Edit: no contact by dealership to remedy problems. New problem: Oil is leaking and still no title or registration. We got the car on 9/30 and it’s 10/27; we still have the temporary tag. Phone calls to dealership go unanswered. How do these shady people stay in business?! Do not waste your time or money. Its a scam, all they want is your money. We regret getting the car here and want to return it and go elsewhere, but they say it’s past the 5 days mark, not 7, 30, or 90 days, 5 DAYS! We need to call them for any info or follow up. They will not follow through or call back. Once confirm with appointments, we get there, prepare to wait for hours. They sold us a car that’s been in an accident , they claim they do an inspection and everything was ready. We get there, but the grille was missing. The old damaged grill was in the trunk with lots of junk. On top of that , we also found out the hood was loose and that the bumper was tied up with a zip tie which are unsafe for anyone driving. We brought it to their attention, and the answer is you signed the papers. Well , we thought you’d do your job of inspection and not hold up a bumper with a zip tie. We’d thought you’d be honest and sell a safe car for your customers. We didn’t expect you to manipulate, lie and then sell a car in this condition. The irony is, we’ve been getting emails asking to refer friends and families and to give an honest review. We’ll give an honest review, and we’ll definitely not be referring people to this place. In fact, we’ll tell them all about the dishonesty and shadiness and to stay away. We have pictures or better yet, we’ll show them the zip ties. We can also call 3 on your side so unsuspecting people need to know how shady and unsafe this place is. They need to know who they’re buying from. Now we’ll eat up the costs of getting the hood and bumper fixed somewhere else. Probably for the better if all they did was tied it up with a zip tie in the first place. If management/owner is truly remorseful and care and wants to remedy , they need to compensate for our time and trouble so we can get the hood and bumper fixed so it can be label for safe driving. They probably will reply, “ sorry for blah blah blah, give us a call” then don’t even answer bc we did complain to the manager who didn’t even care.

Certified lemon lot. You're likely to get more honestly out of a "buy here pay here" used dealer in Phoenix. I bought a 2012 f350 with the "autonation 125 point inspection guarantee" they claimed no issues were declined. 3 days after I got the truck the engine light came on because they previously cleared it and it said it needed a thermostat and exhaust manifold bolts. It was within the implied warranty period so they took it and I assumed they were fixing it. 5 weeks went by and they sent it to another dealer, they only fixed the thermostat because the other issue was too expensive and wasn't approved, I had to go back and forth between dealers because they couldn't figure out how to communicate with each other. Even their own technician agreed it needed to be fixed however the gm did not want to pay for the repair. I tried to reach the general manager at this location multiple times and apparently he never is in, doesn't have a last name, or a phone number (employee gatekeeping 101). Don't be fooled by the other review responses that say "call him at xyz number to resolve this" because that's the generic line. To top it off my temp tag expired and upon trying to resolve at the dmv I found the dealer never transferred the title, after calling I was informed I needed to do emissions on my own time again doing their job for them. They did however give me a voucher that was supposed to pay for it but it was a used voucher so again that came out of pocket. What dealer sells vehicles without emissions and tags ready? Upon trying to resolve paying out of pocket for emissions I suddenly got no response on the phone. At this rate I'll be lucky if they ACTUALLY tranfer the title. In conclusion take your business anywhere but autonation. Their inspections mean jack, corporate is a joke, and whoever runs the place is a joke. This dealer is competing with cactus Jack's for worst dealer in the valley. This whole buying experience has made me forever steer every friend, family member, and stranger, away from any autonation location due to complete lack of professionalism. Save yourself the headache and legal fees and don't buy from autonation

I inquired about a Cadillac ATS-V they have on their lot. Brenda reached out to me through text message. After getting more photos of the car, we decided to do an application for the car. Brenda asked me how much money we had to put down if it was needed and I said $2,000. Shortly after, she said we had three auto loans and said it could potentially get done with a higher down payment. I asked what would be needed to cross the line. She said the sales manager wanted $7,000, lmao. I responded we could do $3,500 down and I could be on a plane this week to grab the car. She asked if we could do $5,500 and I said we couldn’t. I never heard anything else. I got a fourth auto loan last year and didn’t put that much down on a Trackhawk that was over double the price of this Cadillac. I’m pretty sure they’re just trying to extort people out of money. There is obviously a huge lack of communication. Their prices are also on the very high end of KBB. This car booked for around 33k and they wanted 35.5k. Seeing as how the car has been on the lot for nearly two months, I don’t see it going anywhere anytime soon. If you want to be ripped off and not responded to, this is the perfect dealership for you. Edit 11/28- The general manager reached out to me through email to ask what happened and what could’ve gone better. I shared the photo of my text messages with Brenda and how she blatantly lacked communication and never responded back. I was never followed up with, which doesn’t surprise me. Edit 12/3- Thank you for not making a deal with me. I was able to buy a ATS-V with no money down, far less mileage, no wrecks, and it was cheaper. Oh, I’m still waiting for the general manager to reply to my email, I don’t expect that to happen though.

