I love shopping at BIGW. I find the Hallett Cove store fairly quiet and always quick to check out. It’s easy to find what I’m looking for. Everything is well priced. Great variety of items. I purchase a lot of our clothing from here as well as birthday presents. All the staff are friendly. I’ve had no issue with returns.

Friendly staff that are willing to help you find products that you are looking for. It's smaller than a Big W than what you would find in a mall I think. Some of the shelves look empty like the product has run out and that need to be reordered, but overall like going to pop in every week as it's up the road. :)

Only had self serve open. Not good enough. I have health issues and hard to do it myself. So the assistant scanned them for me. I said here's a bag but she walked off and left then all piled up on the checkout so had to struggle and do it myself. Yeah great work bigw

Ordered click and collect from Big W website. Very good service, one of the items was out of stock but received a phone call about an hour after placing the order to advise and offered an alternative item. All good, order was ready to go when I arrived.

Secretly this store has the best sales, and the best finds. I have gotten so many bargains here, that the rest of big w around the state don't have. Also there seems to be less people who frequent here so there's that chance for a bang on

Managed to find 6 more Care Bears I didn't have to add to my growing collection. Some of the bears on the shelf had gotten quite dirty and dusty so I had to pick through them to find ones where the white faces were still clean.

Outstanding service. I had trouble with the self checkout and the staff member was extremely helpful 10/10 I can't remember his name maybe Adam or something like that best customer service I've ever had.

Young female staff member at self service area, first thing Sunday morning was extremely rude. Acted annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation with a coworker. Was very blunt and condescending

I hate self service stores but at least one lovely young man from the store helped at the checkout I will avoid shopping there again til they have some more checkouts with assistants manning them

I bought a eko tv here 8 months ago absolutely the worst tv ever do not buy they don't honour the warranty even though it comes with 12 month warranty. Save your money do not buy eko tv

Big W is a great place to shop for a wide selection of goods. Friendly staff, affordable goods and a good selection. These stores are restricting items they sell to only 1 or 2 choices.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Found some great bargains. Jbl sound bar 2.1 theater with blue tooth sub on sale half price. Clothes from summer half price or up to 80% off.

I have been going to this store since it first opened. A lot of new staff that are unhelpful and don't go out of their way to assist customers, very noticeable difference.

Because of the location of this Big W, they have a lot of stock compared to the shops in bigger malls. It's a great place to shop as it's not as busy and noisy c

One of the few shops still open at the Hallett Cove Shopping Centre. Perhaps the displays in Big W have something to do with that …

It's Big W. Clothes, electronics, toys, bedding, containers, pet food, snacks, cleaning products, personal hygiene, baby stuff etc.

Easy to slip in n slip out if you don't like the madness of marion or colonaids shopping center. Parking can be hit n miss

New phone system is designed so that you never get to talk to someone in store. Not acceptable for a large franchise.

Some of the selections are a little smaller than other stores, but in general a decent store in a good little mall.

Plus size section was smaller than other Big W shops. Mostly winter attire despite being 32 in mid March

Love Big W. Always manage to find a bargain or two ( sometimes three ) …
