I'd say it's okay but could be better I mean everything is so tightly packed (treadmills etc) and I have been going on and off for a good year and there's a rowing machine there that still hasn't been fixed plus on most of the treadmills the heart monitor metals dont work, the stop straps are missing and one even was replaced with a Bobby pin I mean what?! and the studio area hardly has any space in it literally filled with things thrown in there with no real organisation and then there's no space for more than 4 people to workout there. The only reason why I still go there is it's the only gym closest to me that ladies only. Definatly needs to be revamped and machines looked at. I've just gone on a rant but i understand they're doing there best But I'm Fed up of looking for ladies only gyms and having no luck and then when I do the quality is below average. Definatly recommend if it's a one off thing but not long term. NEEDS IMPROVMENT!! Edit: staff are friendly that's a good thin but also they do allow praying.

Tried cancelling about 7 months ago due to health issues. Staff advised me to email Bodytone to do this. I got a rude email back saying im in a contract and cannot cancel. I did not sign a contract and emailed back to say that. In response to my email they said that I was tied in and I could not cancel. The emails stopped. Now several months on im getting emails/texts saying I am in arrears. Sorry no I am not paying anything for an unused service and am not taking a risk going to attend a gym during Covid and with poor health also shielding. These people keep texting/emailing me so I will add feed back that during the time I attended the gym it plays no music and women are allowed to wear clothing on machines no health and safety is in place. It is very much culture orientated as it is the heart of the community but they need to be professional in running a business. Poor hygiene and some machines not working.

I have been at this gym since September and I can’t recommend it enough to all my friends and family. The staff are the nicest sister’s going. The gym has absolutely smashed their target of catering for the ummah in providing a halal environment to get fit in. The new layout was such a wonderful surprise to see after the xmas break; cardio upstairs and resistance downstairs. This has allowed for so much more space to exercise comfortably in. I have also noted that they have invested in new dumbbells, resistance bands and mats in the new area. This is what you call a thriving business: what you earn you invest back into business= happy customer’s. This has given me added confidence that, no doubt more changes are yet to come, InshAllah. I pray Allah gives you more success and protects your intentions, Ameen. Kudos to the owner’s- loyal customer here, InshAllah.

Recommend this ladies only gym because you don’t find many ladies only gyms this big. There is lots of space! You recieve an induction on all equipment for health and safety when signing up . There is sauna and steam aswell as the cardio and weights. It is perfect!! There are multiple machines so you won’t be waiting! The staff are beyond amazing, they will always go above and beyond for you! They are very helpful and supportive!!! Positive encouragement which keeps you going! Any concerns or even if you just want to talk they are so lovely on the way in and out! Always have a beautiful smile on their faces!!!! I used to attend this gym at first I used to love coming here but ended up leaving in the end. Where do I begin, a majority of time the machines are either not working or broken. The staffs, you have the ones who are friendly and can talk to but then again you’d have the ones who are unapproachable and you’d tend to avoid. The saunas are hugged by older aunties. If you cover up and wear a headscarf you’d have to be very careful if men workers enter without your knowledge as some staff tend to cover themselves up and not inform others. The prices went up which is ridiculous seeing as some machines don’t even work. Maybe this place improved but I doubt it very much

Staff have no people service skills to begin with, they dont accept card payments so clearly not declaring how much money the make- are you aware that's fraud ASTAGFRULLAH to the women running the place claiming to be religious. When we went to use the sauna and steam room (which must've been on the LOWEST setting possible) we sat for approx. 30 mins not a drop of sweat and then we was rudely told by a member of staff to cover ourselves from chest to knee with a towel as it's their policy.. I've used many saunas and steam rooms before and NEVER been told to do this.

Love to train at this gym has all the faciities that I need and want. Have been a member here for many years. It has a fully equipped Gym Weight Training machines and equipment Classes Sauna Steam Room Shower Cubicles Changing Rooms The membership is £5 and when you come into join you will be shown around by one of the lovely staff. They will take you round and show you how to use all the equipment. Monthly pay as you go membership is between £17 and £24. It also has a free car park and plenty of parking on the road outside. Its open during the week and weekend.

Good gym with easy to use equipment. Just a nightmare after 9am. You stand around waiting for machines . Other than that can't complain. Updated on 17/5/18 I've left this gym now as I got annoyed with a few things here. The equipment is quite old now and needs replacing. The thing that annoyed me the most was the foot straps on the exercise bikes! Thr all broken and Have been like that for several months! So I decided to leave as It was frustrating not being able to achieve a good consistent speed on the bikes. Your foot goes flying off the pedals.

