A little while back I made a purchase of a mini presso to take to a relative in hospital. I was so frazzled that I picked up the wrong one. When I walked straight back in the women working couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. I was so grateful for how quick and easy they made it for me to exchange.

Ordered a click and collect. Said ready within 48 hours which was fine. Actually ready within 20 minutes which was awesome. When I rang, said it could be brought down to the loading bay if I preferred. Just genuinely helpful, friendly staff and no stuff ups. What more can you ask
