As per the review below, this place is run by a lovely couple who greeted me with the warmest smile when I walked in the door. I wasn't expecting that from the mean streets of Salisbury. They were super helpful in packing and sending off my parcel. If only my local post office in Lutwyche was like that.

Top service. Outstanding in fact. So warm, friendly, helpful and do even more than asked. Best licensed PO I have ever been to. I am returning to WA and needed extra luggage and personal effects sent home. Perfect help and assured that parcels will arrive because of the competent service. Best wishes.

This post office has served their customers with exceptional attitude. The owners are so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They really deserve 7 stars rating for sure. No where else you can find such good service from other post offices. Highly recommended.

I went to lodge the passport application for my children, the couple at the post office extremely patient and professional. Their customer service was excellent, and I believe it is the best post office I have ever seen.

I am always nervous when going to a new post office as I have had some bad experiences in the past. The staff at this post office are so lovely and I will be going to them for all my post related needs from now on.

Went to submit passport application for two kids and had no issues at all. Staff are very friendly and patient. Service is fast without much waiting. Great for the local community.

This post office definitely has the most friendly people. I would go out of my way to visit this PO even if others are closer! Always a pleasure dealing with the staff here.
