Alert: Animals lovers in Cairo please BE CAREFUL! A Call for Action! A sad & disgraceful incident happened almost 2 weeks ago at night in Garden City. Dr.Ahmed Kamal, the vet in the British Animal Hospital in Garden City took at night Balady Dogs in a van from Infront of the clinic and threw them away in a remote location away from their district where they happily live despite that the our Garden City TNR team & some of us, residents of Garden City had taken the responsibility of vaccinating, spaying and registering them in the Medical Veterinary The story initially that he deceived us with, was that he is taking them for a check up and to review vaccination despite they already were. Being a vet in the clinic, we believed him and he promised to return them in 3 days time after the so-called check up is complete which obviously was a lie. The 3 days became 5, at that time, we started suspecting that something is not right & kept rigorously following up with him, he stalled time and said that someone wants to adopt them, which was very weird for us .. After pushing and pressuring to know the reality, couple of more days later, we managed to know from him that they are not being checked up or anything and that he threw them away because they were ‘creating noise’ & danger to him and his clinic. So he made this act to get rid of the noise and to protect the district. That was his reasoning! A respectable humane act would have been to talk with the Garden City TNR team & us the residents who take care of the dogs to find a constructive, humane solution rather than deceiving us and discreetly throwing the dogs at night in a remote area! Those are the pictures of the two Balady dogs who were victims of this act. They are both ear tagged. We are now trying to locate & bring the dogs back which is not an easy mission since we don’t know all the parameters associated with that & don’t have support to help us search. We are totally devastated about what happened to the dogs & feeling deceived by this disgraceful act. Those dogs are like family to us! This is a call for Action ! لا انصح ابدا بهذه العيادة .. مافيش اي اهتمام او رعاية او مهنية .. مش فاهمة ايه المستشفى البريطاني .. دي اوضة و صالة اقل من المتوسط و الدكتور مش متواجد ابدا .. سايب العيادة لبنات صغيرين ماعندهومش اي خبرة .. بس تعليمات انهم يدخلوك في متاهات و اشعة و تحاليل و حقن من غير اي لازمة بس علشان يسحبوا اكتر فلوس ممكنة و الاخر النتيجة صفر .. حتى الحيوانات بيتاجروا بيها و الله حرام
Not recommended at all .. No professionalism and no conscience.. All they care for is money.. So bad service

A horrible place, i took a rescued cat to them and they killed her with their negligence , recently as well they kidnapped the vaccinated and neutered friendly dogs of garden city and throw them away, we are still searching for them, ahmad kamal the vet there is not trustworthy at all, their boarding is dirty and they keep the animals there in small cages where they are not even able to stand, stay away from this place, it is not safe at all for animals .

My cat was kept there for 10 days to be treated from a very infectious skin disease (ring worm) they said she was cured & safe to take home ; but she wasn't; her hair was still falling; I took her to another vet who told me she was still sick & to keep her isolated from my other cat & we kept treating her for a month afterwards . Also I wasn't allowed to see where they kept her in ,when I visited, they brought her out to me.

recently it became the worst hospital for animals in Egypt.. not caring.. very reckless attitude.. not doing the necessary analysis or ultrasound until my cat got kidney failure .. they left him with stones for 3 weeks without asking for kidney functions.. i did the kidney fun. myself to discover that my pet got kidney failure.. asking lnly for money.. their pricrs are double the prices anywher. fi

أسوأ عيادة بيطرية .. لا رعاية ولا مهنية ولا رحمة بالحيوان .. الدكتور كان قاعد جوة و رفض يخرج يكشف بنفسه على الكلب لأنه كلب شارع و لم يهتم بألم بالحيوان و مع ذلك أمر المساعده انها تعمل آشعة و تعطي له حقن مالهاش اي لازمة مع ان الكلب ايده مكسورة و في الاخر دفعنا مآت الجنيهات و الكلب خرج زي ما دخل .. كل همهم الفلوس .. لا انسانية

اتصلنا برقم الفرع نستفسر عن عملية تعقيم للقطة وكان رد الدكتور ف منتهى قلة الذوق! عشان سألناه تفاصيل عملية التعقيم وكان رده لبابا: يعني ايه تفاصيل! هو انت دكتور؟! باسلوب مستفز ف كل ردوده! اتصدمنا من طريقته جداً. اسلوب شخص مغرور مش بيحترم الناس الي بتتصل، كإننا بنشحت منه... وعشان الطريقة دي استحالة هنروح المكان ده ابداً.

My cat died on the first day I left her there…friendly Dr. but cage was brought back dirty (and cat dead). When they took her she still could run and had energy…after less than one day here she is dead. Not sure what to think :( Their staff is very harsh with animals. Don’t recommend.

-first of all they are terrible vets, they were responsible for the death of 3 of my friends cat’s. -second, they are kidnapping the vaccinated neutered dogs from the Neighborhood, and through them in the desert, I wouldn’t trust them with my beloved animals.

Doctors failed to diagnose and treat my beloved cat which lead to her death. When it died I received a call showing no sympathy with my loss, with the notice that I should “collect” the cat before 3pm or they would “dispose” of it on their own.

Don't go unless absolutely necessary. They're not that good. Trainees possibly don't know what they're doing and always going back to ask the doctor. Took over an hour to diagnose a simple injury. Just don't.

Very good doctors, very helpful and friendly, and quite knowledgeable. Saved my dog's life in an emergency situation at midnight, and were genuinely concerned about the animal's health before anything else.

When am taken my baby to British animal hospital am really sure he will be survivors... am really trust in them... thx dr dalia for everything you doing for my baby ❤ ... amazing taem for amazing clinc ❤

Best place to take your pet, the doctors are so friendly and professional, they know what they're doing. They just opened a new shop too for all your necessities.

Awful doctors and awful cruelty towards vaccinated neutered friendly strays in the neighborhood. No vet or animal lover would be this cruel. Do not go there

They treat my cat like if it was theirs, and they were really kind to her. I'm so happy they were able to save her.

They did something wrong in my cat's procedure and let it suffer for four days and then my cat died.

Probably the best vet that I have went to they really do love animals and know how to treat them.
