Let me be the last victim of these con folks. Today, I bought the 2009 Subaru Impreza. When we checked this vehicle, we found out that the vehicle has cosmetic issues, mainly rust (on mufflers, doors, hood, roof). They offered to rust proof the vehicle and that’s nice. We also found out that there is engine mount issues. All of these would be an easy fix for me. They’re credibility is very questionable as they have no transparency. The dealer, Amir, doesn’t even know what to explain and had to jump on to stating the industry standard that the vehicle is sold as is and unfit. It’s true, that’s the industry standard, but the fact that there are issues in the vehicle that weren’t listed on the ad, makes me think whether this dealership is unreliable or it really unreliable. After I paid the vehicle, I noticed an extra charge which wasn’t listed on the deed of sale. Then after we took it home, the vehicle won’t start anymore. We later on found out that the battery is also an issue. Also the alternator. Then AUX and bluetooth doesn’t work as well. The vehicle won’t even turn on anymore which will cost us about extra 4k to get the vehicle fixed (engine mount, battery/alternator replacement, aux/bluetooth device) that doesn’t include cosmetics, and the muffler. I reached out to the dealer, Amir, and all he said was once again, the industry standard stating that the vehicle is sold as is and unfit. He was also suggesting to boost the car. Clearly, doesn’t even know how mechanical works. He’s just a dealer who doesn’t know anything about the vehicle. He doesn’t even know the odometer reading. To be honest, when we came to dealership, he didn’t even sell the car like what a normal sales person would do, such as showing us the vehicle around (its features and benefits). He did nothing but to stand there. We didn’t even get the chance to test drive the vehicle. I think I bought this car because I felt bad for him. He kept saying “I hope I don’t lose my job by giving you a bette offer” etc etc. so unprofessional. My overall experience with this dealership is nothing but a waste of time. I’m suing!

I just noticed something interesting.....for the positive comments.....they even have comments by "Amir Bawi" and "David Kerr". David Kerr is the salesperson who sold me the junk. Amir is the other salesperson. David is long gone from Access Motors now. All the positive comments are by Iranians. No wonder! The dealership is owned by Iranians. They probably asked their friends to randomly post comments!! Hahhaha.... Worst possible dealer. They buy their cars from auctions...mostly accident damaged cars. The salespersons hardly know anything about cars. Once you sign the contract, they will pretend like they don't even know you. I bought a car from them, within a month, it started making loud weird noise. I had to replace front axles for nearly a $1000 for a $7000 car. Also, they changed the badge of the car's trim. It was a simple "S" trim, but they changed to "SL" whereas the vehicle didn't have any features of a "SL" trim of that vehicle. When I asked them, they were like ...yes "SL" trim is like that. VIN number search shows its a "S" trim. Registration also shows S trim. All the positive reviews about this dealership is fake. I am pretty sure they asked their friends to create it for them. Most importantly, this dealership is not even BBB accredited. For financing with them, they will sweet talk you that they will get the best deal for you with lowest interest. In reality they sell you out to loan sharks who charge conniving high interest rates for which they should be jailed as per Canadian Financial Law. Most used car dealerships are bad to some extent, but Access Motors is probably the worst of the worst. Stay far far away from them. I wish I could give them negative rating instead of putting 1 "star"! Please read the negative reviews thoroughly....in my experience with Access Motors....those are true. Whereas the good reviews are as fake as Donald Trump's tweets!

I bought a 2010 Buick Enclave from Farid the owner. Before travelling two hours to Toronto to get it, the ad and Farid both said it was safetied. It was not. The car “looked” in great shape. I paid and drove it home just to notice a pick under the arm rest. I called my buddy whose a mechanic and he put a scanner on it in my driveway and a BUNCH of error codes popped up! My mechanic noticed that the trim under the cluster was popped out. Farid and crew had removed the check engine light! I called Farid and he swore he would pay to have the engine light fixed! Next day drove it to my mechanic and on the way the engine blew up! After many discussions with Farid, he promised to replace it and pay for my rental vehicle as I am a Mom of four! He paid half the rental not full! I drove two hours back to Toronto and made him sign a contract that he would replace the engine and pay for the switch. After 2 weeks of constant pressure he finally paid for and sent the engine to my mechanic. He sent me $550 and said he would send the rest once it was done. Well that was March 20/2020 and today is April 22/2020! My replacement ended up costing me $1875! I still have the contract and an open case with OMVIC, UCDA, BBB and I am going to take him to small claims and he can pay my lawyer fees as we have a written contract! Do not go to Access Motors! If you do you will likely see me outside of the shop holding up a copy of our contract and a sign saying how he ripped off a single Mom of 4! Oh and I recorded all of the interactions on the phone with Farid! All his promises that he hasn’t kept! He also knew he was being recorded and so it was okay! So don’t buy anything here unless you like having to take some low lives to small claims!

