DO NOT I Repeat Do Not Use this Cab Service!!! called for a cab guy said he would call me back in 3mins, did not I called a lady answered stated that I was talking to her , Really! when the cab arrives two people are in the front male driving female sitting sitting in the passage side, I said what is this when they do that, of course my husband walked me to the cab to investigate their looks, she was smoking I had to ask her to please roll down the window because I didn't smoke, what do you call that, I'm trying to remain not in the flesh but on a positive note here but here is the kicker, I ask how much from my location to my drop off which Left or UBER only charges $16 to $17 , the passenger the woman states $25 WHAT ! Women take me to the train which was right around the corner I said how much around the corner $10 I am sure Now that they where Crackheads !!! Lesson learned always keep money on your card!!!! I will make it my duty to report and tell this to all to be watchful of Cons and Drug Addicts!! Bless them for they know not what they have just done or may I say help them Lord and Thank you Lord for not letting me get in the Flesh like it wanted to come!!! People we must get better & do better with this foolishness!

Called for a Cab ... Gave my address that I use everyday too the dispatch, she was rude as hell .. she told me the customer that I told her I was going west when I clearly stated North. She then continue to argue with me when I told her that I didn't say West.. She then says a whole bunch of unprofessional rants and Hangs Up the Phone. I called back ..now she can't find a cab all of sudden. I see why BLACK Businesses faiL. That kinda you need us we don't need you attitude . And if I'm not mistaken this isn't a legitimate cab place. She sucks and if they employ someone so rude the Cab Stand Sucks too.. I see why all the 1 ..wish I could rate a middle finger!!!

Wow, got a cab within 10 minutes. Now, dats great service. Esp after SUREWAY livery wasted all my time waiting on the corner for cab almost an hour. A whole 45 minutes. waiting! But, God is good All da time. A great big thanks to B & J to the rescue. I'd like to Thank driver name Ernest. He came so quick! I was finally on my way work. Oh! Some clients are big tippers! Sorry, SUREWAY! I'm going with B& J from now on Client riding cabs since da 90's. Where's da service for Us. I'm happy now, at wrk. Thanks B & J Livery!

My very first time using this livery service today and it worked out very well. The driver picked me up within 20 minutes from Homerun Inn's restaurant and drove me all the way home. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than what I would have paid for Uber or Lyft. Driver was very good & professional. I know someday they'll come A time all drivers might be busy and no one will be available to pick me up but I'll still call to see if I can get A ride. I see why customers get mad when no driver is available.

So I called these guys this morning for a ride. The dispatcher said the driver would call me back in a couple minutes . So I thought cool I've got this covered, but I called another company just in case they didn't show based on the reviews I read this morning before I gave them a shot. Well it's now 4pm and by Jove still no phone call back for the ride I needed at 8am this morning. Don't call these guys total scam company!!!!

Not a good cab company very rude and disrespectful! I will never call them again. First time took a long time for my cab to arrive. Today I studdered my location to the dispatcher and she got very rude and impatient with me and hung up in my face. I am running late for an interview and she did not answer my call or get me someone who could help me. then people wonder why lyft and Uber are knocking can service out of the box.

I've used this livery service for years and I was disappointed. It seemed as though no one wanted to pick me and my children up because our destination was far, if that was the case the least they could've done was inform me of that and not have me waiting hours for a simple call back. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I have to be honest about my experience and it wasn't pleasant.

The lady that answers the phone was extremely rude before I even spoke, yelled during the entire conversation (I was calm because i needed the ride). I asked for a quote, she called a driver twice & said "we he didnt answer" then hung up. Unbelievably immature. A

I got multiple calls from multiple area codes. And when I called back the woman that answered was rude. I then called 40 minutes after calling for the cab and the same woman hung up on me. It was very unprofessional and insulting.

The worst! The lady that answers the phone is nasty and rude and the driver said she was the owner. She should not be in business. DO NOT USE THEM.

Waitied over a hour and a half for a freaken taxi. I could of been there faster walking. Witch i ended up doing anyway.

My son and I had to go to 2 different places today and the cab driver(Ernest) was nice, friendly, & professional.
