My cat hadn't been eating or drinking for 2-3 days so we took her to check up, she is a domesticated feral cat so naturally she was aggressive and the vets couldn't hold her in place which resulted in her running and hiding under a desk. They managed to capture her shortly after and they put a piece of dirty cloth in her mouth to stop her from biting them while they tried to hold her in place, but she ended up having a bloody mouth after biting her tongue because of their incompetence and lack of experience. They then managed to check her temperature and take a blood sample to run tests on her after using their glove (which was incredibly dirty and unhygienic). Alphavet has the equipment but lacks experienced veterinarians who know what they're doing.

Professional and caring doctors, very convinient for Rehab and New Cairo residents as it is very close to El rehab guests gate. Can do reservation ahead. They have regular guests offers. Have advanced equipments for medical tests for cats and dogs, including SDMA kideny failure analysis kit and device. As well as Sonar. Have place for operations. They don't have animal boarding. Nursing crew are professional friendly and helpful they can do quick home visits (depending on location and doctor approval). I dealt with most doctors there, for many pets with different cases for the past 5 years at least, very satisfied about it. Would definitely go there for hard and complex cases.

I looked all over new cairo & heliopolis for a vet to treat my daughter's long haired guinea pigs. Everyone was telling us that they can't treat them cause those pets are rare and it's really hard to examine them untill a close friend of us told us about dr.haytham in alphavet actually I'm speechless for everything he did and how he handled the whole story with my daughter he was so kind to her..and the guinea pig is now in a great condition I highly recommend them they also have another branch in orabi

This clinic is the WORST. If your pet has a serious condition, I advise you to take them someplace else. My cat's bladder was blocked and beside Stitching in a catheter the doctors there couldn't do anything to help his condition to get better. Very over priced and disorganized, they didn't keep details of his well being on file so i had to give every doctor the whole recap of what happened and each one of them gave a different diagnosis / treatment. I paid 2300 EGP and my cat was still untreated.

The best clinic in Rehab City after trying several ones, they know what they are doing and the have well experienced professional medical staff, Mohamed Fawzy is one of the nurses there and he is the best in all I've seen Dr. Mohamed Abdelrehim is a great doctor and helped me with my cats he saved the life of Yuki after suffering from blockage in his urinary system, I also did three castrations for 3 cats there and thanks God they went very well

Terrible treatment, very unprofessional and commercial clinic. The doctors were very disrespectful especially dr. Mohamed Mostafa. We paid a lot of money for x-ray and medications and then they refused to give us the x-ray and the prescription we paid for or even tell us what did they inject our dog. Blood tests are totally wrong. Finally they refused taking the case, which was very critical because we came from another doctor.

The worst clinic to go to if your pet has a serious condition. My dog was vomiting alot with extreme dehydration and they refused to give her the necessary known medication which she needed immediately because they wanted to do an "investigation" first for the cause of the problem for three days with some sonars, xrays, and blood test which are unnecessary for her case btw but for them money is more important.

I have hade a very nice experience. My cat had a cesarean and gave birth to 3 healthy kittens. A day after the surgery she is just fine and has no problems lactating. The doctors are very professional and caring. Really recommend this place.

A good place for non severe treatments and protection medication. It's a little bit overpriced, but acceptable for the mediocre class. The veterinarians are qualified for treating pets. This place is not recommended for emergency treatments.

I got my cat nails clipped and neutered. The wait time wasn't long but they didn't give enough instructions . I also received no paperwork for surgery but was allowed to take picture of receipt. They were gentle with my cat .

Very commerical clinic. Skill gap between hired vets is huge. Dr. Haytham is a good doctor there, but outside working hours you cannot reach him.