So as im approaching 1 year of ownership with a 2011 Bmw 535i i purchased from access i will give pros and cons Pros: 1.My 9th bmw and so far it has been the most reliable ive owned so gotta give it to ACCESS MOTORS for being HONEST about the vehicles they sell no major issues so far 2.Sales guys was great addressed any concerns i had instantly 3 they are honestly a good company to buy a used german car from they get the cars serviced at a well known shop Cons: Cars key died after i took it to them to fix another issue and kinda was ignored when i mentioned it (still havent done it but thats my fault as like i said didn’t have time) Car did have a power cut issue that i did have to fix this myself (they probably would have fixed but I didn’t have the time to be back and forth) In conclusion thats all they are a really good company they will be honest about anything you ask them also dont take my cons list as slander they will help you out i just didn’t have the time as its stuff i coulve fixed my self PLEASE KEEP IN MIND YOU ARE PURCHASING A USED CAR YOU WILL FACE ISSUES ALSO PLEASE RESEARCH ON ISSUES AND RECALLS YOUR VEHICLE HAS PRIOR TO BUYING IT… otherwise they are a 10/10 used car company in my books thanks again guys

Do not trust these people. Bought a 2015 Mercedes from them in September 2023, they said they did the safety and it passed. The I take it on the highway and steering wheel vibrates when I brake, and the passenger tail light is out. They replace the brakes but the tail light is going to take a month. Ok i gave them a month and a half. They said they ordered the wrong tail light and that they need me to order the tail light and they will pay for the cost just show them the receipt. They said the tail light should cost 200 dollars. I look and all tail lights for my model are at least 300 max 700 not including shipping. I talk to the owner Fred, he swears it shouldn't cost more than 200. I finally said just give me the 200 I will cover the difference which ended up being 600 through a mechanic . He said no problem give me your email and I will send you the money. Never sent it. Called again asking about the 200 and he said no problem I will send by later on that day. Never sent the 200 dollars. Pure games and headaches. Don't trust these people, over 200 dollars? They don't care about reputation or honor. So if you want to work with these people don't say you werent warned. Can't be trusted.

Went to access auto to purchase a new car for my wife. Talk to a gentleman name Andre somewhat pleasant to talk to you. The salesman showed me Mercedes Benz b200 turbo. Took the car out for a drive seem to be OK the car was certified came to pick it up two days later paid cash C$6200 just to find out it only comes with one key it overheats the centre caps are falling off air-conditioning is not working well again very disappointed. Well I bring family to buy cars from here probably not I just say buyer beware I just wish the owner wasn’t so money hungry. I feel that they’re happy when you walk in the door I feel that they’re happy to sell you a car I feel that they’re happy to kick you out the door and when you have a problem They surely don’t stand behind the product. Now I have to take the car into Mercedes and have them redo the air conditioning at my cost I have to take the car in the Mercedes and find out why it’s overheating at my cost I have to go to Mercedes to buy centre caps for this Mercedes at my cost furthermore I have to buy a spare key for this car because they never gave me a second set of keys at my cost. Like I said buyer beware.

Bought a car from here, first argue with them because the car didn’t pass a safety ,they insist it did. Lies! Once contacted omvic they fixed the light issue. After they fixed the light issue their mechanic burnt through the wiring connecting the engine to the transmission and the car computer is going nuts and doesn’t not work. It over heats and transmission is failing.ive taken it to a reputable Bmw mechanic to see what is the exact problem, the casing where holds the wires is cracked and the wires are not harnessed correctly and loose causing the entire computer on the car to. W on the fritz. Now the repair is going to cost 2500$ only had this car for 32 days. Don’t purchase a vehicle from this place it will be the biggest mistake you ever invest in I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this dealership. SMH

Bought a 2018 Dodge Promaster 3500 from Andrie here a Access Motors. Was very easy to get into the vehicle. Service was great. Andrie is great..... But this dealership "DOES NOT" know how to safety a vehicle. Or stand behind any problems with there vehicle. The day i picked up my van from the dealership there were multiple warning lights appearing on the the dash in just the hour it took me to drive home. Air bag sensor, running day lights were broken, and parking break sensors is stuck on 24/7, engine light. Bought the full waranty only to try and use it and find out that its a scam and nothing is actually covered under this warranty lol. I had to take the Vehicle into my own mechanic to find a plethora of problems. I RATE THIS DEALERSHIP A 0..... RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!

