It's very close to my home so always go there to shop. You can find Woolworths, BIG W, Optus, Vodafone, Fresh supermarket, to delicious food. Dan Murphys is also next to the market, and you can find everything at Dan Murphys. Anyway, BIG W is a big store where you can find everything from electric to furniture, clothing, gardening, kitchen to toys. I bought an item and did not like it, and they refund all the money (I did not open the item). Anyway, if you go make sure you try some of the food too. You'll find noodles and pizzas. Other than that Woolworth is very close and it gets very busy sometimes so hard to find parking. Big W opens until 7 pm on some day and 9 pm on some days. Saturday's and Sunday's are until 5 pm. Some of the items are cheaper than at Woolworths so I'll recommend to go to both and see if you find a more inexpensive item anywhere. They don't put too many items of half price but full items compared to total price items at Woolworths are cheap. I hope my review about Big W Brickworks helped and thanks for reading.

Very happy and pleased with the service provided at Big W. I Needed to exchange an item purchased for my granddaughters birthday. I purchased a top for her in size four as it was her 4th birthday,(I thought 4th birthday size 4, How wrong could I be.) I went to the service desk and was approached by the young lady Stephanie. This young lady provided service excellence, explained about the exchange and helped me chose the correct size that would fit my granddaughter. It is service like this that I would recommend a store. Confused and slightly unhelpful staff- one of the ladies in the party department struggled to explain they were unable to fill latex balloons because they were “booked up for the rest of the day”?! Seriously it was 6 standard helium balloons I needed to fill and I was standing right there asking. I don’t understand how that can ruin a schedule. Also if I need to book ahead to fill up balloons you can bet I’m always taking my business elsewhere.

Have everything in this big w. Staff very courteous and helpful when dealing with people trying to serve them self and don’t know how , like me. Thanks for putting my Voyage CD abba on hold for a day so I could pick it up from you. Such brilliant customer service. Not like jb hi fi who couldn’t care less when I asked them if they had the CD. You have to do it on your phone.(excuse me ).!!! Maybe I don’t know how Love this big w.

Went to buy some homewares and found lots of bargains on sale. Good time to buy. Walked around the store and impulses buy a few other things. The store was clean and vibrant but I was struggling at the self serve checkout when a lovely Big W lady saved the day. Bagged everything up for me and was so kind. She should be employee of the month That is why I wrote this. Thank you lovely Big W employee.

Very helpful people, had a pick up online order, was told to go to lay buy area middle right. Then went through checkout to buy a bag as it was plastic wrapped, no way to hold it it was heavy (minus 1 star), and im disabled. Staff at checkout area was very friendly. First time pickup and entry, was able to park in disabled spot near main door right side of shopping mall.

This Big W has a fabulous range of products. From munchies to electrical devices. They have a great range of clothing as well as homewares. Everything is reasonably priced. They have a great range of beauty products and everything you could want as far as treating yourself or buying gifts for anyone, including cards and wrapping paper. Great place to shop.

I went in store on 14/3/21 to buy a trampoline and staff were unhelpful at around 11.45 am. I was told if it is not on the floor we don’t have stock. While walking out I made an online purchase and click and collect from the same store. Viola, I received a message at around 2.00 pm my order was ready for click and collect. Lazy staff to say the least.

This Big W is huge! What i like most is that it is wide and open and not crammed in with aisles so the shopping and browsing experience is pleasant and relaxing. Everything is spotless clean and shelves kept tidy and presentable. The huge store means a huge range and plenty of stock. Friendly and helpful staff, overall definitely one to come back to

Very disappointed with the service party section of big w. Ordered balloon with helium , went to pick up just for them to say they had run out of helium for one of the balloon so they blew it up with normal air how ridiculous and by the time i got them home one had a hole in it...so disappointed will never order balloons from their again

This store is clean, the fitting rooms are clean and not dusty without fingerprints on the mirrors like some other stores. I also like this store because of their “party” section, all you need for planning a home party/event. The trolleys are (plastic) light and clean unlike their other stores with the run down dirty metal trolleys.

Mostly staff are helpful and store is well stocked and tidy , only thing I have noticed is some staff look very messy hair and clothes , maybe I'm old fashioned and it's not required any more to look clean and well presented ,for me I like to see workers look like they pride themselves in there appearance when serving the public

Went to store 10 minutes before close staff at font of store said I could quickly get the item i needed, an iron, staff member walked passed me while I was choosing an iron keep in mind I had ten minutes but no the staff member said they were closed, like don’t invite someone to the store if your gonna kick em out afterwards

There needs to be a food court more variety in food, e.g. fish n chips Chinese kebabs beverage bar needs more variety for family especially with children and maybe a knick knack or variety store Car park needs sorting entry and exit need upgrading And more shade and shelter outside as well as Carpark Besides that not bad

I liked this store until today, I was in there with my 12 year old son just before closing, he went looking for something and this older man said to him we're closed you have to leave and would not even let him talk not even to say he was with his Mum. You DO NOT push a child out of a store EVER. Absolutely disgusting.

