I called 2x before we made trip over to rent a car. We got a quote for $269(something like that)+ deposit of $200. He asked did I have full coverage insurance or pip I replied full coverage. We finally get there and find out oh your insurance isn’t transferable . I said you only asked did I have full coverage. He attempted to lie and say no we always say transferable. I spoke to him this morning as well as last night. My sister also called yesterday as well and was told the same thing I was. And told to come in. Anyways the price went up to $400 for the week with $250 deposit because I “have no insurance”. Long story short be honest about what’s required before people take time out of their day, to come to you. I just needed another car for a week to handle some business. I Just hate dishonesty or half of the truth just be honest

Booked rental car, granted last minute, went to car site to find they overbooked and had no vehicles available. Was directed to call customer service, which we did and was directed to go to another location for vehicle. Attempted to call this location several times before ultimately going there to find they also did not have any cars available. Waste of time and money as we had to use Lyfts to get around. Thankfully affordable car rental nearby answered phone call right away and answered questions promptly, go there instead!

We bwen renting the 2013 advenger its beautiful runs great i had a tale light out and replaced it the gentlemen there told me i shouldn't have paid for it out of pocket that i could have went to any auto part store call them amd they would handle it and they have worked with us if we were a day or 2 late with the payment. I WILL never use anothwr car rental place ever again only this place :) thank you guys for your amazing customer service skills Sincerely, Melissa and David Todd

After going and putting a deposit down for the car rental i went next day to pick up the rental and give rest of payment for rental only for them to tell me the guy from the day before gave me bad information and i wouldn't be able to rent the car this is just ridiculous to come up with this the day i had to leave for our trip i wouldn't recommend them.

I was just trying to get information and the person who pick up the phone don’t even want to talk to me, he rushed me , he was rude and he was talking over me and that was just first minute on the phone. I try to ask for prices for 4 dates and he don’t even look. Really bad behavior I don’t even want go there anymore. Really not recommended.

They were actually pretty rude & rushed me off the phone when I just called. Im from out of town calling around to get rates, and the guy was basically talking over me before I could get my questions out. If that's indicative of the customer service I'd receive, then I most definitely would not want to do business here

they are the best... everything went smooth and i was in and out in under 20 mins..... they didnt need much but they work with you. i going to refer this place to anyone that cant rent from other people due to missing documents... THANK YOU

If you need a rental car in Florida this is the place to go really good cheap cars you have to have insurance full coverage insurance though Jose was the one that helped us he was very nice friendly if he's there ask for him

My flight got cancelled and kept getting delayed. Finally got to Tampa at 1am on a Saturday. Good people that care about helping others. Very good prices, highly recommend to any one traveling.

Was very cheap but had very nice cars to use. 5 stars all the way. Deposit can be in cash which was amazing. Can't not find that very much anymore.thank you guys!!!!
