Walked in to open up a new joint bank account along with a new credit card (not just any card but the World Elite Cashback with a pretty hefty annual fee) and had a very patronizing experience with Brian. Didn’t bother to explain any of the terms of the card or the benefits despite us having questions about it. We knew what we wanted and had already done our research, but still had lots of questions about certain things. Our questions were constantly cut off or brushed off and his questions were asked in an extremely patronizing and belittling manner. BMO’s customer service has greatly deteriorated over the last few years, so we will be closing all of our BMO accounts in the near future once we find a better alternative. Find a better bank - there’s lots out there.

What a joke for a financial institution. Illegally hold govt disability cheques. Charge 30 bucks a month to have me run around and cash cheques at the banks they are drawn on not being able to walk. And no Have had no nsf cheques period Literally good for nothing exe eot accepting direct deposits. And bothering me to transfer my business account? Sorry bmo I'll get better. Ive been with BMO since ive come to Canada 2010. I wasn’t pleased with their services until I met Hitesh Trivedi where he goes above and beyond to help his customers. Ive followed him from sherwood park branch to the present branch. He makes our banking life way easier. I take all my Friend and Family to BMO just so everyone can experience the same care and importance he gives. Thank you Hitesh!!
Manager Jinan is not very friendly to long term customers. Tried to tell me American coins weren't actual money!? While the teller was counting it, forced her to stop and refused to let me deposit it into my US account! Id love to be explained why I pay $10 a month for a useless service? I'm taking my business over to CIBC where they allow you to deposit US funds from the bank machine.
Google and maps both say this place is open until 5PM, but have not updated themselves. This has become a big upset for me, as I don’t have a working debit, and was told I was only able to get one in person. But now with COVID and your reduced hours there is no way for me to get one. BMO is trash, and don’t care for their customers, only their employees.
The customer service in this location is terrible. That being said, the Frontline staff here are great when they are present. They are consistently understaffed and I almost always wait in a line with one teller working. I'm sure someone else could help out, but it never happens. I honestly don't know why I continue to come here.
There was a lack of communication and follow up from this branch. I haven’t received any response from Nadeesha regarding their final decision for the line credit approval which is very disappointed. Whether it’s a Yes or No, I also need to know so that I can plan another plan.
Standing in line for about 25 mins now with about 20 customers waiting behind me and they have one teller open. Absolutely zero urgency to help customers. Terrible service and I will consider moving my funds elsewhere to avoid this inconvenience in the future.
Not happy with the service. I was told to call the customer service but in actuality it seems the representative I met at this bank branch should have helped with my card based issue. This person didnt even bother to look me up in the system.
This year, I have certainly seen a 180 degree change in the way this branch is being managed. Staff are thorough and professional, I like how prompt and knowledgeable they are about their products! Thank you guys, keep up the good work.
The branch manager was extremely professional and helpful and was able to delegate amazing staff to help with business and personal banking needs. Best bmo branch I’ve visited in years. Highly recommend with any services you may need
My husband's working out of town and has been trying phoning for the past week, and not once has anyone answered or called back...even after a voice message. Very disappointing when your unable to go there directly.
It was awful service, I'm not impressed with teller I ask her to do three things for me. She assumed on what I wanted her to do Never assume, until make sure what you wanted done right way.
I had an amazing experience with this branch. The customer service was outstanding I was so pleased dealing with the branch manager. I was very impressed with the service he provided me.
Worst Bmo branch.. Not going back, they want you to book appointment for even simple transactions. Tellers have no clue about services. Avoid this branch if you wanna save your time
They know it’s Friday and it will be busy. Why not add more tellers. Ridiculous. Please do better. For the amount you make, you can have better service.
Really bad experience I will try to deposit money in there drive through machine and it will stuck 10 to now no response really bad customer service
