There are only 1 to 2 tellers on even at peak times. The line is usually to the door making the wait at least 30 minutes everytime I’m there. The tellers are polite but clearly understaffed. What really upset me though was one time I came in close to five (closing) and the place was packed to the door. When people we’re complaining to the associate or manager about the wait she had no apologies or solutions (your job should be customer service) and instead put the blame on us for all coming at 5. Most people are not available before five due to work so I don’t see why you wouldn’t anticipate this and try to have more staff. There was a group of 4 employees standing around by the tellers just talking to each other. No one could have jumped in? This location only cares about keeping labor costs low and not at all about the customer. They also locked the door promptly at five (which I somewhat understand) but a man tried to get in one minute after closing because the atm took his card and they refused to help him! They then went on to yet again complain about the customers wanting to use the service near closing and thought it was insane he would have even asked for help. I am definitely changing banks and if you haven’t already I suggest you do the same. I also no longer use the atm service after it miscounted my deposit, gave it back partially in torn bills that it shot into the air making me have to run out of my car to attempt to collect them all. An online deposit also took 3 weeks and whenever people complain about waiting in line all the employees say is that you should use online banking.

My husband got his taxes yesterday and when going to this specific bank they being the manager and Gm placed a hold on his account for 888,888.88$ after asking my husband where he got his money from and telling him to leave cause they will not service him and when it’s none of there business after calling around they proceeded to tell him there’s no hold they money from our taxes is still processing when they froze it at 10:53 and we got our taxes at 12am on 3/2/22 we finally got a hold of someone in customer service who told us it was the manger from this bank location

To be honest I HATE Bank of America !! BUT TODAY I was helped by one of the most amazing managers ever.. Daniel is the manager at the N rainbow location in Vegas && I appreciated him LISTENING to my concerns, sometimes that’s all we ask is to be heard.. I came in feeling anxious that I would leave more irritated than I arrived but ended up Happy.. THANK YOU TO DANIEL && another young man that’s in loans.. super polite !!

There is always a line out the door, and only 1 teller. Why ALWAYS 1 teller?! Branch manager puts around and asks if you filled out your deposit slip, but will under no circumstance jump in the booth to move the line. Plus the ATMs don't always work, they've eaten a check or two of mine. If you can, go to another location. The one on Durango is WAYYY better, more tellers, cleaner, and won't be in line for 20 mins.

I’ve been to this branch twice. The first time it smelt like body odor and was packed like sardines. Didn’t get help. Today, I came in for business fraud charges. I was told they could do nothing about it but provide me a phone number to call. Fine. After that they left me waiting on that phone number for so long I just left. Complete waste of time, gas, and energy. Choose ANY other branch.

Location is convenient. The ATM is slow and poorly maintained. I cannot recommend banking with BoA. There's no incentive to bank with them. Any hole in the wall credit union or corporate bank beats them. They have predatory lending rates and low interest rates on savings accounts. The only benefit to banking with them is BoA is everywhere, like a viral infection.

The above review has got to be a joke. This location consistently has LENGTHY lines and wait times. The bank manager, Serena is unprofessional and rude. On my last visit there were over 12 ppl in line with one teller and one teller for business accounts. This is a typical day at this location. The teller's are hard working and helpful

Horrible experience. Waited for half hour with only one teller, and another one sitting at a teller window staring a computer screen. There were at least a dozen people in line. You can tell the tellers don't give a crap about their customers. I would never have a personal account with them, I had to be there for work.

I called the branch 5 times to know if they could help me wire money I know it can be done online but not when your buying a house and need to put a down payment the last couple times I went they said they didn't have anybody to wire the money so what is the point of having a bank at a "convenient location" ?

Bryan helped me set up an account, he was very helpful and kind. He didn’t waste my time and no problems occurred. They were offering water to people and seemed to genuinely care about everyone in the building. I have nothing to complain about :)! I’d definitely go back if I need help in the future.

This branch has one banker Valerie who is outstanding. She listens and acts on your behalf. She has helped immensely over the years with different issues my mother and I and always we remember us when we came in. If you have any business you need to conduct, I truly hope she helps you!

Came in here today to simply cash a check I have been standing in line for about 20 minutes only and last person in line. A woman walked in after me the teller left out to help her and left me standing here what great customer service you all have here. I hate banks especially this one

Horrible service in my opinion. Notary is never available and the employee in the front is an absolute idiot. She requested to see my documents to “make sure there was a notary block.” Unbelievable...why would I go in requesting a notary if there was nothing to be notarized...

Very true they have long lines. However the branch’s customer service is really good. Maybe they have long lines because they are so nice. Full disclosure: I have no relation to any Bank of America employees or company management. This is just my own humble opinion

If you only have one teller open and you're talking to people about home loans open 2 more windows if that's your whole thing is on trying to push people to get loans!! We come in thr morning to do depositswe have businesses to run also!!

The wait here is always too long. They only have one or two tellers, and there's a line of people. Guess someone is sick. BofA is really lacking lately and I have been with them for meant years, personal and business accounts.