My salesperson Robert seemed great at first. But he completely disappeared when it came to scheduling the maintenance I was promised before purchase. It still hasn’t happened and it’s almost been two weeks. The lady I worked with in finance was great, but the male finance manager I dealt with before and after her was rude from the moment he found out I did my own financing. I chose to exercise my right to return within 5 days and was at first told no problem. When they gave me my car back the coolant reservoir cap had been loosened causing all of my coolant to bubble out and my engine to overheat just 15 min after getting it back from them. I’m pretty sure they did this on purpose. When it came to returning the bank check i paid them with, I was told it would take 10 business days for them to get it back to me. Meaning I couldn’t close out the loan and start a new one for over two weeks. The finance manager said “if you had financed with us it wouldn’t have been like this”… turns out it shouldn’t have been like that anyway. After talking to the bank all the dealership needed to do was inform them of the return so the unwind process could start. 4 days after I returned the car the dealership had still not informed the bank I gave them the car back. They were delaying and making the process difficult on purpose. I ended up keeping the car because all the hassle just wasn’t worth it. But I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. They’ll smile to your face and tell you their a consumer friendly dealership but in reality they’re all a bunch of lying snakes that won’t fall thru on any of their promises

Horrible experience. Bought a used car and the next day it starts to make a weird sound. I call the dealership and they give me the run around and end up taking it to the Nissan dealership downtown because the sales person said it would be covered under warranty and not to worry. Nissan then tells me that the car has been in a previous collision and the repair work that was done was done wrong with missing pieces and the car pieces still being damaged. I then go to the Tempe location to swap it out. When I arrive to the Tempe location I am then told I need to go back to the bell road Autonation and when I arrive I’m told that’s not possible since I have breached the 250 miles. I had the car for 3 days and work from home…. Turns out the wrong mileage mileage was reposted when I left the lot the day of the purchase and they refused to take the car back after guaranteeing me the car had no collision history. They sold me a car that had been in a prior accident and refuse to take it back. I signed the contract before the sales lady could bring the car from the sister lot (in tempe). At the end I was screwed after being told to drive around town to have my car “properly diagnosed” as advised by Autonation and then for them to tell me that I went past the milage after the car was driven from tempe 3times, for servicing. One of the worst experiences I have had. I felt to robbed/screwed thinking I was buying a reliable car from a reliable source and putting myself in best just to be sold a lemon of a car.

We understand it was a Saturday and things were busy. Truly, if the acquisition manager would have communicated with us of what the hold up was we would’ve been fine, but because she disappeared to her office and only came out to talk us for less than 10 minutes of our 2 1/2 plus hour experience that is the major thing that left us feeling off. The other thing was the very poor apology from the manager our person brought out to us after I had to track her down to ask what the hold was because it had been 40 minutes since we signed the paperwork. He came out handed us the black folder, said the check was inside and clearly went through the motions of giving apology he clearly didn’t mean. We have sold cars twice before and bought cars twice before with Autonation and all 4 times before it was a great experience because of the communication and the customer service. If this was our first experience in selling a car to Autonation we would most likely never use you again. I definitely wouldn’t have been recommending Autonation to my large customer base like I have done over the last 6 years. We had thought we were customers for life with our prior experiences but this experience has left us questioning that with us both needing new cars soon along with our kids coming of driving age soon and needing cars. I write this not out of malicious or disrespect toward the 2 people we worked with as they both seemed nice but out of hope they will learn better communication and customer service.

Great purchase, at first. Found exactly the pickup we were looking for. AutoNation’s price was unbeatable and their communication/assistance during the purchase process was impeccable. In the days following the purchase, I left multiple voicemails and messages for follow-up on my title and registration paperwork, as this was a cash purchase. Now, a month later, I still haven’t received a call back nor any of my paperwork. It was late in the day when we initially picked up the truck, but I was told everything was good to go, that the tires had at least 50% life left, and that all services or repairs had been completed. 8,000 miles later, the tires are in dire need of replacement. Less than two weeks after purchasing the truck, the fan clutch hub failed and destroyed the fan clutch, costing me another $2,000 in repairs. Less than four days after picking up the pickup, I began having intermittent turbo charger issues, which these pickups are known for- and the existing codes would have popped up, at least historically, had their shop actually checked it. … My Snap-On scanner showed the codes present for at least thirty days. Autonation most definitely cleared the code and sent the vehicle on it’s way, knowing that it had a failing turbo charger (a $4,000 repair). They get two stars because of their price and availability, however no other portion of this purchase experience would ever allow me to do business with or recommend them ever again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought my first ever car on 9/11/23 I started having problem with the car 2 days later. I have been trying to get in contact with several people to schedule my appointment to get my car looked at. This 2018 car was sold to me by a Scottie who I played phone tag with for weeks telling me he’d get back to me on when I can bring my car in. Turn out Scottie doesn’t work there anymore so I’m waiting for a call from someone who no longer works there which has caused me to go past my 90 day or 4k miles and warranty on specific things. I am now stuck and stranded with a non working vehicle and still getting the run around from these people. People telling me my warranty is still good, people telling me it’s expired, people telling me all costs for towing, repair smith and maintenance will be fully covered, and THEY ARE LIARS!!! I am still coming out of pocket for these things and am now stuck with a repair smith bill that I was told would be covered! And the repair smith made my car problems worse! This is horrible service and call daily to speak to a manger and sales person will never transfer me to one. Disgusting behavior from everyone involved and is ruining my first time buyer experience. Save yourselves the trouble and go to a different dealership!!!!!

