THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH FROM THE LOCAL BRANCH ON CHARLESTON TO CORPORATE. SOME OF THE TELLERS ARE GREAT BUT THERE ARE A FEW , (IT SEEMS LIKE I ALWAYS GET THOSE ONES)THAT DO NOT CARE ONE IOTA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS, AND INSTEAD OF HELPING GIVE YOU A BLANK LOOK AND SAY " SO SORRY YOU FEEL THIS WAY I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE " AND THATS IT. PERIOD. NO TRYING TO HELP FIX WHAT EVER ISSUE IS THE PROBLEM NO EMPATHY AT ALL JUST A SARCASTIC LOOK, LIKE THEY ARE CONTENT WITH PUTTING UP ROAD BLOCKS ON WHATEVER IT IS YOU ARE TRYING TO DO... AND THE MANAGER THERE, WHO I DONT EVEN KNOW IF SHE WAS ACTUALLY THE MANAGER .... SHE WAS THE WORST ONE OF THEM ALL I SPOKE TO HER ON THE PHONE AND SHE COULD CARE LESS . NOT ONLY THAT I CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER AND THEY WERE AS BAD AS THE MANAGER,,, GET THIS I SAID I WANT TO POST A FORMAL COMPLAINT. THE GUY SAYS OK I HAVE TO TRANSFER YOU TO THE DEPT. SO I AM ALREADY UPSET .. I WAS ON HOLD FOR 7 MINUTES . AND THEN THEY WERE SO UNHELPFUL I WAS ACTUALLY TOLD THAT EACH BRANCH HAS THIER OWN POLICIES SO THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS DEPOSIT SOME MONEY, IT SEEMS LIKE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS FROM ANYBODY OTHER THAN THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. NOT WITHDRAWALS BUT DEPOSIT ...YOU MUST USE A CHECK, THEN THEY HOLD THE CHECK AND THE FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE . SO AGAIN YOU CANNOT SEND SOMEONE TO DEPOSIT CASH AT THE CHARLESTON LOCATION AS IT IS AGAINST THAT BRANCHES POLICY. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE .

I went a couple of months ago and I witness an incident where the banker and the guard gave this young man a hard time when he just asked for assistance. It was around December. On Saturday a similar issue occurred but with another person. As soon as I witnessed that i left I will be closing all accounts business and personal. This branch is a joke tellers will be disrespectful and they like to inform other customers of the issue they had with other people. Not to mentioned the person who they had an issue with was harassed and they said they could not complain since they aren’t legal and that they will make sure they close their account if he was to complaint to a higher up… This company is disgusting and corporate should be aware of this and shut this location down there’s no bank manager at all or they can’t control their employees. Would not be surprised if they get sued. However if you guys are looking for a bank I highly advice to look elsewhere.

My brother, a disabled vet on a walker, had an appt. with Wells Fargo at the 1700 E Charleston location at noon. We were 17 minutes late, I did not realize how difficult it was for him to get into the car and walk the short distance he had too. The banker told us because we were late; she was with her 1:00 appointment; and she could not see him. We tried to explain and told her we would wait but she announced she could not guarantee us that we would be seen at all the entire afternoon. My brother could have been seen at the 1:00 appointment she was already seeing at 12:00, however, she was adamant she could not guarantee that he would be seen at all that afternoon. I've already called the bank manager and I am thinking of filing a disability violation, ADA. I'm also posting on Yelp and Next Door Neighbor and with my business coalition group. And I am trying very hard to persuade him to go to Bank of America instead of Wells Fargo..Ann E Lowery

OYEAH THEY WERE KIND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I CAME THERE FOR THE WEATHER FOR MY HEALTH THAT WAS GOOD ENOUGH LOL. CUS EYE CANDY EYE CANDY ALWAYS A WINNER...AND HAD I STAYED I MITE OF ASKED A BAB OR TWO OUT FOR DINNER...AINT PLAYN IT WOULDA BEEN OWN...UM FROM THE ENGLISH D" AKA DETROIT HOMES... AND I NO HOW TO ROMANCE THE STONE...HEAR ME BRO...BUT GENTLEMAN LIKE THO...IN AFTER WE EAT...UMA TREAT HER TO FRESH FLOWERS ON HER JOB NOT ONCE BUT ERRY WEEK...NOW YAW SEE OWN BE HALF STEPPEN AT ALL...AND WHEN UM FILLEN A WOMAN I PUT HER ON A PEDESTAL AND CHERISH THE HELL OUTTA HER YALL...LOL MAYBE I'LL ROLL THRU AGAIN..WINK A FEW TIMES IN MAKE A FRIEND...IF NOT THAT I'LL SHOW YOU A SEXY GRINN....LOL HAPPY NEW YEARS :)

After being unable to call this bank directly, I made an appointment a week in advance with the wells Fargo employee who picks up when a bank doesn't. She assured me I had an appointment and that she had explained what I needed. I showed up at the bank at the appointed time only to be told they had no record of the appointment. This was simply to verify bank statements I had already printed out myself. A very quick task. Ultimately I received a short , 10 minute appointment and a form letter. Not what I needed. I only hope that this flimsy form letter will be enough. Wells Fargo consistently lays blame on the customer. This, after 30 years of banking with them. Sheesh.

