Not the best B&M, staff don't seem to have a clue what the returns policy is. Visited today to return an item. I had forgotten my reciept so asked if it was still okay to return. Staff member said yes that's fine but you need to que again for the till next to me as I can't do returns. Fair enough so back in the que I go.. Bearing in mind the store was busy. So there I am waiting and in between customers the cashier is doing random people's return that just stand at the end of the till, so then the ones such as myself have to stand there like we are invisible. Gets served and told, no sorry I can't do this return as you haven't got a reciept.. Calls supervisor and carries on serving customers behind.. Supervisor doesn't come and randomly jumps on another till. So I'm told to go over to her till and que once again. Then I'm told No, you can't return without a receipt. Nearly half hour of queing and still couldn't return the item.. I could have got home and back in that time if they had just said this in the first place. Not one for being rude to retail staff as they usually have enough rude customers. But let's just say I made my feelings clear on this occasion. Maybe management should train staff on customer policy in future, so they are all clear off what's what. Safe to say I'll avoid this store in future and travel that bit further!!!

Great bargains to be had at B&M. Always happen to come across things that I need but never remember to buy. The purchasers have got it right. The marquee was £100 but well worth it over the £50 one that unfortunately didn’t last. The fan was £8, absolute bargain and is a quality piece of kit! Just have to limit my visits as it’s so easy to spend money in there. The shop is well laid out but the tills always busy with not enough staff so the queues end up going down the aisles. Parking is good but it does usually have a queue to get in with the traffic light systems not being great on the A45. Closest one by far though so will put up with it.

B & M is one of my favourite places to shop, it sells practically everything and the prices are highly competitive. An example would be in the wine and beer aisle where you will discover some really pleasant wines at starting prices of around £4, half what I expect to pay in my local supermarket. The food aisles are the same and B & M is one of few places which stocks up on a well known coffee creamer priced slightly lower than supermarkets! At my branch on the Coventry Road the staff are smashing and friendly and there is ample parking. It's a great store to have locally.

Could not fault the service I had about a week ago with the the manager there I belive he was great polite guy. And today , a gentleman rang me to say my order was here and i didnt get the gentleman's but he was polite friendly still after I was a little bit of a nause as I kept ringing to speak to him. He made my day and my friends as we both got an order we had been waiting for ,for ages. Wish I could find out his name to say thank you absolute diamond !!!!!!! P.s your coment of "oh it's you again"still makes me laugh

Lovely store great products lovely staff, nice big store only negatives would be the size of the aisles not happy when there’s a few customers down one aisle and it’s a traffic jam. Negative seeing members of staff being shouted at and swore at by what I assume would be a manager of the store very unprofessional not what you want to witness whilst you’re doing your shopping . Overall my favourite B&m to shop at just wish they had a garden centre!!

Looked for an item but couldn't find it . Asked a staff member but was told it had sold out so carried on shopping. A few minutes later the same assistant found me in an aisle and to my amazement had the item I was looking for. She has checked the stock room for me and found it, amazing service. Store is so much nicer than either of my local B and M stores, well done and thank you Coventry !!!!!!!!

I had really bad anxiety as I had a lot of items in my trolley and the queue was getting long but the man at the till reassured me and told me there's no need to rush he will help me and told me not to think about the queue. He was really helpful and kind. Can't thank him enough. Also another man at the till was very helpful when one of my items got stuck in my basket. The staff are really kind

Just like a normal B&M store with everything you need. Usually i do not post reviews but my first and only visit to this store will be the last one too due to the rude staff. First they forgot to give me my change and argued about that they give me my change. They went in the back to check and turned out they did not give me my change. Not a single apology and just kept on being rude.

Came in to store to get a trampoline and hot tub for my children who are Autistic. Due to lockdown my one son is missing his water therapy. They had all sold out but the lovely manager said he’d put an order in and save us the next that came in for delivery. Got a call within an hour he’d managed to get a trampoline for them. Thank you

Who doesn't love B&M ... You go in for one thing and leave with loads of stuff. Always find them great value for money and also find some things cheaper than the regular super markets. For me - I love Douwe Egberts coffee, level 5 which in all the main supermarkets is £6.99, yet in B&M it is always £4.99 ... Exact same size!

