Got the car serviced here today and they gave me a loan car as I had other appointments. Sam is awesome and very easy on the eye LOL soz Sam had to say it. He updated me during the day about the car and when I got back to the shop he talked me thru everything. Also got to meet Leo and he was great to. I was given some shades for the car and a water bottle AND they'd cleaned inside the car. On Monday 18/10 I will take my lemon there oops my car LOL. But great friendly service and seriously you don't want to leave them they are great to chat to and have a laugh with. I would seriously recommend them and have already told a few friends to go there. See you guys again soon. OH the service cost $99 and is great value for money. BIG THUMBS UP

Took me long enough to submit a review for these guys. My car needed some serious work. Finally got to use a VIP voucher that my partner purchased for me last year. lol. Communication from the get go. Through the middle process especially the breakdown as what was needed. They were really accommodating in helping me understand the seriousness of the work that was needed. Everything is a cost. The important crucial repairs were a must. And will get more later on the others soon. Picked up my car, surprised they vacuumed and cleaned my car some really good car merchandise. Grateful for the small touches and the service. After a quick reply from Sam to my online enquiry on a Tuesay about getting my brakes done. My car was booked in and done by Friday at my request. Great service right from when we walked in the door. Also done at a great price. I got a phone call to explain the work and parts that were required after the inspection. On pick up Sam explained more about the issue. And who else would give you a bottle opener keyring, incab rubbish bag and a pack of travel tissues. My car was even cleaner than when I dropped it off, inside and out. Thank you Sam and team. I will be back thats for sure.

I rang up on during the week, and was surprised they had a booking available that Saturday. They talked me through the pricing, and were upfront with everything. My husband dropped the car in, and they said they could get it done pretty quickly, he waited there, and said they were very friendly. We needed a new light fitted, the price was reasonable. Both my husband and I were very happy with the service and will be going back next time our car needs anything.

I can’t stress enough how great their customer service is! At other mechanics I was not taken serious because of my age, but at AutoMasters Geebung they were so helpful and gave me the same respect as every other customer. I especially love how i get sent a video of what needs fixing/replacing on my car, such a great idea and definitely helps me understand! Already have family members changing to AutoMasters because of how happy I was with my experience!

I am new to Brisbane so when my car was having a dramatic moment the guys at Auto Masters were amazing. I usually get incredibly uncomfortable walking into mechanics but they were so welcoming and very understanding. Always used and always will. Extremely professional, when you get a car serviced they will send a video showing any issues so you know what is being worked on and then they call and talk you through it before starting any work. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 workmanship, 10/10 processes and follow up. I didn't realize how much I couldn't trust old mechanics, I'll only ever use Auto Masters in the future, everyone should.

Great guys! Super friendly and attentive. They replaced my front rotors and brake pads and did a great job. They gave me a call during service to let me know that the back brake pads are going and asked if I would also like it repaired. I thought it was great how they communicated that with me. Service video was a nice touch. Great experience, very informative, highly recommend!

My regular mechanics, great service, always friendly, and reasonable on pricing. No hidden costs and always upfront about everything. Always happy to help me and services are often quick and well done. Only thing that would be an improvement is that they don’t offer lifts back home after you drop your car in. Apart from that there is really nothing I can complain about.

Enquired about a brake service/replacement, they offered a free brake check first, ended up getting my rear brake pads replaced and rotars fixed but unfortunately they found a couple of things that needs replacing, so will be going back. Pretty good service from them so far.

I dropped in to auto masters in the morning without a booking to see if they could help me with an air intake hose that had popped off. They helped me with where I can source a new hose from then fitted it in my car the same day. Excellent service and very grateful!

Had a service done recently, and found the staff to be very accommodating and thorough in all aspects of car maintenance. On a more personal note, the staff were friendly and professional, and I would recommend them to any potential customer.

Staff were helpful. Both vehicles got a detailed inspection with plentry of potential work for you with one of them at least. Registered keyring and limited free recovery where nice option to discover also. Over all very positive experience.

Sam was an enormous help in fixing my car. He not only took my booking on a Saturday morning, but diagnosed the issue quickly, and then explained all of the repairs afterwards. I've never been to a mechanic so thorough and helpful.

I had the front wheel bearings and hubs replaced on my 2015 AWD territory. The quality of the work done, communication,and pricing was excellent.
