I am not saying that they couldn't help. I have sold cars in the past for many years and I have done deals that were almost impossible to get financed, especially when it came to bad credit. People in the 400's. I stay up on automotive news through cox automotive and so with that said I don't understand how putting $3500 to $5000 down (Program 1) is helping when people hit hard times. So much for $55 down. Also, according to the woman who helped me they have a standard amount of $2500 income guideline which they should tell you before calling you 8 times in 4 hours to rush to the busy dealership when there was hardly any salesman there. Also as far as the sales process you don't take a customer out and tell them to pick out a car before you know all of the details. Then telling people about needing a co-signer (Program 2). Co-signing is a big commitment and responsibility and most are not willingly to take that on in these hard times. She said it is more income not credit. Then telling people the fancy line, "Oh they only have to stay on the loan for 9-12 months then refinance the car". How in the world do you refinance a already depreciating asset. She should stop telling people that because refinancing is not guaranteed. Then you will be more upside down in the loan. I almost laughed at here. I am not saying that they aren't doing good business but when they say in the commercial is your credit "Leaving on a prayer" seems like you leave with no car and praying harder. The sales lady didn't even try to work the deal. She didn't even ask if I had money down, or anything. You have to actually work the deal. There are more the 1 way to finance a vehicle. I am not sure what banks they go through of if they are holding there on notes or outside lending like credit acceptance (Caps) etc. They should just be straight up in the beginning. From a X-Salesman have these documents ready and available when visiting any dealer and your credit is less then 600 which is sub-prime: 1. Driver License 2. Pay Stubs (at least the last month) 3. 30 day bank statement 4. 2-5 References 5. Last 5 years of residency 6. Insurance If possible you should at least save $500-$1000 as a starting point. Also right now interest rates are extremely higher right now because the fed keeps raising rates to battle inflation. They have a lot of really nice cars in inventory. Not sure what the average turn over is but they beautiful cars.

Elated at first hopes high children in tow many many losses this year as a family. Very very excited thinking that we were going to come home in a new car for our family so that we can go do things again like we used to. Had us convinced over the phone to my family that this was the dealership was goin to change things for us. If you want advice the answer is no before you walk into the dealership. It turned out to be simply another disappointment on top of everything else. 5 hours and $+75 later me and children wet from rain cold and dark made it home empty handed and flat out lied to . Turned out to be simply another mom-and-pop will do anything to get you in here. It was probably the worst experience I've had in a car dealership in my life. After the young man told me no in every single way that you can tell somebody know we were ushered off property by a sound system playing over and over again you are being recorded please and it started to rain it was dark and it had the kids with me not only were we flat out denied and disappointed disrespected turned away empty-handed after all that we had put into it Lyft ride emptied my wallet to get home we weren't even welcome to stand on property for safety reasons as it was cold late dark and now raining we were impeding simply standing there. Finding shelter across the street at was told he was going to be a short 45 minutes in and out and we would have a car now became hours we still hear the sound recording playing across the street to leave property immediately that you were being recorded any activities we're being filmed and you needed to exit the property the gas station people were very kind allowed us to stand in a safe place to wait for a Lyft home and offered treats to my children. I think the real reason why I cried when I got home wasn't because of the experience I think it was because of the disappointed look on my son's face that this would be one more thing that we couldnt win at after his dad left even though I got a new job. Please use your discretion they will tell you no save your time and transport money people it's all hot air.

I just bought an frs off these guys and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I was told that my car would be basically brand new besides the miles that were already on it, but when I got it the paint had a BUNCH of sun damage. Like really bad, and I didn’t even know about it till I went to pick it up and saw it for myself. Then they told me they weren’t even going to fix it, so now I’m gonna have to spend hundreds/thousands to fix it myself when I had no idea it was even there when I signed off. And that’s not all! One my rims were all scratched up and now 2 of my lug nuts have just magically fallen off, the stems are rusted underneath so they’ve been broken for a minute. They probably just glued them back on and called it good, which is super dangerous and I could sue! I did NOT get a good deal, I’m paying more than what the car is worth, I only bought it because they said it was in perfect condition. You guys are fixing my lug nuts AND the paint and I’m not paying another dime for it. and I don’t want a reply saying “sorry”and “we know how frustrating it can be” I want my car fixed NOW, I want what I’m paying you for or you’re going to have problems.

Roland was awesome. He did what he said he would. He got my in a very sweet 2019 Jetta that has very low miles! I recommend Premier but trust me you want to ask for Roland Unfortunately I have to change my 5 star review to 1 after the last few weeks. Purchasing the car went great but just one day into picking up the keys the vehicle broke down on the freeway. It was addressed quickly but after getting it back the vehicle kept overheating. It took several visits to the shop to determine the catastrophic engine failure. In the 3 weeks I've owned the car I have been able to drive it for several days and about 200 miles. Now the car has been in their possession for coming up on 2 weeks and no one will return my calls at either location. Someone call me please and let me know what is going on with my car. I'm tired of being dodged by all managers at this point. I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle and it is still under the Volkswagen factory warranty. It blows my mind that the car wasn't brought to the dealer rather brakes plus from the get go. Someone step up and manage, it's your job. I expect an update of some kind tomorrow.

