Not impressed with attitude towards me taking the towels there today, that I bought at the Hallett Cove store last week. I had the receipt with me to show that I wasn't stealing them & needed them with me to match them with hand towels, as the Hallett Cove store didn't have hand towels. The female on the checkout fussed about me having them with me & went off to show the receipt to someone else & when she came back went on & on about me taking them into the store. She said about showing them to whoever was at the entrance & there was nobody there when I entered the store. There were 3 employees standing at a display & yackety yacking & who were not interested in me, so I kept going. Maybe the staff need to know where they are supposed to be & BE THERE, so as to give the proper customer service >:( Maybe I will have to forget about trying to do any shopping at Big W stores in future & go somewhere else - there are plenty of other stores where I can get what I need.

Today I was in the store with my daughter at around 1pm we were coming out at the end of one of the aisles where the chips/drinks are and one of the workers was cutting across with a trolley loaded with soft drink slabs pelting it hell for leather with the trolley and he knocked into my daughter and he wasn’t looking out for who was coming out of the aisles, luckily enough he didn’t manage to do much damage apart from scape her knee but if that had been an older lady or a pregnant lady the consequences would of been much different. So maybe you need to warn your workers of the actions that this may of caused had it of been more serious and they shouldn’t be going at that fast speed with loaded trolleys down thin aisles and maybe look out for customers!!

I used the self checkout which I very rarely use as I do not work for you. I asked the lady who assists customers there. There were no other customers there. She was not friendly and the machine was not working she got the machine working and then left me to it. I requested that she process my sale and she informed me that I needed to do it myself.i realise that all supermarkets are pushing for self serve but customers do not like it and they are now moving back to customer service in the UK as they are loosing more money by by people stealing and cheating. I am prepared to pay more and travel distances to receive friendly customer service .

Normally really good service, and as a fellow worker in retail I get this time of year is hard but went in looking for party invitations .... a couple of things were empty on the self , the staff member I ended up dealing with just stated thats it, when I asked if he could check out the back or the system to see if there was stock he just said people top it up regularly once its empty. ..... what if the last packet was sold only a couple minutes after I walked in ? Didnt offer to check to see where I could source nor when more would be coming in...

a few friends and i went to here after school and decided to look at the soft toys in the toy aisle, but we soon got told we knocked over 10 toys (which we didn’t) and were “doing it purposely”, and that the lady had to pick them up, and later told to get out because we are teenagers looking at soft toys. the lady wasn’t even nice about it either. we spent $30 here and got treated badly because were “teenagers”. this is stereotypical because we’re teenagers looking in a aisle, what is this device they serve?

Whilst the young girl who has just helped me over the phone was polite and apologetic, I'm only scoring Big W Seaford a one star as I was advised I'd be called in a week to collect my pictures. A week has arrived and passed, and sure enough, it took me to call only to be told they are ready for collection. What is the point taking phone details if you don't bother calling the customer who has paid for the product in advance. Disappointed and won't shop here again!

I left an item at the check out yesterday which happened to be the only one in the size I wear and today it is sitting on the shelf, not written up as left behind so available for sale again. Of course it is impossible that someone made a mistake by not recording it!!!! I am obviously a liar and trying to steal something for the grand price of $16!!! I am really unhappy about this and may not shop there again.

Yeah thanks for cancelling my Christmas layby just right before Christmas even though you had 2 payments from me 2 weeks prior with no warning of cancelling my layby just cancell with no warning very shocking to do that and on the same day put all my stuff back out on stock so I can't even continue my layby I will not be placing anymore Christmas layby online with bigw will go to Kmart instead UP YOURS BIGW

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean store. Personal downside is minimal (if any sometimes) school clothes, especially maroon, bottle green or at times even black leggings, skirts etc. Usually no school hats in those colours during the year either other than the rare find during the back to school sales. Other than school clothes mentioned above, there's a wide variety of general stock throughout the store.

I really like big w at seaford and noarlunga especially more so now that my ex sister-in-law doesn't work there anymore.i didn't like Anna regan at all she was very rude to her customers and staff I am got so glad that she has moved into state down here anymore but since she had moved the service at Big W at Seaford and the longer has been really good

I am from Darwin and our range is often quite disappointing. I was in absolute heaven shopping at SeafordBigW. We just decked the kids out in a 1 hour trip which would have been a 6 hour ordeal in Darwin attending many stores just to get what we needed. Great store, great range, a bit old and run down but still functional and easy to navigate.

I love big w especially I love their art suplies pencils crayons that I use for therapy artwork today I bought max factor mascara {♡☆the only one I use 40%offLegend that she is} and l'oreal age perfect face cream also 40%off eye cream serum and face cream in golden age rose because I am worth it w is for gypsy wish. xx ♡♧ heart club

Welcome always nice, found what I was looking for, tried on via supportive assistant. Picked the best fitting outfit. Assistant kindly took remaining outfits. Paid via Self Sevice. Exactly the service I like. Wish I had more selection in my size, hence the four star. Had to take a size too big as I needed outfit for tonight.

I love the store, but due to recent experiences I dont think I'll be able to shop there anymore, it's entirely due to one of the self serve check out people. She was an older woman and was so remarkably rude to my friend for wanting to use the self serve checkout. I simply don't feel comfortable shopping there anymore.

Couldnt find a nice el cheapo jumper that I liked this year Big W.. u slippin ! Had to go to harbourtown instead and grab something else from that store with the two nice gay guys. Thanks for letting me know the 2 for 40$ sale was actually more expensive than buying the items off sale seperatley, will come again..

Absolutely enjoyable today the lady on layby RENAE was so helpful and smiled and helped us return something and all the time we had a laugh but she was professional as well. Also the young boys on toys filling the shelves all said hello which if this is a new thing keep doing it made us feel welcome

It is a shame that Rachel is leaving her customer service is second to none she looks after the people that don't do technology without a problem and her suggestions are always the right ones so sorry she is going will be impossible to replace mike roberts

Was greeted at the door by a very happy employee. Needed to get some printer ink and was having trouble finding the right one and another lovely employee stopped and helped me find the correct numbered ink. The best experience in a long time. Thank you.

Can always find someone to help you, the staff seem to be knowledgeable in the items/area they are selling. The store is always clean & there is never really a wait time on checkout! With having serve & actual people serving at the same time.

The staff on Sunday the 26/03/23 around midday were really fantastic with smiles and greetings. Particular shout out to the lady working in the men's shoes who asked if I needed assistance. Had not had that kind of service in a long time.

If you buy anything at Big W and its not up to scratch they do everything to sort it out for you and offer your money back, ive had such a good experience with the staff at the Seaford store in SA i cant thank them enough.

Its not a huge store, but we don't have many department stores like this south of colonades. Big W and cheap as chips Seaford are both great options for people living around Seaford, Aldinga and areas in the far south.

Surprisingly easygoing today, thought it would be busy but not so , was able to get what I wanted and not wanted but still through it into the trolley got the Xmas shopping sorted, great day hassle free …

Nice shop. Great collection of goods. Staff friendly. Always some item to buy, no matter what it is. Baby clothes are beautiful. Wide choice in each section. Manchester has a big selection. Go visit and see.

Had to pay for same $5 photo twice and even after the second one, it was printed with a different colour to the first, and cut when I asked it not to be. Not happy.

Big W needs to come to Aldinga. Families need a kids clothing shop, photo lab/ electronics and sports equipment for this community.

My local Big W...love it...but turn the heating down please...always too hot in there..I'm in and out tho..cos it's just too warm.