  • Hannah

I always go here for cheap gluten free supplies, so I hope that's a permanent thing, and perhaps even introduce more. The toys selection is good as well and always has great offers around Christmas time Bring an extra bag with you, because I guarantee you'll buy more than you intend to! Staff are mostly friendly

It has got Easy Access from Coventry road. Place has ample free parking. Large variety of items were available. Place was very crowded , and people were not respecting two meters apart rule. In fact Aisles are narrow so place feels tight and crowded. Prices were generally high as it used to be in B&M Stores.

  • Ann Wilkins

Staff are helpful and cheerful and humourous. Some items are more expensive than other shops and really didn't have that wow. Some of the whole side of shelves was completely empty, but I put it down to waiting to restock new or Christmas items. I wouldn't go back there I'll stick to my smaller B&M store

  • Zed Kay

Complete lack of social distancing in this branch with herds of people looking for Christmas presents most likely. No one checking capacity inside and spotted people without masks coughing. No hand sanitiser either. Complete contrast to the M&S next door which felt so much more safer.

  • Takya “Khanney” Khan

Large B&M has everything, household, food and garden products all a really affordable prices. A must place to go as you can find nice decorative items for every room in the house. They also stock a large range of toiletries, basic first aid products and some DIY essentials.

  • Big Sam

Blonde Girl at the entrance on 17/10 @ 15:58 had a terrible attitude. Denied entry despite telling her i only needed one item. Was told they were closed despite tills open and customers inside... Maybe hire actual adults instead of agitated teens? Avoiding from now on.

  • alison Vestel

Last minute Christmas Eve shopping has never been so easy. I got everything i wanted - including the alcohol and dog's present - and the staff were friendly, helpful and well trained. I have to say, because of this, I wasn't as stressed as I'd envisioned. Me likey.

  • M J M

Excellent parking facilities, nice wide door access to shop. Plenty of room for child buggies or mobility scooter. Many bargains to be had on many different lines of goods. Other supermarkets also available on site, also a gym! Well worth a look.

  • Zara World

I love shopping at the Coventry road branch excellent store with lovely staff always very helpful especially when Malik is serving he is always sooo helpful…and quick to point out the offers and always receive a pleasant service from him.

  • Daniel Fuery

A store rapidly going down hill. Stock supply is unreliable and customer service is on the decline. After waiting 10 mins in the queue with a number of people behind was just shouted at tills closed. Luckily Morrisons is across the way.

  • Stuart Mclaren

Went there just after the store opened. Its a very large very bright B&M and I believe it stocks there full range of merchandise. My only negative comment I have is. They don't appear to have enough checkouts.

  • Bryan Jones

If you have no concerns regarding Covid 19, then this is the place to be. Today we saw 20 people without masks five of which were staff. Complete lack of social distancing too. We will be avoiding in future.

  • AAAH

Great lighting in the store so it feels alive even though they don’t have much outside light. Good deals and I would like to see more please. Staff are welcoming and friendly and that is the difference.

  • vince m

Handy store with plenty of parking but lacks space and therefore the range of other stores in the group. This is true with furniture in particular. Good for food stuffs and small items but very limited

  • Chelsea Smith

Great location, plenty of options to buy from and really good value and the staff are always on hand to help customers and jump on tills when it gets busy. Always lovely and friendly in there.

  • SuperLeonjones

Very good store with good competitive prices. It's laid out well and items easy to find. Only bad thing is check out system is a disaster and really let's down an otherwise good experience

  • Saira

Very well organised, staff are very friendly and moat items are available here. I've even had some returns due to extra items purchased etc and the process is always so smooth!

  • T GGT

I feel for the staff having to listen to the absolute worst music. I often want to tear my own ears from my head. Despite this the staff are somehow sane and quite lovely.

  • a khan

lady named maxi wow brilliant customer service, i went for some stuff for mould, i asked her and she went above and beyond to help me, shes a gem, can’t thank her enough

  • Bammy Jones

Very Rude management Staff. Specially that old lady. Nearly pushed me over and didn't apologise. I was very upset this week on my shopping trip to b m Sheldon.

  • Aleeza Hussain

  • G T

It's a nice shop and I like it, however the queues are a little long and not clearly marked. Also, some items are significantly cheaper in Poundland.

  • Stephane Picon

Nice and conveniently located, a good place to shop for a bit of everything. The staff are friendly and polite. Always a good bargain to find.

  • Tony Bristoll
