had a miscommunication about my order because I didn’t know if they overcharged me for a can of coke or not and cashier was rude about it talked bad about me in Mandarin (which I am fluent in) right in front of me, and called mocked me gesturing that I was stupid. After angrily clarifying the situation, the waiter slammed the payment machine down and got frustrated. The group of workers were staring demeaningly at me and laughing, there was a misunderstanding on both our sides but I apologized, they just got defensive and rude. Absolute worst customer experience ever don’t come here unless you want to deal with workers who are immature and full of themselves

Really interesting restaurant. You grab a big bowl and fill it with that you want to eat (veges, noodles, meat, and a lot of very interesting options). Then you tell them the kind of soup you want. They cook it in the back for you and bring it out fresh. Very tasty, and obviously very fresh. Careful though, it is easy to go overboard and overfill your bowl. It can get expensive but also extremely filling! Cool concept!

I love this place! Second time trying here and it's really good! Unlimited selection (my personal favorite being pork!!) Doesn't matter if you know Chinese or not, they'll gladly help you. Staff is also super friendly -- always smiling! Soso good will definitely try again.

真是无语 来吃饭啥底料都没有 只能吃麻辣拌 菜里还有蛋壳和塑料片 店里有个穿黑衣服的男员工素质极低 店员没有last call，饭刚吃完和我们说了一句关门了。然后回头进了厨房就看到他边摔餐具边骂“傻逼吧 吃nm呢”，原话。建议招聘员工前先确认一下精神状态吧，挺吓人的。
