This is a great business centre and always a pleasure to stop by. Like a well-oiled machine, the staff are attentive and friendsly. The que moves quickly (if there is one), and they literally have everything you might want/need (except bread and milk!?) I've never had a bad experience here, and i have had a lot of packages handled beautifully. They remember me (mostly), and picking up online shopping is a breeze. Heres a random fact about the Australian Post logo: The shape is based on the post-horn which was an actual instrument that would be blown to let people know the mailman was here to come down and bring your packages. It was used in the 18th and 19th centuries, but notably, the symbology has been used for a lot longer.

The lady working on Tuesday 07/11/2023 around 1pm, she was very rude. Being a customer I have right to ask questions regarding the prices before purchasing the service as I was sending parcels. She was rolling her eyes, and very rude. She looked annoyed but that’s her job. Tried to look her name but she didn’t have a name badge.

Got passport photos done-the gentlemen who helped us out was an absolute legend, and really helped one of my kids out who was struggling to get the right photo. He went above and beyond, and is an asset to Australia Post. Edit-went back a couple days later to lodge the applications. All staff here are awesome.

The post office in and of itself is fine, but don't bother trying to call Aus post, the electronic voice robot is the dumbest and worst experience I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

Can't even process an MSIC on a weekend because they're too lazy yet the only time they're open on weekdays is working hours...

The staff are always very friendly and helpful, queues are usually minimal. Parking is usually available right outside too.
