I love this salon! However the only issue is the quality of service you get really depends on the person who works with you, it’s not consistently good across all services offered. I go there for manicure and gel nails and it’s excellent, but I don’t see myself trying the pedicure service as there’s only one sink available which raises hygiene questions. As for the haircuts and hairstyling, I tried a hair updo with Ismail and it was absolutely stunning, he was nice and professional as well. Got a haircut with David before too and it was great, I had haircuts by other staff members there and it wasn’t as good unfortunately so it’s worth asking for someone in particular.

THE WORST! Ive never been to a salon where the staff is as rude aa this branch. The threading girl is extremely unqualified and rude. She forgot to complete my eyebrows and when i asked for her to come back, she said she’ll be right there— where i sat there for 15 mins waiting for her to come back, when i went outside to see her, she was washing someones hair. Other than the ridiculous waiting time. The receptionist said i’ll wait for 3 mins while i ended up waiting for 30. The last time i’ll be visiting any of sagheer salons! Extremely disappointed

In Madinaty branch, I went there 3 times for hair brushing and they were so good, but i tried to do eyebrows the last time with one of the female workers who seems to be a beginner as i can feel her hands that she is not good at threading ! .. she started to tell me that my eyebrows are not good and where was the last time i did them ( i hate these kind of questions), also she asked me in a rude way if i have vitiligo under my eyebrows.. I was so stressed and i wanted to leave the place ASAP. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience ..

In the Madinaty branch, there is one of the female workers who is kind of aggressive with the clients and doesn't want to work well. She doesn't even exert any effort to continue the work. She is always complaining and doesn't want to finish the work. Honestly, dealing with her makes me want to stop approaching the branch again. I personally think that the Madinaty branch is not good at all and the experience in it is not good enough at all; maybe after Mohamed Elsagheer himself died, the branches started losing quality and control.

بجد الصغير مات من هنا و الفروع بقت زي الزفت……. الريسيبشن قليل الذوق دخلت قالي هتنتظري بالكتير نص ساعة فضلت قاعده ساعة و لما روحت اكلمو يقولي ما انا قلتلك هتتأخري قولتلو بس قلت نص ساعة مش ساعة يقولي ما انا بعتلك البنت البتغسل تعملك سشوار و انت مرضتيش مع العلم البنت مكنها على الحوض فقط ومش بتعرف ومن اول خصلة ريحة الشياط طلعت….. وبيكلمني ازاي اعترض المفروض اسكت بجد فرع وحش جدا و ناس قليلة الذوق

Very bad salon Unprofessional staff they have less experience and bad attitude Mohamed alsagheer it’s a just name without quality ما انصح اى حد يروح هنا الموظفين بيتخنقو مع بعض و بعد ما اشتغلو معايا اكتشفو انهم مش عندهم الحاجات اللى انا عاوزاها و طبعا مش عندى وقت اروح مكان تانى ، مبيفهموش اى حاجه فى الشعر ولا الاظافر

للاسف كنت اسمع عن صالون محمد الصغير انه كويس والان اكتشفت انهم بيدربو الشباب فوق رؤسنا رحتلهم بشعر لتحت الكتف رجعت بلا شعر اقصد بكلامي اني طلبت قصه معينه ووريته الصوره وقال كويس وبدا ينحت ينحت كانه لاول مره يقص الشعر الان مبهدل ع الاخر ومافيش حل وانا مكتئبه ومش قادره افتح شعري قدام زوجي والناس وياعالم لحد امته ..

والله بدون مبالغة اسوأ مكان حلقت عنده في حياتي كنت سعيد ان فتح في مدينتي لكن بعد التجربة ندمت بوظ شعري وشعر ابني واضطريت اروح مكان تاني يظبطه

اللي تبي جذورها تصير خطوط و عريضة ومو مدموجه مع باقي الشعر تصبغ عند جو افشل واحد عندهم ، بس الويفي خطير يخبي الاثار حقت الجذور …

الاسم معروف طبعا ، بس محتاجين يعملو كنترول أكبر على موظفينهم لأنهم بيعملو شغل تحت الترابيزة و هذا مالا يليق ابدا
