If I could give 0 stars I would Terrible service from a woman who was working remotely for this lot. At 9.30 am Spent over an hour waiting for someone to just pick up the phone . Kept on saying voicemail was full . Went on Facebook and managed to get through to this rude and offensive person . She told me someone would call me back as it was a complaint about tenants from one of their properties throwing rubbish over our hedge. It is now 8pm and nobody has got back to me . All I can say is thank god I’m not a tenant because if you treat job public like this I’d hate to think how you treat tenants . Also I don’t for one minute believe their is an office because the woman couldn’t answer the question when I asked her . Bunch of cowboys

Overall very pleased to be with 10x Rising, despite a slight difficulty in the initial process, things were fixed and I was able to move into my room. This looked as advertised and the video tours were very helpful during the pandemic when reduced contact was important, ( I was able to move in without physical contact with anyone). Moving along 9-10 months Adrianna (Letting Agent) was very helpful in making sure things were helpful and functional in the house, and was able to help me with adjusting my payment schedule when my circumstances changed, I am very grateful for the team (Abbas) and Adrianna for their support. I recommend this agency for any professionals/ working students looking for somewhere to stay

They are extremely polite, helpful, and on hand to help with any queries. They deal with all queries in a speedy and professional manner. I dealt with 10X Rising twice via OpenRent. The first time, the agent sent me a message to know when I was available for a viewing, which I confirmed. Then, I got no news anymore, despite my numerous calls and emails. The second time, the viewing was confirmed via OpenRent, but when I called the agent, he said that he did not know and planned another viewing instead, and then I got no news again. Very bad professionalism of this agency, at least via OpenRent.
