Looked online on Kmart's website and found the Chin-Up exercise bar I wanted, checked stock levels and they had plenty listed at Kmart Rundle Mall store, spent 40mins walking down there only to be told by the staff member at the entrance that the Rundle Mall stall actually doesn't have an Exercise Equipment section... So why does your website say there's ample stock of exercise gear at this store then? Where's it being hidden if there's no "physical section" in the store itself? What a waste of time that was... Edit 24/07/2023 - Not a single checkout open at all whatsoever at 10:30am on a Monday, why bother spending tens of thousands installing a rack of 5+ checkouts when your manager is too stingy to hire staff to serve customers at them? They're great dust collectors though..

I went to buy a pair of slip-resistant shoes at K-mart Rundle Mall yesterday afternoon. But to my surprise, that night I fell over because the shoes were slip-resistant but not water-resistant. I was advised by the staff that this type of shoe could be used in the kitchen, so I bought it.But today I want to return or buy another product, and they use the excuse that the shoes are used so they cannot be returned or resell it. It's not fair, if under normal road conditions no one needs a pair of non-slip shoes, they can go buy shoes with normal soles. Either slip-resistant or non-slip-resistant. What is not fully slip-resistant? Really disappointed with this place.

Every time I go to this messy maze I can never find what I’m looking for. Yesterday I went in looking for a product which online said was in stock. I looked around for about 10 mins until I went back to the entrance and asked the staff member. Bless his incompetent soul, he looked like a deer in the headlights and asked if I could ask someone else. Isn’t that his job to find the answer. So I did. The next staff member was a little more helpful and got on the radio to ask. I was told it should be in a specific location and surprise surprise, not there. The place looks like a junk yard.

Called to place a drink bottle on hold at the Rundle mall Kmart, that was all good. When I went to collect it in my lunch break, the drink bottle straw was broken and the seal to stop it from leaking wasn’t even there. Went back to see if they could swap it out for a new lid but they said no, they said that they could disconnect it. I am sad that they didn’t care to check to make sure it was all good and they didn’t even tell me when I was on the phone or even when I came to collect it

My first time went to this kmart with my daughter this morning. I was trying to ask a staff from toy section for get to know where the fitting room is. I believed we saw each other and my voice was loudly enough with the manners. But she didn't replied to us but straigh went to the other place that treated us like the air. What a shameful shopping experience in kmart of Adelaide CBD.

I bought a boot to be able to work and the boot is hurting my foot. I asked the manager to change it or for do something. he simply said he can't help me. Terrible and rude Manager! i lost money. I don't recommend Kmart at Rundle Mall

A bit tatty. Pokey, had a few things that you need. Don't go out of your way to go there if that's the only thing you need to do

Very good options for clothes, you can choose for mans, womans and kids aswell. Also you will find things for home.

Great place to grab a bargain always come here if they don't have it in another store.
