Kelley was great to work with. He helped us pick out our new refrigerator and was very knowledgeable. This location has awesome low prices and a welcoming staff. We decided to get our fridge from the “dent and scratch” section and they have so much to choose from. So many fridges in this section are virtually scratch free, we had to ask Kelly why the fridge we liked was even in this section and he was able to show us the TINIEST surface level scratch on the side near the bottom. A lot of the tiny imperfections on these fridges are not even noticeable or will be hidden anyways. Save your money and shop here!! Also, we were able to work with their 3rd party delivery guys who were able to deliver our new fridge just 2 hours after we purchased. They are called Express Pick-up and Delivery, the owner is Nick Tanner. He and his team of guys are amazing and very professional. They took care of everything for us and it really took the stress off of our shoulders. Anywhere else wouldn’t be able to deliver for another week or so, I was blown away to get same day delivery. Huge thanks to them for their amazing services.

Initially went to store on Old Kings Road hoping to buy a range. Edward directed us to the San Jose store communicating the selection was much better, with suggestion to tell Kelly, Andrew sent us. While this may be policy and training; Edward did so with a desire to help and with confidence Kelly would fulfill our expectations and needs. It reminded me of the movie miracle on 34th street, where the goal was far more selfless than selfish. Kelly took his time, answered questions knowledgeable and honestly; open regards one technical question he was unsure about. I have already told two people regarding my appreciation with high recommendation to check out your stores. Also much thanks to the two guys that loaded the range we purchased; I apologize for not getting their names. From my observations the store has developed a culture which is outstanding. Outstanding Purchase Experience at American Freight! I recently bought a chest freezer from American Freight and was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they beat the prices of their competitors on the exact same brand and model by a whopping $40, but they also offered an extended warranty at a fraction of GE’s price. The customer service I received was top-notch – fast, friendly, and efficient. Manny quickly showed me exactly what I was looking for, offered some helpful advice, and quickly got me checked out. When I pulled my truck around to the back they immediately met me at the door before I even rang the bell and then loaded it up for me. The entire process was seamless. I was in and out with the exact freezer I had in mind, brand new in the box, in no time, and at the best price in town. Highly recommend!

We would come here when it was SEARS Outlet for new appliances with only minor blemishes. Thankful this place is still around and was acquired by American Freight. We ended up with a $1900 new fridge for half the price with delivery and removal of the old fridge. Our sales rep. Manny was awesome and helped us out a lot. Our Electrolux has been nickel and diming us non-stop, so when it finally quit we were fed up and needed new, but as a working class family we were on a budget. Manny worked with us and got us a new stainless Whirlpool on the spot. They also offer competitive financing. We'll definitively be back!

I want to thank the DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!!! They did an AWESOME JOB!!!! We had a few hiccups with the manufacturer work. But they delivered our furniture with a smile and patience. One of the delivery guys also helped inside store. I didn’t get their names but I appreciate the fact that one was due to be off on the date that it was scheduled to come. But he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get it to us. I will ship with them again and refer all family and friends. The Delivery guys from San Jose is Best!!! Also thank you to management for resolving the issue no matter what it took. This store exemplifies CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cynthia was an absolute delight! I came in for a dryer and she was very knowledgeable about all the appliances I looked at. Sweet and pleasant personality and it was wonderful doing business with her. Kevin actually sold me my refrigerator 2 years ago and is also a knowledgeable salesperson. They take great care in explaining everything and answering any questions you may have. There’s no “high pressure” sales and it’s just a very casual sales experience. I come to American Freight for my appliances and will be back for a washer next payday! Great place and trustworthy folks!

Me and my family usually don’t come to this location but they had an item in stock while our other one we usually do go to didn’t have. So I came in and first experience there, they had me set up with what I wanted and quickly and went step by step along with me. Emanuel, goes by “Manny”, took care of me today and made the experience very welcoming and told me everything I needed to know and best financial route to go with. Two days before thanksgiving we were notified that our kitchenaid cook top would not be available until February. We were expecting it to arrive November 21st. We decided to check out Americanfreight and we were truly blessed. We found an upgraded version of the cooktop we ordered for half the price of a new one with a five year warranty. I was in need for a new over the range microwave to replace my 20 yr old unit that was falling apart. Purchased a brand new in box frigidaire for $199 (at the time of this review, the same exact unit is retailing for $350 at H0me D3pot) Couldn't be happier with the experience, the unit was in perfect condition and I saved a good amount of money. I will be keeping them in mind for any future appliance or furniture needs!

I have gotten excellent service and great deals / finds at this location on two different occasions . Cynthia helped me both times and was been most helpful / knowledgeable and fun to work with !! She is also very honest in making suggestions about quality / damage / value . I trusted her when making my purchases .
