Friendly, helpful staff who will actually help customers with enquiries or finding items and if the staff member doesn't know they contact another staff member who does. Thank you for caring unlike most stores who don't care about customers. Prices affordable for everyone and a wide range of products.

I tried calling big w to see if they had items for friend & new phone service answered and tell to check online for items or do a click & collect & so l took my friend into big w lady at lay-bys tell use they don’t hold items no more new service is so annoying not happy with your service

Very frustrated that it took 25 minutes to speak to someone. To find out you can no longer call a store directly. Big w now has a call centre which provides little to no information, just smoke and mirror replies. I won't shop here anymore.
