I have been an ATB member for over 20 years. I walked 8 blocks to the City Center ATB today to get some cash. I was greeted by Paul who told me I was not allowed in unless I had an appointment. There were 0 customers in the bank and 2 tellers and Paul. Paul's solution was I go home and book an appointment on my computer and then come back. Or I could walk another 3 blocks to a different branch. I asked Paul if I could wait until a teller was free and he indicated no - I had 2 choices - phone in and get an appointment or go home and use my computer to book one on line. I asked if he could book an appointment on line with him and offered him my bank card for my information. He again said no. I walked the 3 extra blocks and received excellent service at the Jasper Ave location. If ATB is going to close their doors then they should let members know by e-mail. If you need an appointment and the tellers are free then let your customers in. Without your members the bank will cease to exist. Without happy members the bank will cease to exist I understand COVID protocols - but I was fully masked up and even had gloves on. To say the least I will never go back to that branch. I expect a lot more out of my bank than the way I was treated today I will continue with ATB as they have done well in the past but I will boycott this branch

The bank account itself is fine, I find ATB a little behind the times compared to the other bank I also deal with. The complaint I have, is the teller actually said "Oh dear" after I went into the branch and withdrew the majority of my money in my account. I felt the need to explain myself and say it was only until my next direct deposit. I found that extremely unprofessional and feel you should keep your comments to yourself especially working in a customer service industry where you are dealing with people all day. I now avoid going into the branch unless I absolutely have to, and try to use the ATM and etransfer instead. It's also more convenient considering the dt branch has horrible hours, there are no late days at all. 2 1/2 Stars

I have always had good experiences with this branch. Before moving on to another role and another location, Taylor Routier was and continues to be so helpful! The associates at this location make banking convenient and easy to understand, there is no pretense or unnecessary upselling. Before moving to another role and another location, Paul Evans-Singh provided solid referrals to his colleagues, Taylor Routier and now Hayden Chan, and he did a excellent job there and at his new location too. I truly enjoy my interactions with Hayden, he is delightful and so helpful! I highly recommend this branch and the wonderful associates who work there to help you with your banking needs. 5 stars!!!

I have a business account with ATB and I've struggled to get in contact with my local southside branch whenever an issue arises. This week, after calling around to various numbers, I was finally greeted by Hayden Chan of the city centre branch. I had quite a few complex problems with my banking and general inquiries about my statements, and he listened attentively while I explained. The next morning I wake up to an email from Hayden outlining all the matters I brought forward with explanations and solutions to all of them. I am extremely pleased with my experience and Hayden has made me regain my faith in ATB customer service. Hats off to you sir!

The worst ATB. Went Friday afternoon to deposit a cheque on the teller as it is for third party deposit. Only one teller available all the time. One teller (Natoya) too talkative, too much outside conversations and not bank related. Making other people stay longer in line and the fact that there was only one teller.

I have been through the hoops dealing with financial issues and ATB city centre has been of great help. The tellers are super helpful and patient. This branch has treated me with respect and dignity and is why I continue to bank with them. Best Atb branch.
