Old review: Great location, awful service, I have so much respect for elderly people but those couple were so rude to me. I came to ask about the process of returning a PREPAID return service from Nike and they mislead me and made me buy a 13.80$ satchel which totally confused me, When i complained to Nike they asked me to complain about them and I did complain to Aus post, my first time to send a parcel via aus post was horrible. Not recommend post office.

2 workers are great, third one is in dear need of retraining. Envelopes "too thick to be sent" (even though they go through fine at other locations) and bent before sending, tracked envelopes not scanned, rude attitude. To avoid.

Pretty hopeless post office with staff that try and rort you of every penny possible, breaking out the envelope guidelines and pretend mailbox slots. Typical of Australia post though.

Handy location near cafes & public transport bus stop. Postie does a good job delivering the mail on that peddle power bike.
