My husband and I just closed on a second homein Ponte Vedra and was in need of furniture. It has been such a challenge to get furniture right now - which is even harder when you are not living in the space full time. So I was so thrilled when we visited there and found that pieces they sell are primarily in stock. I was looking for a chest of drawers and as I was searching I stumbled upon a bed I have been trying to source for a month. Every place I went to had it back ordered 2 or more months. I was so happy when Lauren told me it was in stock and could be delivered within a week. We also purchased a mattress, box spring and 2 STUNNING canvas prints. The place has beautiful stuff, knowledgeable staff with deep expertise (Lauren) and seems responsive and easy to work with (I just purchased yesterday - fingers crossed!). Also, sales people are not pushy at all - they don’t hover which is so nice Finally I should note that I saw another bed and was trying to decide between the one I ultimately got and another bed. Lauren was honest about some of the cons of the other bed- despite the fact that is was more expensive and she could have made more money by recommending that one. This signals to me that this place looks for long term relationships My sister just purchased a home in Jacksonville and I will be bringing her to this store to furnish her home

I love my furniture from Furniture Mart!! Debbie D. is an amazing designer who listened well to my interests and offered many ideas and options to help create the desired look and functionality of the furniture for our home redecorating update. She kept the budget in mind and offered more options when I preferred a different cost or color or fabric choice. Today we had Delivery One (of multiple deliveries over the next few months). We were so excited to see the quality of each piece! I also want to brag on the two men who delivered the furniture… Kyle and Q! Both were so careful with each piece of furniture and artwork and were so friendly with great personalities as well. This is the third time we’ve used Furniture Mart to update our furniture. The furniture has always been incredible quality. We’ve never had any issues with any of our furniture … until a few days ago when a puppy we were dog sitting walked across my freshly painted picture and left acrylic paw prints all over my brown leather sofa. We’ve had a five star experience with Furniture Mart time and time again - with the designers, delivery crew, and all the staff and have absolutely loved our furniture purchases. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The designer Peggy was personable, highly knowledgeable, and professional. She gave me the time needed to ensure my purchase was meeting my needs and we discussed my next project and reviewed several options. I will add when I spoke to her about having discussed a part of my project with another company and the time they took she encouraged me to consider that part of the project to remain with them since their pricing would be similar… very professional, but also why I’ll be back. Thank you Peggy! August 2023 update: I returned to FM and worded again with Peggy. When I contacted her she was on vacation, but had me send the ‘inspiration’ pictures of items from my home to use for finding lamps for my new primary bedroom… and we planned to me meet the morning she returned to the office. When I arrived Peggy had already researched across several quality vendors and we found the perfect pair of lamps… and added nightstands for a guest bedroom I was working on. Peggy is great! Furniture Mart has amazing pricing and a friendly helpful staff that can help you put together an entire selection of products for your home. I’ve been working with Peggy Martin who has gone above and beyond to help me replace all the furniture for our home while staying in budget. She is an exceptional designer and everyone on staff has been friendly and nice. I have been greeted and taken care of each time I’ve visited the store. We lost almost everything we own in a horrific fire when our home burned down on 12-14-21. I wanted to thank the owner for being kind to me today and working with me on a few pieces. The owners snd staff are definitely caring and the type of people you want to do business with. I have been to several other furniture stores to compare pricing. Furniture Mart was priced much better for several of the same exact products than the other stores. So if you are looking for a great experience with the best possible price this is the place to shop.

We haven't yet received the two recliners we ordered, but we can provide kudos to the store and the design consultant that helped us, Deb Mischley. We were allowed to peruse all the recliners they had in stock without someone "hovering" over us. Deb checked on us, but left us alone until t was time for obtaining details on units, manufacturers, fabrics, leathers, etc. She handled our questions with a pleasant approach and did not get frustrated with the info we wanted. The price we paid was well below what other stores were charging for the exact same items from Bradington-Young. The store also provided a military discount. Overall it was a pleasant experience unlike some previous visits to other furniture stores. If the recliners we ordered are as well made & as comfortable as the one we sat in then we'll be delighted.

Debbie Dunlap at Furniture Mart on Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville did a fabulous job helping us with our special orders of a new sectional and chair for our living room! I went in to the showroom multiple times to look at options and fabrics and to ask her lots of questions. She even let me take sample fabrics home a few times to see what worked best in our home. She was very kind, professional, patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. She was terrific! I highly recommend!

