The absolute and most horrible customer service - ever! I don't want to blame the brand for this, and believe this experience is unique to this location. However, I will never spend a dime at this location moving forward. If I want anything from All Saints I will order online. Here is my reasoning: I walked into the store and only one employee greeted me. After that - I casually walked around the store looking at shoes. During this time, two of the employees casually continued their conversation behind the register - clearly, I didn't exist. No one saw me - they saw through me. After wondering when someone would come over to help - I decided to ask for help. There were maybe one other shopper in the store at this time. I worked with one of the female staff members who was passively nice. If anything, I felt like I was annoying her by asking questions regarding different shoe choices in the store. I was looking for two pairs of shoes. One for my husband and the other for myself. 8 1/2 for one pair and a size 11 for the other. (This was after the salesperson weirdly questioned why I was looking for an 8 1/2 in one shoe and an 11 in the other). I didn't know it was required to buy the same size shoes no matter how many pairs you are purchasing. Wouldn't you want a customer to make additional purchases - other than deterring them away or making them feel bad for doing so? After checking the size for TWO pairs of shoes that were not available in my size. The salesperson finally told me that they do not carry anything smaller than a 9 in the store - why didn't she lead with this and save both of us time, I have no clue. It was very condescending and passively rude. I decided to do away with asking about any further items so I wouldn't annoy the salesperson, or, interrupt the other team members personal conversation. After all of this - I felt very uncomfortable. Did I feel welcomed? Not at all. I tried to ignore it, and thankfully I was able to hold it together enough to leave the store. After checking out, no one on the team said thank you, have a good day, thanks for coming in - nothing. If anything, the security guard working at the time was the most welcoming and nicest team member in the store - and I let him know this. He should be the one working with customers. People work very hard to support businesses and brands. Good customer service goes a long way. Treat everyone equally the same. Good news - I am happy I've had this experience so I can share with others so they are not disappointed when thinking of visiting this store.

Had an experience at the Seattle AllSaints last year that still bothers me to this day. Went into the store really interested in purchasing the Kita purse. My three friends and I were not greeted by security or any employees, the store was also pretty empty at this point in the day. We go over to the bags and I’m talking to my friend who was also a fan of Allsaints at the time. We pick up the Kita purse and I was trying to see how the size compared, when all of a sudden a worker practically runs to us, doesn’t say a word and just stares. He literally was right next to us but didn’t say anything. I continue looking at the bag for another minute expecting him to say something but he doesn’t, so I just awkwardly laugh with my friend and look at him again. Still nothing, but just watching us as if we were going to steal the bag even though it was attached the wall by a security string. My other friend finally said “Guys let’s go” since we clearly were not wanted there. It was so bizarre and felt horrible being profiled as black customers. Never shopped the AllSaints brand or store again after this experience.unfortunate, because I do like the clothes and accessories they put out.

Holy cow! I do not spend money on clothes, ever. I typically shop at your local thrift store and random tourist shops for t-shirts, so this is not my typical venue. Today, on a whim, I walked in looking for a jacket for a upcoming trip, and immediately saw the one. I have literally never spent money like this on clothes and I didn't even think about it because it was the correct jacket for me. This is a fancy clothes store and it appealed to me, Mr not fancy clothes. That says something. The help I got was fantastic. The salesman I worked with was awesome. I got a discount for signing up for their news letter, and I might even come back! Also, just go in the store even if your not interested in clothing, the interior is truely a piece of artwork. The floors are rough 4" oak, probably reclaimed from something, the shelves are made from the coolest industrial material ever, and the lighting is made up of hundreds (seriously, hundreds) of old-timey stage lights. I almost forgot, the entire front wall of the building is made out of old sewing machines! The style is super industrial and functional. It's a modern art installation that happens to sell nice clothes.

*RUDE EMPLOYEES - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE* Honestly, it was terrible even before I made it a foot inside the door. I walked into the empty store with some items to return, and both employees at the door neglected to greet me. As I began my return, the employee made sure to stress the inconvenience of doing online returns in store because the returns value goes against the store’s sales. He then proceeded to tell me that the store would likely no longer have a downtown location due to a lack of in-store sales and the homeless community in the area. I ended up apologizing for the inconvenience of the in-store return, by which he responded by handing me my returns papers back and then storming off to go on his phone. The store manager caught the tail end of this exchange and only voiced an excuse for his employee's behavior by stating that this was the fifth return they’d done that day. No apology was expressed in this explanation and it’s worth noting that this was a week after Black Friday sales, so of course, there will be an increase in return volumes.

Terrible customer service. Couldnt even walk into the store longer than 3 minutes before being rudely asked if I need an escort out the door. Because of the clothing i was wearing or how my face looks they assumed im some random vagabond or homeless person and treated me like garbage for no reason. I've been offered an apology by the management but it wont change how embarrasing and traumatizing it was. I didnt even have a chance to LOOK at anything. i simply asked "why must i leave" and they called the police. i should have filed an assault charge for the guy who grabbed me, i never once refused to leave i just asked why i was being descriminated at random while other people were shopping freely. horrible experience

Was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance with anything, had to ask an employee for help. I then tried describing the style of jacket I was looking to purchase when the sales person said it would be more helpful if I could tell him the name of the line. I do not know all the lines of AllSaints. A sales person should know the product and help a customer find the right product, not the other way around. I was glad to overhear another customer talking about the jackets as I found her advice helpful. Was looking to purchase my first AllSaints jacket today but unfortunately received no assistance in style, size, comfort, etc. and had to go across the street to Nordstrom for better customer service.

