Baby shower with approx 30 to 40 people. Entire area was clean and tidy with all bushes /trees well trimmed,. Lovely covered braai area and separate lappa, clean toilets, lots of parking and shade. Kiddy friendly. Enjoyable day

If you enjoy the out-of-doors for family activities, birthday parties or a braai with friends then you would enjoy Alverstone. You can play games in grassy field by the picnic area or have an adventurous hike along the trails. It can be an outdoor adventure right in Assagay.

This is a lovely private park with some wildlife. When we were there loud music was playing that unfortunately spoilt the outing. As this is a nature and wildlife reserve noise should be better controlled.

Enjoy the natural surroundings with braai setup under cover next to open fields for your children to play in as well as a nice hiking trail. Natural, quiet and refreshing. - - Must make a reservation.

Popped in for a family gathering for the first time despite living in the area for over 30 years. Was pleasantly surprised by the rustic simplicity of the Boma. Will definitely return again.

Lovely venue for friends and family to get together. Walking trails from easy to challenging to suit everyones abilities. Wildebeest, zebra and impala wandering around, well worth a visit.

Extremely peaceful, just what you need when you need to relax. Especially after an intense Thousand Hills Parkrun. Will defiantly go back anytime. Thx guys for the lovely place.
