The place seemed to be so clean which is good, but I was there to have an X-ray for a rescue balady dog with a prescription from my vet. They did it wrong, not on the joint which need to be viewed, and actually after he saw the puppy, he asked me if it's a boy or a girl!!! Can't you know by looking at her!!! One X-ray film costs 200 LE, thankfully, they made me a discount as it's a rescue case and let me pay 300 for two films instead of 400. And the two films was taken on wrong positions. Not recommended at all.

If you care about your pet and yourself don't go there. I've been going to this place for years, but recently they're absolutely horrible. Recently, they started ordering tests and do xrays with no real reason, just to make money because we're worried and of course we won't think twice! They misdiagnosed my cat a few times in a row, and did the operation for my cat terribly. My advice is, find another more humane clinic.

love that place.. it's really clean.. and the vet give you a lot of attention.. answering all your questions.. makes my puppy feel good there.. and the vet gives me his number if i want any help in any time.. the best veterinary clinic ever.. you don't have to wait a lot of time.. just when you get there you will go on ..and that's all

Frankly I was amazed very hygiene clinic but most important was the kind n friendly approach of the Vet and his crew towards our pets and us. Doesn't leave you with any doubts when your leaving the clinic. Thanks to the entire family of Animalia ❤❤❤

Good doctors, great nursing staff, medicine is available to buy and other things that your cat or dog might need. They also perform operations. And some of their branches offer to host your pet while you’re away.

Dr. Eslam is brutal, he doesn’t know how to deal with animals. He got extremely aggressive with a 9 months old cat. He also suggested to give her anesthesia and trim her nails to be able to give her few meds.

روحت اطعم الكلب بتاعي و مع الاسف الدكتورة اللي هناك اديته التطعيم مع دوا الديدان و كانت النتيجة ان الكلب عنيه كانت هتروح و ورمت و جابت مده و حرارته عليت جدا، و الحمد لله وديته لدكتور تاني و لحقه

I don't recommend at all! They misdiagnosed my cat and took a lot of money for nothing,and gave him medications that are not suitable for my cat's condition.worst place to go to.