I cosigned for a friend of mine to get a car here and since 2 days in the car was in and out of the shop to find out a couple weeks later is in need of an engine. He is unable to get a call back from anyone with any kind of update. The shop that has the car said they are waiting to hear from the "Service Manager" to get approval. So one month almost in the books and he's put a whooping 200mi on the vehicle. Working at a dealership in service I am aware of how extended warranty claims work and that they can take time but he is unable to get a return call from anyone at this location or the Casa Grande location that he was told the vehicle was at. He found out today the car never went to Casa Grande and has been here in PHX the entire time. Even if there isn't much of an update or you are waiting for someone to approve at the very least call and give some sort of update. It's hard to pay for a car you just bought when the engine has catastrophic failure after a few weeks of bringing the car to Brake Masters when it is still under the VW factory warranty. Seems to be a reoccurring theme from the handful of reviews I read.

Came in debt ridden in a 2016 Elantra I got from Rodeo Hyundai 5 years ago. I walked in a new kid with no credit, they put me in a 2016 Elantra for $12,000 at 21% interest. As of today Aug 30 2023 after 5 years I STILL owe $8k. They are vultures. I seen the ads and came to Scott Says Yes. They are a little short staffed but very friendly and loving. There are no dealers lurking outside waiting to shark attack somebody inspecting vehicles. They were very kind, helpful, and did everything. They could to help me out of this Prestige/Rodeo Hyundai nightmare. I'll be letting the Elantra go they can take it, I'll be riding off in my new Ford Fusion thanks to Chuck. If it wasn't for his persistence and go-get-him attitude I wouldn't be rolling out with a new car. I recommend new customers ask for Chuck. He genuinely cares and will go above and beyond to get you in a car you love. And he's more than fair. Props to the entire staff for being a professional dealership intent on helping people. My wife Michelle needed a new vehicle. Her old vehicle's transmission was out. Our salesman, Josh was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. He wasn't pushy, and was very facilitating toward what we needed. He got us into a new vehicle, a 2019 Mazda CX3, for a fair number, then stepped out of the office and had us meet Mark, their finance manager. After stepping out for a few minutes, he came back to surprise us with an even better number. Way to go Mark. As it turned out, Josh is actually their sales director and had Mark get us a better interest rate. Nice move guys. Thanks for all the help. We will definitely highly recommend you to anyone we know who needs a car. You guys did good! On a final note: We were having issues with Michelle's license and ended up needing a little extra time after the initial transaction took place to take care of it. Andrew, who helped finalize the deal was extremely understanding and allowed us to address the problem in the time we needed. Thanks very much, again.

Be very cautious about going here. Read everything you sign and continuously ask the price of the vehicle because they won’t tell you just like they won’t tell you if you make a bad review they won’t help you till you let them use your phone and change the review, which is what happened to me One of their employees wanted to use my phone to change the review so I have another review on here praising these people and now I have this one. Be cautious people. Be careful because they can use you because you’re desperate. I need a vehicle and then next thing you know you’re stuck with a $40,000 if you already are able to get a cosigner, go to an actual dealership Kia Chevy dodge one of the 234 whatever dealerships are down the road they got me don’t let them get you to specially first time buyers the jack the payment so high so so they can make a double what the vehicle costs if you don’t believe me see for yourself snakes in the grass

Premier Auto Center - Tucson Mesa Location On Country Club has the worst customer service and the most unprofessional work ethics. DO NOT GET A CAR WITH THEM! I got a car from them October 13th, within one week the transmission motor went out and they have had my van ever since. They have been telling me for weeks they are fixing on it, or they took it on a test drive... and again today im told they are just now starting on my Van and theyve had the transmission since 10/30. Dates may not be persice but they show that they have had my van sitting for almost a month. The mesa location is impossible to get ahold of anyone. I have also been denied when i ask to soeak to the mabager being told " he is just going to say the same thing" Im being told each time i do get ahold of someone that someone is on vacation or they are backed up. I have also made a complaint to the BBB maybe i will get a response then.

Was able to get into a vehicle same day. However, the vehicle was in the shop a few days later for overheating. Then less than a month into having the vehicle I had to have it in the shop again. On Oct 4 I took it to the shop in Phoenix close to me. Their diagnostic showed it needed a new engine. So they decided to tow in it to Casa Grande for their own diagnostic. Conclusion was the same. I've been without a vehicle for 2 weeks and the engine isn't going to be at the shop for another 2 weeks. Can't get a straight response from anyone. Call and goes either to a voicemail is full or if someone does answer it's I'll have to get back to you. Which never happens. How am I supposed to make money to pay for a vehicle if the vehicle is in the shop and I can't get a loaner vehicle or a rental

I got into a good SVU due to Nicole. She was super friendly. I did see people come and go with cars with keys and no issues. However when I communicate via text I had been told my price range was very workable. 7-12K I got sold a 16k SVU with high miles. Double the payment I discussed and I told them I was rushed to get home and get my kid and I waited two hours and was late to get my son. Then I came back the next day for pickup and they lost my keys. For over an hour I waited for a solution. I worked night shift and had to wait until 10am to Uber 30 mins here and then wait 1.5 hours to get a key. This is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. I feel like I should get some discount or gift card. This is so unprofessional.