Rude staff, walked in today and was admiring all the retro sewing machine displays and mentioned to an employee passing if anyone knows how many sewing machines it took to create such a cool display to which they replied, “yeah I don’t get paid to count the sewing machines” , rolled their eyes and walked away. Nobody said hello. Good morning. Can I help you ? I went in there with the intent of purchasing a coat before going to Canada and you have lost my business. Retrain your staff.

I went in there and bought a sweatshirt, the staff was friendly but they swiped my card twice and I ended up getting double charged $150. I called the store and they basically told me to solve the problem myself, later they tried to help when I asked a second time then failed to be resourceful or helpful un anyway at all; I had to take matters into my own hands and eventually got my money back 2 weeks later. Clothes are good quality, but pay with cash.

A spacious store with very friendly staff. I love this brand, although it is on the pricey side, I think the styles and quality is worth it. Upon entering I was greeted by a staff member, Ryan, who was kind and helpful. After picking out clothes I wanted to try on another staff member, Alex, helped me to a fitting room (again another extremely friendly person). Overall, I had a great experience at this store and I definitely plan on going back.

Went in looking for a jacket and quickly realized I was out of my budget. When asking about general price range with one of the employees, I was told to “go to Mexico” because apparently I wasn’t worth his time. Kinda botched the chance to make a sale. I could have paid more but I’m gonna take my business elsewhere, where employees are kinder. Which is probably anywhere else… even Mexico.

Incredible store, space, designs and overall customer experience. Walked-in today to browse some items on sale and everybody were respectful of my time to browse stuff alone after I mentioned, when I needed help several employees were more than happy to help me out and they were wonderful to talk too as well. I purchased several items today and I'll return for more in the future.

You get what you pay for . Great clothes that will look better with time. I bought a Hoodie and it is my favorite. Friendly people .homeboy was actually trying to find something for me to buy and wasn't like gamestop, trying to sell me a powerup rewards that was cancer. Go their if you have money because it shows when you have a ALL SAINTS hoodie on .this brand is seattle

  • Lucas Richardson

This place was really awesome! We went in just because of the awesome decor, but it had really cool trendy clothing too. The walls were lined with old singer sewing machines. The workers were really nice too. One of the workers was telling me about how they have a really cool interior designer for their company that comes in.

  • Crystal Liu

worst instore shopping experience ever! One sales’s attitudes was so bad seems like I owe his money Been always love this brand and shopping new cloths every season, however felt so unwelcoming this, when I said thanks, he didn’t even say you’re welcome and no smile no greetings at all. Other two sales were nice and this one

  • Ryan Mundon

Terrible customer service. We had a simple return that would have taken 60 seconds at almost any other clothing store. The employee was exceptionally rude and walked off in the middle of the discussion saying ‘there is nothing I can do.’ I really liked AllSaints up until this point, but I don’t plan on shopping there again.

Love it, love it, love it... So this is pretty funny. Tell me why Nordstrom's has ALLSAINTS in there store but about 20% maybe even 30% higher priced than the actual store across the way. That's insane if you ask me and honestly ALLSAINTS had friendlier EMPLOYEES and better service any day than NORDSTROM'S

  • elizabeth sande

Very kind staff! I went in yesterday needing to do a return that was confusing me and I possibly didn’t have the correct things I needed to do a return! The staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for taking the extra time and effort to help me figure that out, and being so accommodating!

  • Etan Tife

The people there were super rude when we had asked what the closing time was. One girl that worked there thought I was trying to hit on her, because I asked for her name to thank her properly. Little blonde girl with the flat chest and suffering from noassatall.

  • Samson Clay

I had a fabulous shopping experience here today. Sam and Nicole were super warm, helpful and friendly. After my purchase I had some questions about how to maintain my new sweater and they both provided me with amazing tips! Will be shopping here again.

  • Deepan Srinivasan

Store is in great location with pleasant/helpful staff. I was able to try on different shirts to find my best fit. I was not able to find my size in the color I liked, but was able to order it online and get it shipped for free, right from the store.

  • Parminder Singh

I just wanted to share my recent experience at AllSaints store in Downtown Seattle. The store had a very morose vibe with probably the least welcoming staff I've ever come across. No one came forward to greet or help. The one guy I did talk

  • Austin Bloom

I was here a few weeks ago, and my experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I love the brand and was really excited when I found out there was a store here. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

  • Apratim Mukherjee

They have some of the best mid-range leather jackets. I didn't feel their other items such as boots fit well enough but I absolutely love their jackets - both leather and suede. Their store associates were very helpful throughout.

  • Gabriella Inlv

The store is so clean and they have the best mirrors for selfies. The staff was amazing, Enrique and Sarah were awesome and helped picked out the best outfits. Would def recommend checking this store out if you’re in the area.

  • Darby Parke

Went in to do some shopping for some new outfits before going to Vegas, Enrique helped me and did a great job. Helped me pick out a few different outfits and gave me some good styles. Will definitely return

  • Cody Sharp

I love English aesthetics when it comes to apparel, especially a rock and roll meets British mod vibe. This store has everything I want. The quality and craftsmanship combined with price is a great value.

  • Chantika Tibbetts

Love the leather jackets, it's what I went there for.. however, they are a ridiculous price. $595.00?? That is way too much. I went in there with $250.00 thinking I had more than enough...

  • Michael Ellingson

Pretty great clothing store with stylish and modern British punk threads, pricy but well worth every penny. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy to make a sale.

  • Dea Pearce

Love this English inspired shop. Clothing is very unique. Ambience within the store feels very cool. Clothes are a tad pricey for me. But i love browsing.

  • brad cardin

Was immediately greeted by Codi. Answered all my questions and got what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Есть интересные вещи, но цены заоблачные... Зато бесплатно можно посмотреть на старинные ткацкие станки и швейные машинки.

The business building is secure and nice. The open plaza needs a thorough cleaning. Dirty and smells of urine.