This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. They fix the vehicles just enough to pass safety and as soon as you sign the papers it starts to fall apart. I paid 1000 for a warranty which the salesman pocketed! The warranty never existed!!! He just kept the money knowing that the car was going to break and i would have no warranty. I spent over 5000 in repairs before just getting rid of it because the entire vehicle (transmission, battery, ect) was garbage! They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign those papers. They are known for not giving bills of sale at the time of purchase either. Super shady!!! Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Watch out for amir he is the WORST. Im in the process of filing a legal complaint against this place.

Stay away from this place. The staff looks good and will do and tell you everything to make you buying a car. After this they will not listen to you or will do nothing except giving promises. Andrei, salesperson, is absolutely irresponsible after signing all papers - continuously keeps saying you "tomorrow" instead of doing something with your request/problem - better will deal with new customers instead. I was waiting more than a month to get the right copy of my bill of sale after purchasing, and was waiting more than a month (without results) asking to fix a problem which was stated as "not existing" at the day of purchase. Doesn't keep promises at all, the words said are nothing. I will not come back and would not recommend anyone to repeat my mistake.

Bought a used car last year. The car itself is good, however they did bare minimum to have it pass safety. The tires were different size in front and the back. It was promised to be detailed, but the car was returned dirty, had to pay for another detailing myself. The next day after I picked up the car the front end had knocking noise. Had to come back to fix it. I was suspecting it having a loose steering wheel u-joint but their mechanic only changed the tie rod ends. The sound was gone only to reappear after one months. My own mechanic confirmed the play in the U-joint, so seems like their mechanic just tried to tighten it and not actually fix the problem. Otherwise, no complaints, it was a crazy market for used cars in 2022.

Will do anything before you buy the vehicle, after you do, and complain about a problem, you are not listened to. I just bought a car from them, Amir was the salesman that sold the car to me, very nice guy, but did not treat me like a customer when I picked up my car, and after I did, and complained, this is two weeks since l made a complaint about my vehicle, he has not called for the car to be fixed. The aftermath experience is very bad. I would not recommend this dealership. The salespersons are just for the gains and not to satisfy the customer. Just found out that the car they sold to me has no spare tire, just a big box in the spare tire section of the car. This guys are the biggest ripe offs.

Hey, at least they are better than others, I know what are you thinking about used car dealerships, but honestly, you know is used car that working with fire, water and gas and running parts. I purchased my 2008 BMW 328i with 145k, after three weeks my engine light was on !! OOPS end of the world!! I went to dealership they said: buddy, my wife bought brand new Nissan Murano and engine light was on after only 2300 km what do you expect from a car with 145k, do we look like BMW's designer? you raced it in 401, I laughed and asked them for help, they sent me to mechanic shop and they fixed it for FREE, YES. I like them although they are dealer! $450 saving :)

In writing my review , i took the liberty of reading other customer reviews. Do not be quick to judge if you have not visited access motors . Seemingly good selection of cars, i was looking for one specifically from an ad. Worked with David for the duration of my business there which spanned 3 visits. They delivered the car to a mechanic of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection which was great and delivered it again to the mechanic for my mechanic to safety the vehicle for me (although they offer this service as well). When it came time to register and get my plates David went above what was expected and gave me a ride to the nearest Service Ontario and back to the vehicle. Overall good experience purchasing a car from these guys.

They have been very good to me, I just purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano LE at ACCESS MOTORS for great price. Our sales rep, Sam, was excellent. I phoned in the day before and went in for a test drive, he also showed us many other vehicles that fit the category of 6 cylinder and awd suv with a back up camera, Sam was very informative and honest. In a matter of two days, we had financing done and they helped us to get affordable insurance as well as plates, sticker and registration and drove off the lot! .The Manager is also quite nice,I totally recommend Access Motors.