I've been to a multiple dealerships in the past few weeks, and like most dread the whole experience. I was feeling pressured, and asked 101 questions just to look around. When I went to AutoNation I looked at 4-5 before talking to Justin. He didn't ask me what my credit was, or where I worked, or any of that non sense up front. He just wanted to know what kinda car style and brand I was leaning towards since he saw me looking at a few particular vehicles and let me know if I didn't see it on that lot they had others. We went inside and pulled up a few we talked about and after picking out the Jeep I really liked online, we took it on a test drive and next thing you know I was buying it. He never played 101 questions grilling me for information. I told him payments I was looking for, and down payment I was doing and we kept it real simple. They ran my credit and came back with a few options and got me under the payment I was planning to spend even in this terrible market. We will be buying another car for my daughters 16th birthday in a few months and Justin is already on the look out for the perfect Corolla. Thanks again Justin Ausloos for making the whole experience painless and treating us like family not a pay check.

Auto nation is honestly the worst dealership ive ever tried to purchase a car from. I canceled a deal with the because they gave me a 2021 Ram, and after driving it off the lot, the battery was dead. I bought a new batter for it and was told id get the money back. That was over 2 weeks ago. After driving the ram the second day I i noticed something else wrong, so i took it to oreilly’s and tested the battery and alternator. Turns out the voltage regulator was bad. Long story short; I had a rental car for a week and decided to cancel the deal. They tried to tell me that i couldnt get my trade in back because they put 3k into repairs(which they would have done within the 5 day return window). Finally they say nothing was done to it and i can get my vehicle back if id like. They give me mine back the next day, and they threw the license plate away.. which they werent supposed to touch anything on it for 5 days. They still havent canceled the loan and they still haven given me my down payment. It has been 2 weeks since they said they would get it to me. They are ignoring my calls and texts.

BEWARE of Mauricio in the finance department!!! HE IS A SCAMMER. Cuidado con Mauricio. Es mentiroso! My experience at AutoNation USA was mostly positive until I dealt with MAURICIO in the finance department. After my transaction, I was supposed to receive a check for the difference between my trade-in and the car I purchased. Mauricio told me I would receive my check the day after my 5-day return window ended. THAT WAS A LIE. 2 weeks after my purchase, I called because I had not received my check and spoke with Mauricio. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He said it wasn't his job to issue my check, but he would look into it. He told me he would immediately go to ask about the status of my check and call me back. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I had to escalate my issue several times before I spoke with the correct manager in order to receive my check. If I were to ever finance a car through AutoNation USA in Phoenix, I WOULD NOT work with Mauricio. HE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Beware!

I was there car shopping with a good friend. Since we are both women, I think we were very conscious about being harassed, so I guess you could say our guard was way up!! Anyway., long story short, we were greeted right away, never pressured, felt very relaxed actually. That’s when we met Nathaniel Blosser! I’ll never forget about this amazing service we received from him and I am telling all my friends about it!! My daughter is going to be purchasing a car within the next couple months and we will be asking for Nathaniel! I’m also going to be on the hunt for a car soon, just not sure when as of yet. I know for a fact I’ll be going to that location on Bell & I-17. It was truly a big surprise, how good his service only because my friend had been put thru so much disrespect before this day. I now look when I’m driving at all the many many“pink” license plate covers, and it really makes me smile. THANK YOU NATHANIEL BLOSSER for restoring my faith in car dealerships. See you soon!

I originally looked at and test drove my 07 Toyota Avalon at night and I was told it was in excellent condition. When I went to finalize the deal and pick up the car I noticed approximately 4 to 5 new dings or issues with the exterior of the car that were not disclosed initially. Also, the privacy shade in the rear window does not work and I did not discover that until I was home the next day. I took close to 3 hours to take delivery of the vehicle the day I picked it up. Michael was very busy so they sent Bob out to assist and he was rude and did not have any patience in listening to what my concerns were regarding new issues I found on the car. I do not think Autonations One Price was accurate regarding the appraisal of this car as I was told it was in excellent condition and in reality it is in good condition. Michael is a good salesman but he works for the big corporate Boss. I am happy with the car as it was well taken care of.

Hello . I went in today to look at vans advertised on their website . When I got there., the sales rep was busy so they had someone else show me the vans . The vans was in such horrible conditions and safety concerns with broken seat belts . He flooring was ripped , seats were dirty, handles broken . It was truly disappointing. Spoke to manager Alfredo, who had a nonchalant attitude about the whole situation and didn't even care. . The sales rep stated it's been there for two weeks and he didn't why it was still dirty. There was food on the seats , literally dirt on the seats and cup holder. It was truly a bad experience . I will follow up with their regional manager to file a further complaints due to the attitude of their representing manager Alfredo and him telling me " you can call , I am the only here tomorrow." Customer service was the worst I have ever received at a dealership ! Have horrible customer service

Originally I had been recommending this place to friends and family members. Process was semi easy and I love my car. Me and my mom went in with $1,000, didn’t get approved so we said we’d give a post dated check for another $750 and I got approved. I’ve made two payments on the car but never received my plates in the mail as promised. Temp tags are expired so I call and after a few days get a text saying that I didn’t pay the full deposit amount. They’re claiming I only paid $1,250. Nobody reached out to me to inform me of this until now two months later, saying they didn’t send the plates because I didn’t pay the full deposit amount. This seems very unprofessional to me. Why wasn’t I reached out to when they “didn’t receive” the full down payment?? How was I approved if I didn’t pay the full down payment? Something shady is going on and I don’t like it and will no longer be recommending this place.

