Was told 10-15mins taxi got to airport 35 mins later. Got me home in one piece for a flat rate. Once at home driver realized his phone was dead and he couldn't process my ccrd payment because the phone was what connected to the internet. It was very late and I was exhausted and didn't need the extra hassle. I had to give him cash and he had no change - what does he do when people need change? The only reason I couldn't take a rideshare was because there was a crazy surge that nearly tripled regular rates. This payment delay never would happen with ridesharing as payment is built into the app. The ride was smooth, guy was friendly and at that point the only thing I cared about was getting home safely.

Friendly customer service is one thing. But we need to get the work done. I brought my car in to recharge my AC unit Was told I needed a compressor. Fine. It's going on 2 and a 1/2 weeks still no compressor on my car.The problem no master mechanic to do the job. I had car shield excellent customer service they got the part over to pet boys now I'm still waiting onwaiting on a master mechanic to put it on.

Taxi showed up 45 mins late collecting us from downtown. We had requested a car seat in advance for a baby. The car seat was not in the car. The driver only spoke Spanish. We had to dash in 30° heat with all our luggage to get the cta train. We very almost missed our flight as a result, we only didn’t as the flight was delayed…

Claimed that they had drivers at the airport. Lie…kept us waiting a total of 50 minutes. The driver informed us he just received the call and wouldn’t be at the airport for at least 20 minutes. Nothing was arranged in advance even though we booked the car during the day for a 10:40 pm pickup

My dad and I reserved this company several days in advance for a ride to O'Hare at 3:30 am this morning. We had four people and ten large bags. Even though we confirmed the night before, they did not show up or respond to calls. Really left us in a lurch.

We used this company for the first time. Have an amazing experience, driver came on time help us getting our luggage into the car almost felt like a family member was giving us a ride. most definitely recommend.for now on we’ll be using this company.

This taxi was AMAZING! I desperately needed help with a foreign crewmember stranded at airport who did not have a credit card and I was able to coordinate with Venmo. VERY HELPFUL ! Plus they picked up within 30 minutes Last-Minute :-)

Mr joe was very professional and on point with time!!! He told me when he was coming have me a time and came 15 min early!!! Nevertherless he spoke with courtesy and was well mannered I definitely think you should give him a call

Driver got us to O'Hare airport from downtown within a reasonable time frame, for $50 plus $5 tip. Uber demand pricing was $90 and the Lyft driver refused to drive us for $80 (said he could make more money with shorter drives).

I called to book and never received a confirmation email, so I called back and booked for the airport for early in the morning a few days in advance. They never showed up and didn’t answer the phone when I called. Never again.

Great service at O'Hare Taxi Now. Travelled from Dyer In, to Ohare Airport on New Years day. Driver was on time, polite and overall a good driver. I will call again for the return.