My dad bought a car from here a week ago and the man who sold it to us said it was in good condition and just after a week the car stopped working and even had the safety certificate. Be careful everyone who’s trying to buy here all they want to do is take your money and sell cars that don’t even work they tell you just the small problems when they are actually bigger.And when i called the man all he said was you bought it “ AS IS” that’s all he could say. Very Rude and inconsiderate. Never again am i coming here or should anyone buy from here. LIARS & SCAMMERS!!!!

So my first experience access motors was horrible. I met a dishonest sales person and who didn’t disclose vital details about the car and made me sign a bill of sale. Luckily for me when I went to pick up my deposit I met PJ! And he was amazing, he apologized on behave of his colleague, and made sure my experience was great. He gave me a good deal and follow-ups after was excellent. I am so far very pleased with my purchase through PJ. So my advice is, when you get there ask for PJ. If it’s not PJ I will say thread with caution. And be very careful Good luck!

I purchased Hyundai Sonata from Access Motors. It has been 2 months driving the car daily around 80 kms. I am really happy with the car condition, mileage and exterior look. Andre provided me car details and other information. He also helped with with car loan very nicely and quickly. I have paid very reasonable price for the car. This dealer has really good car collection with appropriate pricing. I have also recommended this dealer to some of my friends since there is a trust now with their before and after customer service. They are full of s***. I drove from Niagara falls to look at their vehicle and before going there i told them that I am looking to trade my truck in. They said on phone that no problem we will trade your vehicle in. But after all that long drive to North York they tell me that they already have 5-6 same trucks in their inventory that they don't wanna trade my truck. And prices were all over the place different on kijiji different on website and different on cars windshield. Don't go there to waste your hard earned money and precious time.

I bought a 2012 bmw 320i with tax $11500. When i buy the car i couldn't be there to test drive it. one of the onwer/saleguy tell me the car come with warranty for a year and the car come cirtified and safety. When i get the car in a week i notice the car being pulling and not accelerateing properly, it turns off when started, it dont have heat in it. And they refuse to fix it. I have to pay for the warranty they told me the car come with. So all you people stay away from this dealership

Few weeks ago I found my car on kijiji by the Access motors Toronto and I was really worried about the distance because I live close to Kingston. Finally I Contacted them and I paid them partially without inspecting the car. By the next day they delivered the car to my Garage. I am so happy and satisfied with their service and deal. Called this dealership today inquiring about vehicle financing, And all they could tell me to do was come down with a 500 dollar deposit and then fill the application out. Might I add never once did they mention this "deposit" was refundable or applies to the vehicle loan. The past two weeks I have been searching for a new vehicle so I have called many dealerships and this is the only one that asked for money before any paperwork had been filled out. So be advised.

I didn't pick the best used-car my money could buy. My car had some issues and I had to make phone calls to the company. I was very impressed by the professionalism of Amir Akobari, one of their Sales Reps. He was always available on the phone and provided assistance above and beyond my expectations. Great job, Amir. You are an amazing soul and I am sure there is a long way for you to go in life. I strongly recommend Access Motors, particularly talking to Amir.

Don't buy a vehicle from this place, they will sell you a lemon!!! Not even 2 months after I bought a vehicle from them, everything and anything that could go wrong is and or has. They told me they would fix the tick in the manifold.....They didn't. I bought an extended warranty and there was issues with that. To get a hold of anyone was ridiculous and I find it really weird that the salesman who sold me the SUV doesn't work there anymore.

Sold me a lemon, told me the car came with all these trims to find that half of them werent working. When I asked about this they basically told me oh well. Untop of that they handed me the car super dirty. There was mub on the inside of the truck door. Within days the break pads were rubbing out had that burning rubber smell. If I could give this a negative star I would, I will not be recommending this place to anyone please stay far away

Unprofessional, liars and all around terrible service!!! WATCH OUT!!!! Came there to buy a car and when we agreed on the price, the next day when I came back, they raised the price by $2000!!!!! Absolutely terrible! How could anyone trust these crooks?!?!?! Also one of the sales men by the name Amir, very inappropriate and unprofessional would keep speaking to me inappropriately and making me feel uncomfortable. WATCH OUT SERIOUSLY!!!

It was a great experience buying my car from Access Motors. The salesperson helping me was so nice and you should go to him. His name was Saro. He answered all the questions I asked him and helped me to buy the best car that suits me. Also, he gave me a good deal and I’m happy about that. The car doesn’t have any issues and it was great so far. I’ll recommend this place to everyone and if my friends wants to buy a car as well.