Bought a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. Knew exactly what I was looking for, got zero pressure to deviate. It had 171k miles, was in pretty good shape. Auto Nation did a pretty good job of getting it retail ready, fixing bumps & bruises. Now, I don’t think people realize, if you buy a used car, even if it runs & drives great, you’re going to need to get caught up on maintenance that a dealership isn’t responsible for. I’m putting about $2k into maintenance to get this thing ready for the next 100k miles. Again, truck “needed nothing”, seriously, but used cars require maintenance. I knew this before purchase and look forward towards many years of reliable ownership from my new Sequoia. Tyler Brown, you’re solid my man. Carry your card in my wallet. Haven’t gotten around to doing all the reviews, but I’ll recommend you anytime it’s possible. Thanks for dealing with all my questions & multiple inspections.

before coming to autonation i had went to a different dealership and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. i went with my family, i’m young and was just trying to find the best option because i really needed a car. the staff member justin. outstanding. let me tell you, i test drove quite a bit of cars and kept going from one to one, no matter what it was he was very patient with me and didn’t give me any attitude for being ‘too much’. i just really wanted the best car that would last me. he gave me great options within my budget and it just really seems like he loves what he does, he’s so sweet and is very straight forward when it comes to everything. the whole experience was great and for my second car i plan on coming back. there was also a lady that finalized all the paperwork but i didn’t catch her name, she was great also. the whole mood was very uplifting. great place for everyone.

I must say what an awesome experience I had just yesterday buying my beautiful Mazda CX-5 from Brenda and Svitlana! I was in a car accident a couple months ago and had to let go of a beautiful car that was owned by my dear aunt who untimely passed away from Covid. I took care of it and even put a whole new transmission in it, because my family wasn’t ready to let go of … all of her… quite yet. Watching her go away on a tow truck was a brutal moment of processing. Meeting people who seemed to want to help you from the moment they met you, never seeming fake or predictable, meant the world to me. Both ladies were kind and patient and not pushy or dismissive or any of the things that you fear when you go to make a car purchase. Thanks so much ladies! I love the car!!! Be well! Keep the good spirit! It is contagious, and it definitely helps sell cars! ✨

Genuinely so far I'd give this businesses car back and go somewhere what my family wasn't manipulated. We purchased a vehicle here several weeks ago and were going to pick it up when the work that was agreed to was complete. Instead we received a call from someone from here telling us to remove the vehicle from their property. Work still wasn't completed, it's a 64 mile round trip here and this is the 3rd time we have been coerced to drive all the way here for autonation's problems. The work was supposed to be done yesterday but we had to call to find out it was pushed to the next day without our concent. Now I've been here an hour and change past the updated scheduled time for our appointment it still hasn't been back for the 30-45 minute repair. Now that I went and looked at the part that needs repaired there's a ziptie holding my bumper on and my hood is loose.

I currently have a love-and-hate relationship with AutoNation but it's because it's a dealership and you can't avoid dealership inconveniences anywhere - but I prefer dealing with this dealership than other dealers. I can vouch that this location does have better service than most other dealers and autonations that I have been to in the area. This was the one dealer that actually had me look at cars before asking me to fill in a credit application lol so I applaud for that. I also want to give kudos to Robert for being so patient, answering all of my questions, and doing everything he could that I was able to walk out with my new car the same day - Robert is the role model Autonation needs. The GM Floyd is very attentive and ensures things go through smoothly. I'd bring my business back here first if I buy another car someday.

  • cohen migiro

I will never recommend someone buying a car from here. I put a down payment of $8000 to get BMW knowing I will pay an interest of at least $3000. After signing paperwork the bank sends interest rate of 14.14% equivalent to $11000 now im paying double money of $22,000 plus down payment of $8000. Very disappointing with this people. And I don't know why you guys lie so much that call the manager and then they put on hold without talking to anyone after they notice you are the one. I went to refinance my car and then the banks are like that's too much money and if you paid such amount of for a down payment then you couldn't be subjected to pay double amount. The only option I was given is to pay another $5000 down payment. Really automation??? 106000 mileage car Is this what you call customer service??

  • Nurse Ladybug

It’s not often that you use the word, honest, and salesman in the same sentence. But that was exactly my experience on Monday when I went in to buy a truck. Dominic was amazing. He was patient. He was honest in the information that he provided me about the truck and financing. And I am and will be forever grateful for meeting a fellow Chicagoan in the desert who was pivotal in manifesting my dream of being a truck gal. If you are looking for a vehicle, please don’t hesitate to stop by and ask for Dominic and let him get you on your way . Also, I can’t forget about Danielle in Financing. Period again very honest, very knowledgeable, very patient, very thorough Dash and a little of a jokester. I can’t express enough about my positive experience at AutoNation. Now go and get you a vehicle!!!

  • Samantha Prado

I must say buying a new vehicle or even searching for a car can be super stressful. When we walked in we were greeted by Alexis, and we told him what we were looking for and our budget and he delivered and showed us what we can offered and stayed within our budget. I’m happy to say that we are officially proud owners of a Mini Van. With the process and wait time I must say it was a breeze. I also, would like to thank the sale manager and helping us in this process. Y’all have a great team and great service. Love that we were all able to connect share stories in the process while waiting it shows that they care and want the best for us and our new journey. Thanks again for the amazing experience and painless process of buying a new vehicle. Keep doing what you’re doing! Sam & Family

I normally hate the whole car buying/selling experience. AutoNation kept the estimates honest. Was literally right in the middle of market value. Getting the high-end wouldn't have been worth the hassle of dealing w/ private buyers. Took less than two hours from vehicle inspection to the money in my account. Hard to beat that level of simplicity. Oh & this was big, they brought my keys & ID back IMMEDIATELY after getting a copy & access to the vehicle. Subtle but important to keep sales pressure low. Mathew was great. Decent conversationalist who didn't try talking my ear off. Friendly, professional. Would highly recommend if you are an experienced seller. At least w/ this location (Bell & i17 PHX) you aren't going to get shafted.

