I've been living here since november, and to be honest, I had many problems when I've started; I had miss my country, my family, my friends, and I could fix it with Australia Channel. Here, I didn't find a company, I found a family. I've found solution for my doubts, I got my RSA, ABN and I could understand all of my exchange... Everything was important for me, and step by step, I could feel security. When my visa was expired, I extended it with them, and now, I'll be here until next year. I'm so happy! Unfortunately, they are not complying with the deadline for a simple refund, taking more than months to receive a refund. I have been waiting for more than a year now. I had to pay my Uni fees (VERY expensive) twice because of them. If I had not had the money by that time, I would have had to go back to my country. Besides, they never answer my messages.