Staff in the Party section went above and beyond on 24 October to help locate a little spider costume for my toddler. They were so helpful and determined to find it for her. Costume is great and incredible price. Highly recommend the staff at this store for their attentiveness.

Excellent service from the service desk at Big W Brickworks! I didn’t catch her name but the staff member went above and beyond to help me find a photo frame, even to the point where she’d searched through unpacked boxes. Her efforts were greatly appreciated. Dated: 13/01/2022

Just woolies,big w and 'tony and marks'. Rest just small shops and nothing spectacular. Plsces to eat very limited and very run of the mill. Parking has NO shade... somebody should think about getting this place put right. More than likely we will not be going there again.

Very limited in stock and selection. Not so pleasant dealings with Assistant Store Manager Chantal I think her name is & James, an assistant manager I believe also could do with a customer service 101 refresher. Elisa is a breathe of fresh air and really made our day!

It's a very good place for shopping big and bright with great variety the only catch is it's easy to get lost and can't find the item your looking for also estec has better cheaper variety then the low variety Toshiba which are a cheat of money so beware of it

Big W provided an amazing shopping experience for a friend of mine. She has mobility issues and uses a walker. A female staff member went out of her way to help her shop. She helped her find them and helped her take them to the checkout. Well done.

Absolute joke. Online won't let you change what store you wish to pick tour order up from. Defaults to store closest to billing address. Not everyone works near their home and sometimes people like to pre-irder and pick up on way home from work.

I regularly visit to go to bigw. Not really interested in the other stores. Car parking is good. A big building with a lot of money spent making it but a pretty disappointing range of shops. If there wasn't a bigw I would never go there.

The staff in the tech department are amazing. Helped me choose a tv even though I arrived 15mins before closing time. You guys should be role models for all retail outlets. This kind of service is non existent in this day and age.

It seems understaffed, sometime to find someone for help is a bit difficult. The wait at the checkout it's most of the time frustrating because the workers there are so slow. Prices are higher than Kmart but you already know that.

i have just purchased a rapco cycle and assembled by a them......it was so pathetically assembled that I have fall down on the the busy road on first ride.....its handle was very loose...i am very upset with the assembly team....

Very good store and service. Kids. Lathes always on sale and most items are on sale. Don't like it when they rush me out the store though when close g when I'm already trying to get my three year old to cooperate.

I do enjoy the variety of goods on offer here. Only a once every few months guy to visit - I seem to stay over an hour and buy though. Went to buy one thing, didn't, but managed to buy ten others. A great store.

Big, modern and clean. Plenty of stock on the shelves. Not super busy which is great. Only thing is the scanners around the store never seem to work which is super annoying. Fix this and will probably be a 5/5

It's BigW. It has bargain stuff. You can have the stuff delivered or click and collect. The staff are polite and will go out of their way to help. Especially, Ashley. Thanks Ash, the boy loved his swimwear.

It's a Big W, so it pretty much has everything you expect there, although the staff here are a bit friendlier than the staff at their other stores. Less abuse from customers I guess since it's a nice area.

One of the nicest Big W stores, very fresh and modern. Good size, good selection of items. The width of the walkways is really good and is above average. Good prices, good quality given the price.

Standard Big W, lots of chocolate if you're into stuff like that. Quality of merch is as you'd expect from a place like this: cheap, only possible by exploiting workers in far away places.

Decently sized store with a good range of products. Convenient location, low prices. Would perhaps benefit from a self checkout section but the staff are quite quick so it's not an issue.

I bought a fan yesterday, i didn’t like it so i went for return, the lady working there was so rude, she was not helpful at all, worse customer service. i would give you negative rating.

Well BIG W is as all BIG Ws a one stop shop for so many things. Prices are competitive and yeah so many big brand items are here. Friendly and helpful staff are there to help if needed.

Huge store great layout, again only problem is the checkout situation. I shop and want to get out of the place but minimal staff at checkout so very slow service, which is very poor.

Usually fairly quiet. I haven't worked out the store hours yet as they don't stay open late like many other Big W's. Check the opening times if you plan to go late during the week.

I asked to change a product in store from a purchase with afterpay and she said no it can only be done by purchasing the one you want and cancelling the original order

By far the best Big W I have visited. The largest range of well known brands at discounted prices I have seen. The party/balloon department was an unexpected surprise

This is my go-to Big W. It's a great size and has everything I need. That's all I can say really. It's never too busy and staff are always friendly. Highly recommend.

Brickwork's small shopping mall. Very handy, close to home so no need to travel far. You can shop, you can eat or have coffee if you want. Recommended