Michele was very attentive and really understood my needs and wants. The finance dept took a little while to get my financing down to where I was comfortable but in the end thinking it over overnight ended up saving me $600. My sales associate, Michele, wasn’t able to assist with my final purchase & pick up, so another associate helped. He did okay, but he didn’t fill up my gas tank and didn’t ensure I had an inflation kit with my car before leaving the lot. Michele reached out the next day to congratulate me on my purchase and to ensure my needs were met. I informed her about the gas and no inflation kit & she immediately offered to provide me with both. I brought the vehicle down there next day and she delivered both.

Justin my salesman went above and beyond the call of duty, I found some cars I liked online and he went out in the blistering heat to try to find the cars in inventory, after about 30 minutes he came back and said the car was not on the lot, but brought a couple of cars I probably would like. In which I purchased one he found. Justin made the whole buying experience seem very easy and painless. I will be making my next purchase with Justin and the whole Autonation team. I was very satisfied with my purchase and experience. I would recommend to anyone in the market for an automobile, to go see Justin at Autonation Phoenix. Just make sure you stick to original contract with the finance team.

My salesman was from the Gilbert location and was absolutely amazing! As for the truck I was sold which was sold from the Bell Road lot… it needed over 15 THOUSAND dollars in repairs right out of the gate. The salesmen at the Bell Road location were horrendously argumentative and rude. I am a 17 year old highschooler and I worked 40 hours per week in order to buy myself my first vehicle. I bought it almost two months ago and have driven it a total of five days. You guys have been absolutely horrendous. I know life’s not fair and vehicles break, but the fact that you were not even relatively accommodating. Do not give them your service, they will scam you out of everything.

  • Rich Ebert

Sold my late father's car here. Started off getting a quote after submitting the information on the web site. Got a call about 30 minutes later. Salesman offered about $1000 more than what AAA offered, so we took it. Unfortunately, my mom forgot to get the title changed over to her before we went. Salesman Steve Gergisch helped us out and streamlined the paperwork. It was Black Friday, so the paperwork back-end took a bit, but everything was done in about 3 hours total and we walked out with a check that day. Interior of the building was clean, quiet. Employees were professional in dress and demeanor. TLDR: Polite, competent service, paid same day. No hassle.

  • Neal Jensen

It took way too long and no one cared. After the hours and hours I waited, over two days, with my 93 year old father in law to sell his car (after we were told originally “bring your car in for a 30 minute appraisal and walk out with a check”), management said it was sorry and sent me a check for $200 asking me to write a better review. I can’t. I’m too honest. I can’t be bought. It truly was a miserable experience. We sat in their showroom for hours being ignored. Staff just walking past us. Then we had to come back the next day and were told it would take 20 minutes to get our check. We finally got it hours later. Hours!! Not a good experience. Never again.

I just had the most amazing weekend and it all started with my new to me vehicle purchase with AutoNation USA Phoenix last Friday. When I connected with Brenda through their web sales program earlier in the week I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and it was clear that she and AutoNation valued my business. I made the time to take a look around and found that she and every person I came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressure to buy or consider any option I didn't feel was best for me. Ultimately I found an excellent vehicle at price I am happy with. I can easily recommend to anyone looking to buy.

My experience was wonderful. So very happy I stopped here. Justin went above and beyond to connect me with a car that was in my budget and had the features I wanted. It took us two days to find the right fit. He worked around my work schedule to have the cars of interest available when I arrived. He is kind, transparent and non-judgmental. Each person in my family that met him felt the same. I had months worth of negative experiences to compare with and was so relieved to find my dream car with such a nice team at Auto Nation. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a car to contact Justin A. at the Phoenix location and let him work his magic.

Working with John Moreno was easy. John is professional and shared all of the relevant details throughout the process. The inspection process was easy. An offer was made and I felt it was reasonable - I hoped for more given the overall condition of the vehicle, however, I was satisfied with the offer being offset by the process I would have had to go through to sell the car privately. On the day of the sale, the paperwork was prepared in advance and all I had to do was show up, sign the paperwork, turn over the keys and title, and walked away with the payment. AutoNation also provided me a ride home via Uber which was greatly appreciated.

I bought my 2019 Fiesta St from AutoNation. It was the best car experience I have ever had. It was fast, friendly, and just a great experience. I drove all the way from Palm Springs to buy this car. The dealer took care of me. I bought the extended warranty, GAP and a piece of mind. Needless to say, I had some issues with my car. I called the dealer, spoke with Floyd Brown the manager. He did not even think twice and took care of me. They stood behind me and my car. I will forsure come back to buy another car from them. They are just amazing. Thank you Floyd and your whole team for my experience with AutoNation.

  • Tyler McClure

I literally traded in my car and signed an intent to buy yesterday. Because Arizona during COVID-19 did electronic titles, I had to wait until today to actually sell my car (this was going to be used as part of the down payment). They sold the car out from under me. Literally. I got a phone call at 10am today saying somebody else is buying it. They made me do a credit check, we went through the loan payment terms, everything except sign the paper for the loan (again because I had to wait until I could get a paper title). This is extremely upsetting. Goodbye, car that I was excited to buy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to look at a car I was very interested in, worked with Alexis Lopez. Overall very unimpressed with the experience, I was looking to negotiate on a car only to be told that there was no negotiating to be had so I left. Since that visit the car has lowered in price multiple times, funny how when I was there they “couldn’t go any lower than the list price”. Alexis then texted me multiple times, I told him I was no longer interested and was then talked down to about the value of my trade. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer, spend your money elsewhere.

