What a wonderfully smooth experience today picking out our new couch . Mr. David Franklin was unbelievably professional, patient, and an all around super nice guy. I cringe going into furniture stores because of some of the employees we seem to come into contact with but this guy was just amazing to work with. My husband isn’t a social kind of guy and tends to be bothered fairly easy by most but he even appreciated how knowledgeable and easy going Franklin was to work with. We truly loved how he never showed any signs of frustration or lack of care. He went back and forth with us as though we were in this together and never tried to persuade us to go more expensive even though we started out wanting the most expensive one. He just gave us the information he had and knew on the couches but always made it seem like it was the best choice for us no matter what our decisions may have been. This ladies and gentlemen is how business should be done in sales. Thank you Mr. Franklin You’re a great asset to Rooms To Go **Just wanted to put on here that my couch was delivered and the gentlemen who delivered it was unbelievably nice, caring and cautious of my walls and property. They helped me make sure it was to my liking before they left and they were extremely patient and just some very nice men. Rooms To Go delivered happiness to our family and saw it through to make it a great experience overall. Thank guys!!

I’ve had a rooms to go card for years now since I purchased my first couch. My bf and I have been couch hunting for months now and randomly at 5:30 tonight I said hey I have an account with rooms togo and they have a sale right now wanna stop in? We got there and of course a sales rep greeted us. Let me just say sales rep Nessa was such a breath of fresh air. I told her from the initial greet what we were here for [couch and MAYBE mattress] and she didn’t hassle or hover. She straight up asked if we wanted privacy or her to walk with us. I asked for us to look around privately which was such a nice experience. We walked the whole store! But ultimately there was a couch that we came across from the beginning and we just couldn’t get over it. We fell in love with it but the one deal breaker was the size . Nessa was near by and sat with us and configured the size to what we were looking for and then sized us for a matress and what was a simple whim of an idea at 5:30 was a full on completed shopping and purchase by 7:56. Nessa was there for us when we needed her and was more than helpful. She made the shopping experience a 10/10 for us. Thanks girl!!!

EDITED REVIEW: we had the store manager reach out to us directly to try and help resolve the issue with the warranty rep. James Bailey has been kind, professional and understanding. If you ever are having a problem with your warranty, I highly recommend reaching out to the store directly to see if they can step in to assist. We have had the worst time dealing with Rooms To Go and their warranty claims company. We bought a sectional on 1/15/22 and received it on 2/17/22. In total, with the warranty we paid $2,172.58. I would hope that a couch that much would last longer than a year and a half but this has not. We submitted pictures to the warranty team and even had someone come out and take pictures because 3 of the sectional pieces are ripping at the seam on the couch. The warranty team has denied the claim saying that is normal wear and tear. I would never spend over $2k on a couch and expect it to only last a year and a half. I will never be buying anything from Rooms To Go ever again and I will be telling all my friends and families about our experience with them.

For the second time straight this professional man ran the whole 9 yards with Us, making sure we were making the right decision choosing the right product and the best option comfortable for us as far as financing and protection plan with our new purchase. I wish he will stay forever in Rooms to go because in 33 years, doing businesses with different retailers, I have never been pleased and satisfied like when i purchase from this specific Rooms to Go from this location thanks to Bruce Miller aka “Bucky”. God bless you and thanks for your outstanding quality of service.

Furniture was delivered missing drawer knob for night stand .. delivery personnel set up and took off with knob missing.. shortly after delivery noticed it was missing called customer service which said they would overnight missing knob.. 2 days later didn’t show up.. called again customer service said will be delivered today.. end of day still no replacement knob.. called again this time customer service saying it will be delivered tomorrow provided tracking number to USPS regular mail delivery.. Don’t waste your time buying from this outfit very poor customer service filled with lies.. Take your money and go elsewhere.. I will never purchase from them again

Spencer at the Towncenter store helped my family find a new living room set. He was very helpful and informative! He knew the furniture on the floor well and helped us find the right size for our space. Edit: Furniture was delivered today and it’s beautiful. Spencer assured me that the blue recliner we ordered would match perfectly. They didn’t have the fabric swatch in the store for me to see. He was absolutely right! We are so happy with it. I have to admit, I'm not a fan of furniture stores. Usually it's like going to a used car lot! But this time I can honestly say that we were VERY pleased with Rooms to Go! Our salesperson David was excellent! Professional, courteous, friendly and helpful! We also appreciated Johan as well! He answered our questions while David was assisting another customer. If you get a chance, check them out! David looks like actor Bradley Cooper so you can't miss him.

2 things: 1st, Bucky our sales associate was great. Friendly greeting, knew we wanted space (which he did but not so much you wondered where he was or how to ask questions, it was honestly perfect), gave us the facts, and reassured us of the quality and the price/value. 2nd, massive store with so many options. I was very impressed with the selection, quality and the pricing. We were looking for a sofa-bed and found that as well as a new leather sectional. Our sales associate Jerry D easily pointed out which sofas had a bed option which saved us time. Once we also decided on a sectional, he put together multiple configurations for us to pick from. I showed him the flyer…he took me straight to the furniture I was interested in and shared his knowledge of how the pieces worked. Very knowledgeable!
