This is my first time to open a credit card and set up checking and saving account in Canada. Although my MasterCard was not delivered to my location correctly for the first time (this may be due to the inaccurate address I gave), I succeeded in getting all the cards with the help of Piyush! Thank you very much:p
I had a great experience in this branch. My wallet was stolen around campus, with lots of unauthorized transactions. This was my first time deal with this situation. Piyush not only helped me with the investigation report patiently, he also did all the follow ups. Really appreciate his help. Thanks Piyush :)!
The branch appears to be unresponsive to voice-messages, and it is particularly annoying to have the automated system tell you they are busy with other clients and they will return your call. The system is set up in a manner that simply delays your calls and discourages telephone communication.
This banks decision to close access to the ATM at 5pm has eliminated any chance of using this branch for me. A helpful sign on the locked door recommends that I can pop on down a mere 64 blocks, to a branch that has a drive through ATM. Thanks for nothing! 5pm is ridiculous and unacceptable!

They do not answer the telephone calls. If you call them, you will only get an answering machine. The answering machine asks for your name and telephone to return the call. However, they do not return the call.

Website says your ATM is open 6:00AM to 11:00PM. I showed up and found the doors locked. Either honour the hours on your own website or change them.