Friendly and very helpful. Got us into a car we wanted Edit: I did start out giving this place a good review back in July when we purchased the vehicle. Since then we have yet to receive our permanent plates. Called the Dmv and they said premier auto hasn't filed any paperwork. Called the dealership and kept getting transfered to full voice-mails. Went to the dealership Friday last week and spoke with Mario Hernandez who said he would look into it and call us Monday. It is now Wednesday and still no call. Tried calling the cell he gave us and no answer or return call after leaving voice mail. Apparently once you've been approved for a loan you're not the dealerships problem anymore.

So they're really nice, and if you are looking for a car over $8k probably good for you, but for me, I can't afford that for a car. They have lots of financing options. But again, if you are looking for a cheaper car then don't go here. Even after telling them I could only pay $140 per month, they still tried to get me to say I could pay 200 to 300 per month. They left me to stew, and I still said I couldn't pay more, and they left me to stew for longer. Then they had me test drive a 2016 Ford escape, way out of my price range. They're really nice, but they wasted my time when I told them up front I couldn't pay more than maybe $150 per month. Just left me to sit. 1.5 hours wasted.

Well Went 9/2 to see if they could help me get out of my LEMON they were very nice and they said they could help me and went for an test drive fell in love with the car and came in to give me the monthly payment I told them I cannot afford more then 400 monthly with my other bills and they try to get Me to get this car for 709 are you freaking crazy that would leave no grocery money, gas, insurance etc or they say 356 E2W no way I’m trying to build up my credit not TANK IT they were NOT FOR the PEOPLE. Thanks for getting my hopes up for NOTHING. They didn’t even try to work with me. :-(

If I could give this dealership a 20, I would. Brandon Gomez was the person who assisted me through the process. They are probably one of the the few, if not the only dealership that was open about the full process all the way. Brandon made sure I got the car I wanted and as close as they can to the payment I wanted. This dealer is really here to help customers first while obviously still making their money. My skepticism was high due to my previous car-buying experiences and having not so good credit. I wanted to cancel my appointment however I decided to keep my appointment, glad I did. My sales associate Niki was receptive to all of my car-buying concerns, to my surprise I was given some options of vehicles to choose from unlike my previous car buying experience. I did not have buyers remorse or have to call a tow truck a week after having my vehicle. I actually drive a vehicle “I love” without the hassle or financial problems of maintaining a used car.

False advertisement, not cool to give people false hope. Now I feel bad because I truly believed you radio advertisement. I been telling people about your dealer and what is said on the radio. But if it's to good to be true, it probably is. You will need someone to co-sign or take a down-payment around 20% of what your planning to purchase. P.S. the only have high priced vehicles so if your looking for a deal. Do not waste your times, and save yourself the rejection.

The worse place to buy a car from .. sold me a car that broke 48 hrs later ! Had to get a new engine, new fuel pump & sensor, & of course they kept the car for 3 weeks with no loaner car. Just for me to get the car bck & the warranty expires that I paid for with them. I have the car less than 4 months & it needs new brakes front & back, a new thermostat, & new sensors which of course isn’t covered under any warranty even tho they sold the car to me broken !!

Stopped by Scoot Says Yes to get my dad a new car and OMAR hooked it up he helped us in every way possible they even stayed open 2 HOURS after close to get the paperwork processed and got my dad in a new car by the end of the night. They were very friendly and so helpful made everything seem so easy. The car was very clean already and Omar offer to clean and put a full tank in the following day on his day off! Great service will recommend to everybody.

The sales experience was a little odd but Ruby was great and they made it work for me with no down payment. I did have some major issues with my car right after I bought it but there's no way they could have known. I found out they sold me a car with 3 bad tires worn to the point that all 3 need replacement less than a month after purchase. They are at 2/32. When I asked they said it's not covered! They are so shady. I have tried contacting supervisors but no luck. After Mr. Lehman responded I tried calling the Gilbert location. I was told they would have a management contact me that day. As of yet, I have not heard back.

I feel as if the radio commercial is false advertisement, due to the fact that I called and filled out an application just to be told I needed a co-signer, or large down payment. After I explained about my trade-in situation they still said they would not help me. The commercial about 27 cent down and it not being an issue if you owe on a trade-in is not legit!

If you are not disability and handicapped.and have over $15,00 and you are working.if you are on SSI or SSDI or social security or VA benefits they will not give you a car