Just pick up this Acura RL from Access Motors. They took my trade and offered me a fair deal towards the Acura. I dealt with Andrei and my experience was very satisfactory. He dealt with the entire transaction professionally. I did opt for the warrany and safety through the dealership. The car needs some minor cosmetic attention but all the minor flaws were pointed out to me. Thanks Andrei, I'm happy with my new(for me) ride.

Best customer service ever! The guy Amir who works there is the best agent. He gives you all the info without hiding anything. I always thought sales agents are liars but these people are honest and truthful. The quality of the cars they have is much better than other places and their prices are very low compared to the market. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for used cars with high quality.

My experience is very positive. I looked for Subaru Outback 3.6r and found it in their listing. They asked a fair price for the car (much cheaper than large dealerships wanted for similar vehicles), allowed me to inspect it with my mechanic prior to purchase, and now, after a month after buying the car I have no complaints. I will have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

Great cars for people who need winter beaters. You can save a whole lot of money here then financing through sub prime with exorbitant intrest rates. Are the cars perfect no. Will it take some tlc to make the car where you want it to be yes! Think of this dealership as a no frills. Do your research on the vehicle first and for sure you will definitely find some gems here.

Never going to recommend. Complete waste of money on a car that was suppose to be in good condition. The tires i got were garbage, the seals around the doors broke after the first month or two, got bent time on the car, the suspension was shot, and the car started rusting underneath when there was suppose to be rust proofing. I'd give less than 1 star if possible.

Dealt with GD personally on many occasions and had an amazing experience. He really puts his own personal touch to taking care of his clients, I will always refer my clients to him as a sales rep wherever he goes and I definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle ! He will listen to your needs and take care of you !

Car has a lot of hidden issues, dealer not willing to work with me to resolve these issues, broken taillight is the only thing they are replacing (shouldn't have even passed a safety with broken taillight). Whole passenger side of car has zero clear coat, and a pretty poor base coat. Highly recommend people avoid these scam artists

I bought used Honda Civic 2012 model from here. Mr.Andrei Kokanov is the reason for these 4 stars. To err is human and if any one say appology for that error he/she is definitely a good person. I had a great experience, Evan was the sales man that helped us. He is very polite and informative, and has helped me very much. I purchased the Jeep Patriot SUV. I found out it was a 4 cylinder as well which is great since my family and I get around places in the car. I recommend Access Motors, I was very pleased with my car.

Terrible experience purchasing a car from this dealership. DO not trust FAHAD GHANCHI, he is a terrible liar and scammer. The cars they sell you will be accidental, even after they tell you they are not a provide you a fake carfax somehow. Do not trust this dealership under any case. Trust me, I leanered the hard way!

Drove 4 hours to buy a car, it wasn't even ready. Never told me it was in a accident or repainted. Was supposed to come with two keys but i got a key for a different model. Wasted my time and lots of money. Though i got a good car but got a lemon that technically didn't pass safety. Never buy from here

Crazy tactics. They wanted a deposit to see the vehicle!! Who does that?? When I refused, they started abusing. They provided wrong technical info, and told me the model has a very long waiting period for new, while it's actually avb on stock. Not at all honest in dealings. Avoid at all costs

PJ, the best salesman I’ve ever seen. I bought an Acura MDX with low KM at good price compared to other dealers. The service is great. PJ even filled up the gas tank for me, from his pocket. I can’t complain how good that was! I would recommend anyone should contact PJ, for your next car.

Horrible services!!! Avoid this place. A bunch of cheats, this place needs to be locked down. They work with mechanics to pass their cars but no inspection is done, at all. No parts replaced yet the owner keeps saying they get the parts free!! AVOID ACCESS MOTORS!! at all costs

I am shocked at the state in which I received my used car (i.e. 2010 Hyundai Elantra). The previous owner had at least one animal. Thanks for the allergy attack. Yes, service was prompt, but you could have at least done a very basic cleaning on the car. This is deplorable.

Dealership was great. As is the case with any used product - do your own due diligence. Andrei helped me out-very honesty and responsive with my concerns. Dealership staff also waited after hours as I was travelling there to pick up a vehicle in a snow storm.

They did not accept deposit to hold vehicle. Obviously it's about their turnaround and not customer service focused . Also once I showed interest in the vehicle, the asking price went up $1000 overnight.