Before coming to AutoNation USA Phoenix, I stopped by numerous used automobile dealerships. Every time I went to those locations, I had the impression that they just wanted me to buy the car I wanted without a car report because I am an international student in Arizona who is unfamiliar with these sections. AutoNation, on the other hand, gave me all of the information I needed about the vehicle I selected, as well as it was certified. I am certain that this is the used automobile dealership in the United States that I have been looking for. Thank you for your consideration.

  • Danielle Whitehead Heslington

Terrible customer service. Offensive. Rude. My car had NOT been detailed— even though they said it had. You’ll see in these pictures taken the same day as purchase that there were nasty chocolate stains on the seat and in the cup holder.… an Easter egg,Cheetos,… a Halloween finger! They wouldn’t allow me to schedule time to bring in the car to have it actually detailed. When I did bring it in, I came four hours later to get it and they weren’t done. Rick was super rude and lacked communication skills. Stay away from this place—they’re terrible! I

  • Cait Bone

I recently bought a jeep here and had a great experience!! I had totaled a car I bought eight years ago that I never thought I'd get rid of. So I was sad, anxious and stressed about this process of a buying a car and having a car payment again. Shortly after arriving I was greeted by Alexis Lopez he made this whole process not only stress free but fun !! I can't say enough how great and welcoming that felt when deep down I was ready for a day of stressful car shopping! I would definitely recommend going here and would recommend Alexis !

  • Kelly Burke

Scheduled an appointment to get something in the engine fixed after purchasing a used Ford from them. Went in for the appointment to find out they don't have a Ford technician and can't work on it...okay why did they make the appointment. Waste of time. Called MULTIPLE times since and have sent emails. Still nobody has reached out to get the issue resolved. It's been 5 days of us calling and being told someone will get back to us. Awesome, they have a 4,000 mile warranty but will ignore you when you need something fixed.

  • 7 Nunya (‪none ya‬)

Terrible. The car I wanted door's didn't open....right off the back. She said they'd fix it . But paperwork said they fixed it at a cost of $300. Yet nothing. Hidden were the leaks and gaskets it required. Explains why she said I could go test drive it , then squeezed herself in the back suddenly with us and controlled my movements like to make it a small trip. Odd.....then she cringed as I looked. At the carfax.....I'm speechless as she actually gave used car salesman a worst name. Why can't you people be honest?

  • Ennis Dyer

Yes I would like to express gratitude to Mauricio & Eduardo of Finance and to Daniel & Alfredo for the amazing work they have done in getting me into a new vehicle. These amazing men are a credit and an incredible asset to AutoNation USA Phoenix. Such an elite team as these gentleman are what makes this dealership a great place to shop and the best buying experience ever. I am blessed and honored to also work with such great men as they are more than colleagues as they are brothers. Thank you team

  • Leia Maichel

From walking in to walking out I was very pleased with my first time car purchasing experience. Financing is very flexible with no hidden fees. I had the pleasure of having Regan Howard as my sales associate. We gave him a very hard time making him go through all his inventory and he knew exactly what I wanted before I even did. He was very professional and made all the first time anxiousness go away. Highly recommend him! Thank you again to everyone at AutoNation. Keep up the good work.

  • Jake La

Walked in and left with my new Benz 3 hours later. Signed sealed and waxed. Joey is the rockstar dude! He took care of every thing I needed and knew ahead what I was going to need. This guy made the nightmare a typical car buying experience is into something better than amaze balls. Never felt cheated lied to scammed or any negatives at this place. Please take care of Joey AUTONATION, he’s a keeper and a genuinely great human being. 10 stars out of 5. You guys kick (&:$;&;$((@&&!!!!!!

  • Alyssa Richardson

I bought my first luxury car here this weekend and I was really happy with this dealer. I spent all weekend going dealer to dealer trying to find the perfect car without have to be pushed and rushed by an aggressive salesmen. The sales man Nathaniel B was super sweet and made the numbers work for me as well as making it a comfortable and easy experience. Highly recommend this dealer, they were extremely transparent and went over the top to make accommodations. Thank you Nate (:

  • Sean McLaughlin

Sold me a used vehicle with a swapped engine thats unidentifiable and irreparable. Do not trust the sales reps they are good and forcing themselves on you while distracting the fraud. If you do buy a vehicle from autonation. Make sure to take the vehicle to two different mechanics to do a full diagnostic inspection. If anything is found return the vehicle within 5 days of the date of purchase or you're stuck with the purchase. That's the only good thing that autonation offers

  • jonathan rodriquez

Purchased almost a $30,000 truck from them. It had damage to the rear bumper on the corner and pushing it up in the middle. They promised to fix it it’s been almost a month and a half. They still haven’t reached back out to me when I open my tailgate it’s causing damage from the bumper rubbing on the bottom of it and they still don’t want to fix it. Haven’t heard back from them once they get your money they don’t care about you as a customer. Take your Buisness elsewhere

  • Risha Ree

I've had the best experience coming to AutoNation USA Phoenix. From the moment I stepped into the dealership Justin, the sales consultant and Ali, the sales manager made sure that I did not leave the dealership empty handed. Mauricio, the finance manager made sure that I was able to seal the deal with a great car price and car note for my Lexus truck. The them of them made an absolute great team. If ever need another car I know where I'm coming back to. Thank you!!!

