Came to have a session from out of town. Gym has been upgraded from the previous owners when I visited a few years ago. These guys have done a great job and have made some great improvements. The gym has everything and is very clean and tidy and the staff are helpful. Top gym.

Very nice gym with only men. And no music. They have all the machines and everything you need to a good workout. Been attending this gym for years. As the maintenance reason is no music is blasting in there. The sauna works on a pro rata.

The gym area is spot on no complaints in that department, however the sauna, steam and shower facilities are an absolute joke. The sauna and steam are off most of the time and when you request to have them put on the staff get very touchy

Got a injury the other day due to them having the lights off it was really dark I put wrong weights on the flat bench and pulled my shoulder told them numerous times put the lights on but they love to save money on electricity put we pay

Amazing gym if not the best in the Midlands!!! For a solid workout with all free weights and modern machines that any professional or novice could ask for. Been to many but this place felt right as soon as I walked Inn.

Great gym, plenty of equipment to use, very clean, good atmosphere to train - nobody treating it like their own studio and staff are very friendly and happy to give advice on fitness and how to use the equipment.

Dumbbells go up to 100kg, plenty of plates, plenty of amazing machines, gym music that's actually good, free unlimited parking. There's absolutely nothing to complain about, I'm gassed I found this place

Amazing gym, lots of space and plenty of machines. Machines that will target almost any part of the body, was reluctant to make this review because i dont want more people flooding this gym LOL.

Great Gym. It's brand new and so far the experience has been great. You get access to gym and sauna with a normal membership. They also offer training classes in a full membership.

Machines are very poorly maintained and are in desperate need of servicing. Machines and equipment are dirty and rarely cleaned. Toilet is dirty and toilet paper is not restocked.

It's literally the worst gym i have ever been to. Bad attitude people and all plates in bad condition and all different sizes and brands. Also you feel you can't breathe in there.

Oh man what a Top Gym!! I've been here for 4 months now. Started my morning routine - get in around half 6 - 5 to 6 times a week. Awesome kits here to work on!!

The equipment impressed me. The staff were wonderful. And the session was amazing. Cannot credit this gym enough. Hands down the best gym I have been to.

Very good and clean gym: It is open from 6AM and closes at 1AM so it is open for very long which is very usefull for anybody on a tight schedule.

It's a Decent gym to train at and strength conditioning too. Wonderful people positive atmosphere with good equipment here. I would recommend!
