    "No BMO staff has any idea what they are doing-our mortgage almost got delayed because the lady kept procrastinating getting the papers ready, they said they lost our mortgage papers after that, trying to make a mortgage payment but apparently their mortgage team is not available (for over a month) so now I am behind multiple payments because they won't take it out, went into branch to get them to take it out and they didn't do it properly so we are still getting calls/texts/emails that we are overdue but if we call back to make payments they say they can't do anything"

Liars its been almost a week and no contact, went into branch and was told manager Zhen Wang will be calling me and never did! Absolutely disgusted with this customer service and the manager with absolutely no regard to call!! Will be contacting head office as well! And closing all businesses and personal accounts as well! I would give a zero if I could!"

Wish I could give them a 0. Pure incompetence. As an executor to an estate... Took 4 appts to set up a trust account because everytime I showed up they discovered new paperwork I needed. A 1hr appt took multiple days over nearly 2 months. When I first took over the accounts I had a 6 month wait to free up funds so I can pay the mortgage. They told me it would be frozen until tied up funds from investments were freed up. 4 months later they demanded payments on mortgage and threatened to forclose. When closing the accounts I was told to go to the bank. After an hour wait they did half of it then said they couldn't close it at the branch I was at. The lady at the main branch said I could. When I called her back 3hrs after the original call she said she didn't say that. Completely lied after I changed my plans that day to address the issue she had phoned me about. I have never seen such incompetence from a company of any sort in my life.

If you don't HAVE to come here, don't come here. Personal banking - slow, and ineffectual. Never enough tellers for service. No attendant for appointments. Uncomfortable and silent environmental. Business banking - unable to retrieve deposit slips. Problematic storage space. Never enough tellers. No business teller. No appointment attendant. This is an example of a facility that functions solely for the volume of the area - a ten minute drive in any direction will increase the quality you receive while reducing your personal costs in frustration. If you don't HAVE to come here, don't come here.

WASTED OF TIME !!! Had an account with them, and tried to open an account for my dad for the family bundle offer. So they set me up with this lady JULIANA Douglas. Talk about useless. She have no clue what I’m talking about. And told me that she don’t have enough time to set up an account for my dad. That’s right, she doesn’t have the time to open accounts for her clients. Cancel everything! And I will close my account very soon.

There are 3 employees who have made me a life long BMO client and been able olutley fabulous after my father passed away with all of my banking needs. Melissa Smethurst, Elham Majeed and the branch manager Susan have been so helpful, kind, friendly and absolutly amazing. They keep me coming back and if you come into the branch I recommend these ladies as 5 star service! ❤

Worst customer service experience ever. I waited for 20 minutes in line just to be greeted by Carla. She asked me what I wanted to need it and I could barely get 2 words out when she told me there is no such thing as that kind of help, And that I was told wrong by other staff. Honestly want to switch banks after dealing with Carla. Thanks again Carla

Very unprofessional and very rude staff with no courtesy for I am the victim and they are treating me like I'm the culprit in this situation,I been with bmo for 22 years and recently moved to Edmonton and its just been nothing but chaos for me and my babies .. I'm switching banks thanks to Londonderry staff

This place is a joke- they lack customer service to the point this place is a joke. They never pick up their phones for questions or anything. I would avoid this place and BMO in general at all costs. So much for supporting my local neighbourhood banking am I right?

Had been banking with BMO more than 10 years. I'm still not a fan to their work hours and availability of appointment scheduling. My recent visit to this branch was purly a waste of my time. Poor cusomer service, not recommending visiting this location.

poor customer service, was there this week and the chinese lady have no idea what she is doing, i had a hard time explaining her what i want, went to the other branch, right away got what i wanted… they need more training “i guess” zero star

Would give a 0, 2 tellers full line of seniors, should have full costumer service providing that most of your customers are seniors that have trouble waiting in line for so long. Do Better

Outside ATM, right side machines screen isn’t responsive to touch. Please fix. Also put posters of social distancing so that there would be one person at a time inside the room.

Slow, slow, slow. Not enough tellers at busy times, no business teller, no reception. It's a bank stores at the mall use but it does not seem l8ke they are prepared for it.