  • Tela Tharp

Hello people of the world! This 5 stars goes straight out to the Sales man Hunter! He’s a young man that is very helpful respectful and honest! What I love about him the most is he didn’t try to peer pressure me into buying a car, he was patient consistent and content and he gave me a great experience, when you guys go to get you a car here, ask for the representative hunter, as well the car lot had great cars with great service! I appreciate the experience.

  • Erin

We dealt with Tyler Brown. He put up with me calling and texting questions all day, was super friendly and the first car salesman my husband described as "great". He set us up with a 2015 crossover that was less than our budget. Our daughter is THRILLED with her new car. Someone hit her in her last one and (typical teenage girl) was convincing we would not find one she liked as much. She likes this one more! Thank you so much Tyler. Our family is so happy!

  • Frank Rocha

Michelle put me at ease and unlike other dealerships, I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car. I needed a used car really bad as my old 2012 Nissan versa was going out on me and I couldn’t afford to have it in the garage for 2 to 3 weeks. Also the repairs would have cost me over $6,800! So it was time to trade the old Nissan for another car that runs better. The staff were friendly and I felt comfortable. Thanks for helping me out in a time of need!

  • Barry Brandy

I would give a 0 if possible. If you want customer no service you have picked the right place! I came in to look at a car and they refused to show it 2 me without getting on their guest list. I see no reason to divulge any information until 1) giving my license in order to test drive the car 2) I'm ready to purchase the vehicle! I was told to leave the dealership which is great because I can spend my money in better ways than there

  • Greg Fries

Not a positive experience at all. Vehicle has been in the shop 3 times in the first two weeks of owning it. They filed a warranty claim on the vehicle instead of covering the repairs as they should have in the first 30 days. Maintenance department lied to my face yesterday After saying my car was fixed and the check engine light was still on. Now another day in a rental I had to scream and yell to get since they sold me a lemon.

  • Karefree

Great experience. I didn't end up buying a car from them because it wasn't the right one for me but everyone I encountered here was friendly and I felt NO pressure to buy. My salesperson Nicholas was terrific. He stayed in touch, answered all my questions, and was very pleasant to work with. This is NOT the same experience I have had at other dealership. If you're looking for a fair deal with low pressure sales, check them out!

  • harpmaster480

We got a used Nissan Frontier from them. First, they offered us way too low on trade (we left, sold it ourselves in just a couple days and made $2500 more). Next, they sold us a lemon, and of course "As Is." They said they did a 30 point inspection, but seemed to have missed - or excluded - the fact that the starter was bad. Our sales and finance staff were extremely nice and enjoyable, but overall we will not use them again.

  • Carolyn Terry

This is my second time visiting Autonation. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. For us, it was not the typical auto purchase drama that I've experienced with other dealerships in the past and we were finished before some of the people that were there when we first got there. We wanted a luxury vehicle, was given some choices, decided on one, test drove it and purchased it. We had an awesome experience!!!

  • Miles McLane

Typical dealer experience, nothing terrible, nothing great to stand out. Pretty basic inside with bottle water and coffee. Sales team is friendly and not too overbearing. Vehicle pricing was right from the beginning. Trade offer was a complete joke. I'd buy again if they had the right vehicle, but wouldn't bother with evaluating a trade. Could be streamlined, spent hours waiting to pay after deal was completed.

  • Patti Chezek

AutoNation is fantastic! I’ve never had a more positive interaction at an auto dealership. Matthew was personable and professional from the time he met us at the front door until he ushered us out the door after purchasing our vehicle. There was no price haggling. He showed us an offer and it was what we expected. Funds were transferred directly into our checking account. A quick and perfect transaction!

  • Gabi Strauss

We went here and thought we had an amazing deal. We were so excited. After 2 weeks the car was messing up. We bought the warranty after they told us it would cover the rental while the truck gets fixed. But it was such a hassle for them to give us a rental. The customer service sucked, with reps hanging up all the time and nobody being able to do anything. I wouldn’t recommend the warranty so far.

  • Sophia La Rue

We will never buy a car from Autonation again. They recently sold us a car that needs a new engine. The warranty that we bought from Autonation doesn't want to cover it. We are in the process of returning it. The customer service there is awful. The general manager has not only not been helpful at all, but also he has been very unkind to us and their service technicians seem very unqualified.

  • Ana Dunning

Being a younger female, going through a dealership to purchase a car is nerve racking because the men tend to be patronizing. However, I had nothing but a positive experience with Nicholas Roether. I didn’t really know what I wanted that was in my price range and he was very patient and help me find exactly what I wanted. Ladies I recommend going to him if you’re looking to purchase!

  • Sophia Thomas

The first car I wanted to buy fell through unfortunately, but Michelle was super helpful in finding me alternatives that would meet my needs. The sales reps aren't pushy, and actually listen to each customer's individual needs. I had a very specific budget, and they didn't try to upsell me like other dealerships I've give to. Thank you AutoNation Phoenix!

  • cathy weflen

The service I received from John Moreno was top notch. He promptly had my vehicle appraised and when I was satisfied with their offer he handled all the necessary paperwork with ease. I really liked that he came by several times during the waiting period to keep me informed about the process. I definitely would recommend Auto Nation to friends and family.