I'd give a five star if it were not for that rude lady outside being rude to all the customers, from the beginning she was very rude and aggressive I overheard her mumbling to a the security guard how she was having a bad day and just "wanted to go off on someone." that wasn't more apparent than when I forgot to withdraw money from my account so I return, this time to the atm and there she was to harass me saying, "what now"? She may have had a rude customer I heard her say it but she does not need to take her anger out on people minding their own business that are there to make a quick transaction. This was approximately around 4 PM

Muy mal servicio nunca te pueden ayudar, hoy fui a cambiar mi cheke y la señora que me atendió me dijo que no me lo podía cambiar por qué no había saldo en mi cuenta y que el cheke era de bank de America siempre cambió mis cheeks de mi trabajo en Wells Fargo por qué con ustedes tengo mi cuenta, es la tercera vez que los visito y las tres veses me han echo lo mismo por eso siempre voy al de charlestón y lamb pero hoy pase a este por qué me quedo de pasada y si perdí más de me día hora de tiempo haciendo línea en el drive tru para que no me pudieran ayudar muy mal servicio y la señora que me atendió fatal modo que tiene

I hate his branch. I use to come here twice a week because it was the closest to my business. Now i do everything i can to avoid it. Out of every Wells Fargo branch in the city, they are the only ones that make you stand in front of the counter for the whole transaction. Usually my business deposits take 30 to 45 minutes. Every other branch let’s you sit down, some even offer you water. I made the mistake today to visit them even though it has been years since i had. Never again. The best Wells is on rancho and Cheyenne, the one at flamingo and 215, then village circle.

I was scammed when I deposited a $3,000 fraudulent check scheme and customer service could do little to help me get my money back except file a fraud report. They did not warn me that there were internet check scams going around and they blamed me for being gullible and naive. I have closed my accounts with WFB and opened up a new account with BofA in Las Vegas Nevada. I refuse to bank with Wells Fargo now or ever again in the future. They have separate standards for customers who are low income and poor.

Worst bank in Branch ever I brought in a driver's license and a birth certificate for secondary ID they refuse to cash the check even though my company uses them they said that a birth certificate a government issued form of ID was not good enough and I should get something like a Sam's card what a joke I wonder which one's easier to forge a Sam's card or a birth certificate they couldn't even justify what they were saying with the straight face

Fui a abrir una cuenta de Negocios el 07/06/2021, pero tuve a mi nieta conmigo en la cita y empezo a sentirse mal y vomitar. I was in there to cash a check, I was on the phone with my aunt, and a worker came up to me and asked "what are you doing?" I said " I'm on the phone " he asked with who I said "none of your damn business " he asked "what are you doing here"? I said "to cash a check" he said "let me see the check" I responded with "go f*** yourself". Who the hell do they think they are to talk to a customer like that?! Where do they get off acting like that!?

I came in to close my safety deposit box and I am told I need to make an appointment. Wasted trip. I then make an appointment. A week from then was the next available time. In the meantime I'm spammed with reminders. When I show up they are unaware of the appointment. The lobby is empty with employees eating lunch and chit chatting. After waiting 45 minutes it took 2 minutes to close my box which could have been done on my first visit.

I came to this bank and I’m been waiting for 25 minutes then when was my turn for her to do my transaction I have to wait another 7 to 8 minutes because of them. This is a waste of time and her name alma the manager is not doing her job well I don’t recommend this branch this location. Please don’t go they are seven windows, and only two Tellers

Reviews are true . This the slowest Wells Fargo ever . The tellers do not have any sense of urgency , inside or drive thru . The drive thru takes minimum 15 minutes per car. . Updated Dec 2023: they really do not care if you wait , and will have one teller open when you see 3 people behind the counter .

Worst drivethru bank experience. "Karina" is rude and slow. The lines inside the bank are long because everyone avoids dealing with the drivethru. I USE TO do business here every month, but Im gunna change that up. If you absolutely have to bank here, go inside.

Service was slow, counted 8 people waiting on 1 regular teller. And merchant teller took 18 minutes with one client. Customer service, efficiency and communication seem to be an area of opportunity for this location.

Take the extra 5 or 10 minutes to drive to another location. The tellers here are the rudest I’ve ever had at a Wells Fargo and also the SLOWEST ! took me 30 minutes to do one thing. Never again !

Waiting in line OUTSIDE to make deposit since 11:15 am. Security comes out at 11:55 am, 5 minutes before bank's closing time and says not accepting anymore people. In disbelief