This was such a great experience! We had freedom to walk around alone and take our time, but Vanessa checked in from time to time to see if we needed anything. When we were fairly certain of our selection, she took the tag off so we wouldn’t have to worry about our choice being sold while were making our decision. She was the perfect person for us! Great sense of humor, timing, and very informative. We will certainly return to Furniture Mart for any future purchase!

Hi, I was there today not a good experience. I was greeted was told that she will be back in 5 mins to assist. I was look to purchase today a bed for my daughter as well as a couch set I had questions but when I went to look for her she had moved on to a different customer. Their was a lady sitting at a desk doing nothing I asked if she could help me decide she than said she will get someone never came back bad experience will never return .

Great selection of furniture/accessories, great prices & great customer service! Deb was wonderful to work with, offering suggestions/ideas and she was able to answer any questions we had. If they don't have the furniture you want in store, they can show you catalogs and order whatever you are looking for. We have gotten all of our furniture from Furniture Mart in the past and will continue to shop there in the future.

There is not a sales representative who is not willing and highly capable to discuss options, availability, scheduling and even design. Debbie came to my home for no charge to help craft some colors and layouts for the living area which has been very helpful to us. We worked with her almost 20 years ago when we came into the store for bedroom furniture and she was so helpful then I remembered her right away!

Shopping at Furniture Mart is always such a pleasure. We have been buying quality furniture here for years and it is our go-to spot. The quality is best in town, the service is exceptional, and service after the sale (repairs) are fantastic. I had an issue with a piece I bought and after attempting to repair, even though it was the manufacturer’s poor design, they compensated me. Highly recommend.

Paige, our sales representative made what I was afraid was going to be a very hard find incredibly easy. We told her what our size restrictions were and she immediately showed us an example of what could be ordered. It was perfect!! She was super helpful and was able to find me the piece of furniture I needed that was available in the warehouse and made it so I was able to pick up my furniture the same day. We came in on July 3rd. looking to purchase a new recliner for my wife. We have been shopping here for several years. Always good quality at fair prices. This was my first time inside the Jacksonville South Furniture Mart. I must admit I enjoyed my walk in the store! The furniture, decor and accent pieces are inspiring. This would also be a place to pick up gifts large and small. If you are looking to refresh a area in your home, a walk in, is worth your time.

The Furniture Mart had all of the brands I would buy. With expert help from our design representative Blair, we purchased a Hancock & Moore sofa and 2 reclining chairs. We also purchased an American Leather sofa sleeper. It was all done easy. Will be our go-to place for everything furniture in the future.

We dropped in a couple of times before we decided on the chairs we purchased. The second time it was a weekend and most floor sales associates were busy, but as soon as we asked for help from the office someone was redirected from desk work to help us complete the sale. We’re excited to get our furniture!

Furniture Mart has been a nice “go to” store to find home furnishings. If not found there, their helpful sales people will assist in finding the item you want on line. That’s turned out very successful for me and I will continue to use their services whenever trying to find that “hard to find” item!

I was shopping for a new sofa and ottoman coffee table. Shirley was wonderful with suggestions for choices. I did not know what I wanted before shopping, but Shirley was able to coordinate styles and fabrics for a unique decor plan. She met my needs, and I’m not always the easiest person to please.

I walked into Furniture Mart with my family to look for a couch and was greeted by Deb, after asking what we were looking for, she asked our budget, she immediately said we don’t have anything like that here and to try IKEA. She was extremely rude and very insulting. No reason to be so rude Deb.

Mary Pat was awesome! She was patient and answered all the questions we had. She made great suggestions and was very knowledgeable about everything. The store is super awesome with more displays than you can look at in an afternoon! We will always shop there when we are looking for furniture.

Vanessa was great. She left us alone to browse at our leisure but was super helpful when we were ready to ask questions and place an order. The prices were almost too good to be true…just have to patiently wait for the pieces to come in! Definitely plan to return when we need more furniture!

Amazing store! We were greeted with such friendly staff. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. The store is filled with all types of furniture and prices. It made our shopping for furniture so much easier!

The buying prices was simple and easy. I bought the floor model and they were able to deliver it to me in 2 days. It had a couple of dings in it but they sent their repair guy out and he fixed it with no issues.
