The staff working at this post office are disrespectful and condescending towards both parents and their children. They spoke very disrespectfully to me when I asked why they sell toys if children aren't allowed to look at them. I was told I should control my children better. The children were quietly clicking a couple of flashlight while I was writing an address. The staff member unpacked my items from the box and said they wouldn't send my things to my husband in the middle east. Will never return or recommend this post office

WORST WORST WORST experience I've ever had. Came with my passport and the notice today and the MAN and the lady worked there WON'T let me pick up my stuff because I can't prove that I'm "Maxine" nor I live in the adreess even after showing them the rental email and other email that I'm maxine and I live there. I can't do anything but called my partner to come here and pick it up. Dear government workers you disgust me so much today. Hope you have a great life tho.

To the woman working here that sent me away (4-months pregnant with a 16-month old toddler on my hip) at 4:15pm on a Friday afternoon because I didn’t have my original drivers licence on me (only a photograph and access to digital ID), only to return and be told by an alternative staff member that digital ID in fact is accepted - I hope you come across many in your own life as unhelpful as you have been today!

Love the new team, I get so many parcels delivered there so now they know my name and get my parcels as soon as I walk in the door. Heather is especially lovely and noticed I was away for a while and asked where I had been. They had a few teething issues at first but are now a great team. Just wish they were open for a few hours on Saturday!

10 years living nearby and always horrible. I take photo id, medicare and once even my birth certificate and wouldn’t let me get my mail. One lady is always so rude and makes it all so difficult. I avoid dealing with this post office at all costs. It needs to get shut down or new management because it’s ridiculous.

The man and woman (I think they are a couple? I’ve seen one with a daughter) that work here are lovely. They knew exactly what they were doing when I took my 8 month old to get passport photos done and lodge her passport application. Very helpful :)

I’ve been collecting and posting parcels here for around a year since we moved into the neighbourhood. Service has always been great and efficient and friendly.

The store is a bit small and feels compact at times. But the staff are very friendly and it's always a pleasure to deal with them.
