I visited this place twice, the first time it was okk although I was skeptic upon leaving and was not super pleased with service. The second time a few days ago I took another chance and took my 4 small daughters for fun manicures and a pedicure for myself. Unfortunately I left so upset I will not return. Coming from America I love a good manicure and pedicure firstly upon arriving the staff seemed really nice , but the girl who would be doing my daughters nails looked so inexperienced she actually started painting the girls nails right away without even taking their old chipped polishes off “BOG no no” I was shocked I quickly told another staff that this is no acceptable so she told the staff girl to please remove the polish and start over properly at the actual manicure table. Once at the manicure table my girls received nothing except washed hands. Not lotion no massage no cuticle treatment I was very displeased and the polished was also very sloppy sadly. I the proceeded to wait now for my pedicure Subhanallah which took them two hours almost before starting my feet. The hot water that my feet were soaking in literally turned cold before they started which was very uncomfortable. The staff did NOT have the proper professional working untesils for a good pedicure and I am not sure if the utensils they did use were even sterilized by the looks of them. The last straw for me when my pedicure was finally finished the young inexperienced staff girl tried to give me the plastic slippers that were clearly worn and dirty before I arrived I asked her to please give me a new pair out of plastic and she then did and apologized. Over all it looks like a beautiful salon when you first walk in be they are very unorganized, untrained with proper manicure and pedicures procedures and I also question the cleanliness of the manicure and pedicure station unfortunately I will not be returning and I do not recommend . I honestly believe that maybe mostly friends and family of the salon gives it high reviews because the expectations with reality of services both times I visited were not good at all. I don’t believe the girl who did my daughters nails even has a certification to professional do the services she just looked liked someone’s niece who they got to help out last minute Subhanallah

This was the third time I came to this place for a haircut and blow dry. The first two times were ok. But this time I was disappointed. I arrived on a weekday around 19h, i was asked if I had preference for a lady or man to cut my hair. I said no preference. A lady took me to a separate individual room, sat me on the chair and told me she would use the babyliss to straighten my hair and then cut straight. I was surprised how she decided to do this without even asking me how do I want to cut my hair in specific. I was so surprised... and asked her : "but you will wash my hair, right?!", she said "no... your hair is clean"... I had to insist and tell her that I really wanted to wash my hair before being cut (I never heard about this way of cutting hair without washing first!). She then called a guy to come to wash my hair, the water was cold I asked him if there isn't hot water. He left the room and came back telling me that there isn't hot water. I was again very surprised! (Never happened to me before, specially a place like this one that looks very fancy and above the average in terms of price). The same lady came to cut my hair, she started brushing my long hair, but didn't even do it properly and started drying my hair. I stopped her and told her I didn't want my hair to be cut straight but in layers. I was again surprised, how can someone just assume what I want to do with my hair!!!!! Well, she then started cutting my hair the way I wanted, finally!! But my hair was very tangled ! Again, I was surprised how can someone cut hair without even brushing properly!! I asked the lady who was cutting my hair why there wasn't hot water she said it was in purpose, because the cold water has a "massage effect and help with blood flow"! I got the impression that was just an excuse for the lack of hot water. At the end. The hair cut was ok... but I don't feel the job was done properly and at the end I paid 600egp (more expensive than the last time I went)!!! I'm not coming back. It is a shame because I live nearby and the location is so convenient for me.

Arrived without appointment on a sunday afternoon. I was greeted and given access to the manicure/pedicure area. I was surprised that the therapist wouldn't use any mask when I was facing her with one. Manicure was okay, I had to ask for an extra layer as the covering wasn't even. The therapist rushed her way out. I was left at the drying station without any instruction regarding time. I stayed approx 10 min before deciding to leave on my own. Unfortunately my nails were not dry enough. Shampoo and blow dry was fast and efficient. Still no mask but I wish to send a big thanks to that young man who was really trying to communicate even with the language barrier. Overall the studio is stunning, modern, classy. The ambiance is a bit odd. When I arrived they were playing the whole Julio Iglesias discography (lord, that's depressing). They stopped the music for over 10 minutes before playing some american pop music. The staff at the entrance (hijabi lady) was really sweet and attentive. Prices are high, your paying for the upscale ambiance. Overall I think your experience will depend on who is taking care of you.

The worst possible spa experience for both nails and hair removal. The work was rushed, staff was rough in handling me & my friend as they were clearly in a rush to finish. They were unorganised, the spaces were wildly unhygienic and the reception lady was very rude. No one was wearing a mask and various staff members were clearly showing symptoms. 3 of my fingers bled a significant amount from the violent cuticle pushing and I am seriously worried about infection. If this is how they handled me they clearly have other people bleeding all over equipment which I doubt they sterilise. They are also incredibly overpriced for the quality of work given. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

روحت اصبغ شعري عندهم الشعر الابيض مالقطش لون والجذور افتحت جداً والشعر من تحت فضل غامق !! ولما اعترضت قعدوا يقولوا هنصلحه وعادي بس معلش اصل البنت اللي بتعمل الصبغه هتطلع اجازة ولما ترجع تبقى تصلحهولك ..وللاسف دفعت ١٦٠٠ جنيه معرفش على ايه بصراحة !!! وقعدت حوالي اسبوعين كل ما اكلمهم يقولوا مارجعتش ويتهربوا لحد ما قولتلهم انا جايه ولازم تصلحوه ودي مشكلتكم وفعلاً روحت ولاقيت البنت موجوده عادي جداً وغمقت الشعر اللي فوق عشان الابيض يلقط وخلت شعري كله غامق تقريبا رجعته للونه الاصلي ولا استفدت اي حاجة فلوس واترمت عالارض ..وهما عاملين فاهمين وهما مش فاهمين اي حاجة منظر عالفاضي والله وحرام عليهم اللي بيعملوه ده وانا مش مسامحة حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

I walked in without appointment fir hair colour cut treatment and blow wave. Henry hairdresser was awesome he listened and I understood exactly what I what but the results were beyond my expectations. The colour was amazing and so was the cut although shorter than what l wanted. He is a pro and I’ll definitely return and highly recommend, my only concern was the fees little over priced I was charged for brushing which didn’t understand why, and used ladies room and while the place was clean and quite the toilets were disgusting. Aside from that the place is decent with great service.

It was a spa treatment: A heavenly, beautiful treatment. I don't have a bath at home and I have a stressful job so I treated myself today. The treatment starts with a steam, exfoliate, steam, cream, steam, sugar scrub and more steam. Then the jacuzzi bath where you float into your own head space. My skin feels soft and supple. I feel light and peaceful. Emma was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this spa.

I dont recommend this for women of hayyah. Men mixed with women here shamelessly. No privacy for women who dont want to be seen by men. They let the cleaning man come in as i was getting mani/pedi with my niqab off. and the person who did my mani pedi didnt know what she was doing. I was polite and still left her a good tip because she tried her best i guess but that was my first and last visit.

Fine but not professional and clean enough. I did body waxing and eyebrow threading with Omneya, she was friendly and accepted my last-minute booking, but I had an unpleasant smell all over my skin and face probably from her hands. I was disappointed when unlike my explicit request she over-thinned my eyebrows. Fair experience but won't come back