  • Chelsea Allen

I had such a great experience buying my first car from a dealership. Scottie is an awesome salesman and very personable! I'm glad he's who helped me find my dream car! I would 100% recommend anyone to go to AutoNation. Not only do they have great prices but some of their proceeds go to breast cancer donations and have already raised 36 million dollars!!

  • Angie Perino

Alexis was phenomenal to work with. He’s attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly a very honest person. I purchased my dream car and had a wonderful experience. The price was of great value and the finance team (Svetlana) were very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure or typical dealership games. Great experience, highly recommend!

  • Joe Moley

Did a KBB cash price online. Ended up being 3k over what I paid for the car new less than a year ago. No hassle. Drove up. Quick verification and I had my cashier check. No bait and switch or hidden fees to knock the price down. Omar was patient and professional. He walked me through all the numbers and kept his word. Great working with AutoNation.

  • jan katzen

There is only one person I will purchase a vehicle from ~ Christi Val. She has been in the auto industry for decades and really knows her stuff ~ She is an expert in all aspects of purchasing a vehicle ~ from listening and learning about me and the ideal automobile for me to ~ answering my finance questions and concerns ~ She's the total package!

  • Leslie Hatfield

I just bought a 2018 Nissan truck from AutoNation. No pressure, no taking my keys and not letting me leave. Just a lot of good information and a fair price on the car and my trade-in. I only dealt with one person, Legna, from my first phone call to the close of the deal. This was the best, and least aggravating, experience I have had buying car.

  • roy eaton

Salesman and everyone we beyond amazing, but the car has a few minor problems. So my review will stay at 3 stars until those issues are resolved. Depending on the resolution my review will either get better or worse. We are waiting patiently for the parts to arrive. And once I return from vacation we can work on getting the repairs completed

  • Cheyenne Herzog

AutoNation and specifically Steve Gergisch made the process of selling our vehicle very simple and fast. There was good communication leading up to our appointment and it didn't take long at all for us to walk out with a check. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you're looking to sell a vehicle.

  • Review Guy

Sales guy Alexis is a complete failure, and just lost AutoNation the sale of a $32,000 truck. Poised and ready to buy, all he had to do was get the trade-in offer finished (Stating he would call or text in 30mins. After 2 days, still nothing, and no response to calls or texts. That is 2 days wasted I could have found another vehicle!

  • Steve Ervin

We worked with Alexis and he was a fantastic person to work with! Patient, attentive, relatable and just an all around honest guy!! I could not ask for anything more! We will be doing business again! Your next trip to autonation ask for Alexis! He will get the job done and get you into what works for you! Thanks again!!!

  • Tiffany

I Had a great experience here and got a really good deal on my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I worked with Brenda in sales and Mauricio in finance, they were both very helpful and efficient. It was a little tricky getting in with the service department but once I had an appointment they took care of what they promised.

  • Kasey Turner

I would give a five star, but the 4 hours I had to wait even with a pre approval should never happen. The process of the price and trade in was easy. Just never expected it to take as long as it did. Brenda was great during the process and once I finally got to finance, it was quick. Just took wayyy too long.

  • Rene Pearson

Legna is the best. She is the reason we chose Autonation. She and Finance Manager Svitlana did an amazing job. Thorough and kind and went above and beyond. They gave clarity and transparency without the uncomfortable pressure you get from the run of the mill sales guys. These ladies know how to do it right.

  • Alan Mayne

Had a really good experience at AutoNation. Mariah went out of her way to make selling my car hassle free. I have no idea where I misfiled the title for the car in my home office. Mariah said “no problem” took care of it. Also worked with Tyler who made a fair offer for my car. Thanks everybody.

  • Chris Ames

This was my best experience at a car dealer. Ennis was prompt, quick, professional and friendly. He explained the entire process, and everything was exactly to the timeline I had been told previously. In addition, the offer was more than I expected. Thank you for the great service.

  • Chase Bellows

If you love wasting time and getting lied to, you'll love this place. The General Manager doesn't even bother to respond to emails, so don't bother complaining about any issue; It's worthless. I only bought the vehicle because I liked the vehicle itself, and it had a great carfax.

  • Ann Conklin

Carlos was super nice and helpful. He was very patient with me. I came in with a list and a budget. I left with a car. The financing lady (I don't remember her name) was fast and very friendly. She explained very in detail. I will be back again. I will recommend this dealership.

  • Noel kavimba

Pedro Leon was very helpful with my purchase. He made the whole buying experience painless... this coming from a former car-finance and salesman. I appreciate the swiftness of the whole deal. I'll be spending more of my money with Autonation for that very reason. Thank you !

  • Niyonaka Cuba

Absolutely love my car the AutoNation bell rd staff is absolutely amazing from Ed and Bonita my car sale people, Alfredo my finance specialist and the sales manager for getting me the best deal. As well as Legna she took my pictures. I refer anyone here a hundred times over.

Eduardo and Hunter were great. Purchased one vehicle at AutoNation before, and I was happy to do so again. They worked with me to find a vehicle in my budget and get a competitive interest rate. Thanks you two and thanks AutoNation Phoenix!

  • Rock Mejia

Thanks you to AutoNation USA and Legna for making my car buying experience easy and haggle free. Legna made the process very simple and was able to answer all my questions. Not once was I rushed or pushed into making any decisions.

  • Joseph French

Trenton was amazing. He maintained consistent and prompt communication with me throughout this process. He was professional while being personable. He is the reason that a deal was made. All around exceptional service from Trenton.
