, this is bad service... Even the screen size is small and the sound is not that wow for the name... Not recommended for any important movie, however, if your family needs time for shopping you can sleep there

Cinepax Cinema at Package Mall has become one of my top spots for movie watching. Their C Max screen is a standout feature; watching "Missing Impossible" on it felt as immersive as the IMAX experience at Cinestar Township. It truly elevates the cinematic experience, making movie nights with friends and family all the more special. Additionally, their popcorn is a treat, boasting a flavor that complements the film-viewing perfectly. Highly recommended for any movie enthusiast.

Good place for a good hangout with friends or family! DO GO ON TUESDAYS IF YOU LOVE A GOOD DISCOUNT! Overall, a nice cinema. The only downside is that they are situated at the top of amanah mall which can be a bummer for some people. If you have patience to wait for the lift, it's your best bet to reach the cinema easily. However, I do not mind a little stroll from floor to floor and have a window shopping session while going for a movie. It's amazing

It was good we went to watch MI7 and the hall was big they were offering silver silver+ and gold seats so luckily gold were available so we booked them online and got the voucher from the counter you can bring food inside which was the best part the only issue was they didn’t upgraded anything the seats needed some touch ups as some of them were not in good shape overall it was good experience

The screens, movie and sound quality, overall the movie hall and seats are good enough but ticket counter staff is not enough competent to handle a little crowd. They just operates a single POS for movie tickets and a single POS for popcorns snacks and drinks. And the sales persons standing on Snacks counter always discourage people to use their credit/debit cards.

I have watched many movies at Cinepax Packages Mall. Recently watched movies is Carry on Jutta 3. Every time my experience is too good. Their screen quality sound is good. Food quality is also very good. Caramel Pop corns are especially awesome. Their staff on the counter somehow behaved rudely. Each time they didn't add points to my membership card.

Their c screen is an amazingly large. In front few rows, you can't even see the whole screen. It was great experience there. But for c screen of their, they should have more sound level. Bcz it's feel dull in sound in the end. But overall it was great experience, specially the tickets were free upon birthday

Their site is pathetic i purchased 10 tickets for 28 nov movie it deducted cash from me account and then they say Sorry there's an issue you'll be refunded If u guys can't manage online ticketing system shut down please this happens 3rd time with If you call its powered off or they didn't pick up your call waste of time

The screens are unclear, and the cinema's colors lack vibrancy. The seats are unclean, including the adjustable tables. The weekday staff seems unenthusiastic and slow. Their standard gold seats are uncomfortable. Bright lights between seats can be distracting during a film. Their service quality has declined.

Comfortable seats , nice ambience clean, good experience and customer service is good .. went into platinum2 ...they need to improve food standard though order hot dog and cheese chips. Chips were probably old as they just warmed them up with cheese on top. Chips became crips with no taste whatsoever.

Had my tickets booked online about 5 days before the show. When I showed up at the cinema, it was closed. No intimation to advance booking holders whatsoever. They cited technical issues behind closure, however it was sealed by the authorities. Furthermore, they didn't have any mechanism for a refund.

Recliner seats are outdated and cost more then what they are worth. Secondly food quality is subpar at best, and quantity of food items other than popcorn .i.e nachos and fries is very little. Furthermore their fountain drinks are extremely watery always opt for bottle/can.

A very big cinema in the biggest mall of lahore that is packages where lahore comes for shopping. Its a very good cinema with high quality of screens and audio system. A lot of people come here to watch their favourite movies. Its located inside packages mall on 2nd floor.

Good movie cinema halls , with large screen, good sound system and equipment. Seating comfortable; however, front rows near screen pose acoustic problem. Family environment. Prices of food items are much higher. Students' concession is available.No discount for seniors.

Thier C-Max cinema screen is the biggest screen in whole Pakistan but sound quality is aweful, had no bass or vibration at all, wasn't loud either, over all, Screen is best, sound quality is worst, I would rate it 5.5/10 bad sound ruined the whole movie for me

Good cinema in packages mall. Grt sitting. But for some reason i always felt the brightness of the screen must be bit higher. Like in cmax dark scenes went really dark. Really really. Am sure there's some issue and they need to fix it. Rest its fine.

The screen was sufficiently big. The air conditioning was perfect. The seats were comfortable. The drinks were chilled. The popcorn was delicious. The sound was booming. The staff was pleasant. You can't ask for more in a cinema without paying more.

Nice atmosphere there. They have 3 screens, Cmax is the biggest but only with silver seats (normal chairs), screen 2 is the medium one with last row for gold seats (recliners) only, platinum category is the smallest screen but offering only

The screen quality can be improved. The food options were nice. Que management was nice. The halls are good and the seats were clean. The temperature was very well maintained as well. Sound is Dolby Atmos compatible as well.

The sound is very much soothing it’s doesn’t irritate your ears, Wow I love the biggest screen in the world in this cinema. C-Max screen is biggest screen in the World . Please do visit and and have fun with your family.

The theatre is clean & well staffed. The restrooms are spotless, but the Concession Stand is not so well organized the way it's run & staffed. Enjoy your movie & popcorn. I did. Best Regards From The Bad Doctor.

I went to watch the new spiderman movie, the print was horrible I thought i payed for a 3D movie(I did not) and I would look pass the bad print but it was pretty bad. I expected more from this cinema …

All english movies goes to paltinum screen increasing cost of ticket. Fountain drink were not available because machine was out of order and they were selling nestle peach ice tea for Rs. 400 per glass.

Screen is huge but with out colour. They use to projectors which used in 3d movie but the movie was in 2d. Screen is so blurry and sound is to low. Over all biggest screen of Pakistan is just big trash.

It's nice experience. The cine pax max screen is like cine star IMAX township but sound quality is not better than IMAX. For normal movies it's fine but for super hit movies I recommend IMAX cine star.

New addition in Packages mall. 3 screens will excellent experience. DHA people gonna love it, as they got another great option other then DHA cinema. Sound quality, seating arrangements all 5 stars!

Very liar girl on counter i showed her time and and asked her for 3.00 pm tickets and she gave me a 1:00 pm ticket then at the same time she lie to the supervisor and didn’t return the ticket

Very nice and clean cinema. Watched Fast X. In platinum. Seats were clean and worked perfectly fine. Super comfy too. Sound and screen was perfect. Very satisfied. Snacks were good too.

They don’t have wide collection of movies only a few Indians movies which are usually flop played here although it would be better if they play Hollywood more often!!!! …

Seats are good and ambience is nice. The newly made gluco minipax for kids needs further improvements and activities for children should be upgraded and properly monitored.

Very good movie theatre. Every theatre is equipped with very big screens and speakers. They also have a variety of snacks available to eat during the movie.