Maa shaa Allah great gym, very friendly atmosphere and lovely staff. No music is blasted which is great since everyone can listen to their own thing. No camera's which is much appreciated as a Muslim woman and Amazing instructors. Through my personal Trainor Hajira and my classes with Hajira and Zahra I have managed to lose a stone in a week. Really happy with that. May Allah bless all the staff. Would definitely recommend this gym

Love the gym it is comfortable to work out The thing is all staff is wonderful lovely ladies except one the dark lady with glasses is really rude an she really puts you off when it comes to Wednesday as she's there on Wednesdays evening as I go in the evening so she's there..if I do want to miss a day in the week I do miss Wednesdays But she was there today an again being very rude..she really ruins the image of this place..

They don't really care about the costumers even if u are regular from months and pay debit (no way for you to scape lol). If u don't have enough money with you for pay for extra family or friend on the moment they expect you go back home (or bank) and come back with cash (prepare £5 for fee (even for a only one session) and extra money for your choice. No transfers or card accepted only cash! They are really unprofessional.

Staff are very friendly and supportive. They use a fingerprint scanner for members and only take cash which both options are awkward for me (the cash machines in the area charge for withdrawals). They offer number locks for £5 so that you can use their lockers (if you dont bring your own), £5 for an induction on how to use the machines, which I had to wait till 16:30 but they let me use the machines I knew while waiting.

Great open space with freedom to do your thing in ladies only environment used it for ages since it was the whole building with sisters cafe and social meeting place and crèche along with gym .. shame it had to be taken down to gym only facilities.. Khair and am very pleased still to be able to get my salahs and fitness in without worrying and sharing or compromise with my practice

Lovely gym for woman only, no music blaring out and lovely friendly staff who have always been helpful if I have needed help regarding equipment, sadly to no fault of management the steam room often stinks as people don't shower and don't follow the rules given which is a put off going in there unfortunately. People please shower and save the rest of the lovely ladies your body odour's and sweat.

It's a cute gym but lacks so much necessary gym equipment I.e. squat rack, bench and only has fixed barbells thus making it difficult to deadlift with such low weight. For the price I'm paying I would much prefer there to be more of a weights selection. Other then that the staff are friendly. However they should transform there downstairs into a larger weights room.

I really enjoy the steam and sauna rooms here, although sometimes the women will come in after their training which is disgusting. I know they have regular checks to ensure this does not happen but I have witnessed many a women refusing to listen and still continue. Hygiene needs addressing. Over all a lovely and friendly place to train and steam off.

Excellent local ladies gym with good opening hours. Clean facilities with cardio equipment upstairs and weights downstairs. Friendly and approachable staff. They also have a prayer area which is a bonus! Good size lockers and decent showers. The gym also has a steam room and sauna to relax after a workout which is great!

Amazing gym and amazing equipment i love that it's very muslim friendly mashallah. The staff are a bit sassy for no reason but with that smell coming from some customers i kinda don't blame them lol.however major issue that i don't like that it closes so early on Sunday and Saturday! Please revise the working hours .

Amazing gym for ladies only. They have a wide range of cardio machines and weights on two floors. Well maintained and clean. ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for the ladies especially if you feel shy like me and want to train in your own comfort without men looking at you lol.

Stealers at this gym left my brand new gloves that I didnt get a chance to use, flip flops, shower gel and skipping rope in locker and someone took it out my locker that had a padlock on only been here 2 weeks wont be joining for next month. Had mould in shower areas on ceiling is damaging to health.

body tone Gym is the place to be! Love coming here.. there’s enough space to use all the equipments. Love the steam and sauna room. The staff are amazing mashalllah. There always smiling and welcoming. Honestly love coming here .. I walk all the way from small heath to come here! So worth it.

Hard to park. I called up a day before coming and was told it’s £5 cash for a day pass. I come and was told there’s an additional £4.50 which I didn’t bring with me and they had card machine. Travelled over 10 miles to check out the female only gym but I’d rather not after this experience.

It was good and using the weight was different being guided along the way and working out the arms and shoulders to and the training was given step by step of how the weights laying down and lifting up with the weights to be careful hope there are more lessons to come

There is such a wide selection of equipment that can adhere to any sort of workout and the staff are so lovely and helpful which makes this gym such a comfortable one. The prices are so affordable in comparison to more local gyms to me, 10/10 would recommend

Not happy steam room is not working for the past 4-5 weeks. Everyone there doesn't seem to be bothered but I think it's unfair being charged full price when I just go for sauna and steam room which is obviously i can't use.

Great Gym, great facility, and the bonus: All-female gym. Strictly no men, all female staff. Very spacious, now upgraded to downstairs rooms, and interesting, diverse range of equipment for fitness and cardio.

Really like the variety and the fact it is strictly female only. Lockers, showers are available which are really handy. And the sauna and steam room are great.

One of the few proper womens only gyms in my area, good price and machinery. My only issue is I wish they would bring in more benches and newer dumbbells etc
