Was a walk in one morning to do a wire. Gentleman in the front said it will take around 30 min plus minus 10. After 45 min I came to talk to a lady at the time and asked how much longer it would take, I had my zoom meeting coming up in 30 min so wanted to know what my time frame was. She looks at my name on a sticky note ( not in the system, because I know BOA will send you the survey after) and says to me ( like she was there when I walked in) like we always say to our clients, it will take at least 30 min but we don’t know when will get back to you. So I set back down, then the guy that was there before me says, it’s always here like this.. I have been sitting for 1,5 hours sometimes I come and sit for 2 hours. How do you expect to get seen so soon? And I told him that it’s not normal. I have not been to this location but any other one that I go to they always say correct time or they make you an appointment. Then I saw one worker that was sitting in his office go out and get his charger out of his car. And all of them just chilling. So I asked another lady who was the manager, and she pointed at the lady in front. That was The MANAGER ♀️ I was in shock. I said I can’t believe you treating people like this. This is not BOA. Customer service is always on point. I said I don’t want to do business with this location and I will notify the corporate. She gladly gave me her card and said here is my name if you need it. So I went to my regular location. They met me with a smile and said : “We are busy at the moment but we can see you in two hours. Also do you know you can do wire online from your computer? “ I said no I didn’t so they send me instructions and said they would love to help if I had any questions. This is what I’m used to when banking with BOA not some attitude manager, that has no idea of culture of BOA. Writing here, so maybe you can read while you sitting and waiting in that location. Also not surprised on the ratings here.
At this location right now. When I arrived check in person for customer service people was not in the waiting area. He didn’t reappear for 15 minutes then was able to “check me in” after several people with appointments went in front of me. Fine. B of A has gone to an appointment system and I forgot. Because I try to never come to the crowded locations by my house and I can handle most of my issues on line....I lost my debit card and needed a temp though so I braved the lack of parking and I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes to get a card. Mainly because I wasn’t checked in and a couple who were 10 minutes late for their appointment which was probably about a complicated banking issue were still prioritized over something that would take less than 5 minutes. I’m not sure if it’s a bank of America issue or if this particular problem is with this employees ability to use common sense to manage the flow of people. I would say I’m never going to this location again under any circumstances, but the platform person almost entirely redeemed this visit. There is a good chance I will schedule future appointments with her. Summary: if you can park and get past the inept gatekeeper, you might get great customer service.
Unfortunately, I found myself once again listening to employees of BofA publicly saying customers personal information as I was waiting in line. Aside from that somehow other customers documentation status was being stated and I personally find that inappropriate and offensive since every person regardless of status should be treated with respect. I am shocked that this is occurring in these locations. The manager in this location is also unaware of what privacy is because when I asked to speak to her in private about why I was there, she flat out had me state it in the waiting area! while a complete stranger was fully invested in my conversation with her. She is not competent to be in the position she is in. I was fortunate enough to speak to a gentleman that helped me figure out some information and turned my experience a little better. Overall I do not recommend doing business here. I truly hope that changes do come to this facility in the future.
I went to this bank to become a co-signer on my husbands business account and they told me I needed to go through our business and put myself as a second owner of the LLC first… and all these other complicated steps first. Putting myself as another member of the LLC would have changed my tax situation and been a big deal, however they refused us until we did this. We went down the street to a different Bank of America and they allowed me to be a co-signer and did it in about 10 minutes. If we listened to these tellers it would have totally complicated our taxes and been a very long process. They are uninformed.
Terrible experience from the time I arrived. Appointment time was 12:30. I was not seen until 12:45. I was given incorrect information through customer care. The legal team advised Ana Martinez. The branch manager Christan. Had the option to make an exception for my situation. She refused to apologizing does not resolve the reason for the meeting. Ana Martinez was also rude. Asking me "why would I leave". When I went to sit in the lobby. Then manually cancelled my appt. So I would not be able to leave feedback. Very disappointing worst experience. I have had in 5 years.
I am so frustrated with this and the other two locations near this one. Every weekend there is a line out the door with patrons trying to complete various transactions with only 2 tellers to fulfill those transactions. However, there are usually two other people standing around smiling and looking busy. Does Bank of America not care about their patrons or tellers for that matter. If I can recognize this trend, WHY CAN’T THE BRANCH MANAGERS SEE IT? Horrible customer service.
Very frustrated with this branch and the one near it. It doesn’t matter how many people are in line there will only be 1 to 2 tellers working at a time,(2) if your lucky. Sometimes the line is out the door and nothing is done to speed up the process. Also the drive thru is never open. It is ridiculous to have to wait 30 min or longer to make a single deposit. I would give it 0 starts but it won’t let me... please listen to your customers and add more employees!
Awful location. No drive through service and horribly long lines inside the branch. This is even during off hours on Monday through Friday. They really need to hire more bank tellers. I have not been able to find a Bank of America on this side of town that isn't an embarrassment which is leading me to consider switching banks.
Very worse branch. Every time when I visit this branch only one window is open and more than 15 customers are waiting in the line. I found worse management and worse branch manager in the location. BOA needs to do some thing to this branch other wise they will lose lot of customers.
Ivan helped me out on a busy Saturday morning. He was patient and was very clear with the products information. He is very knowledgeable at his job and the products offered. I would go to him for any questions about anything bank related. He definitely made the wait worth it.
I don’t even know why you make appointments on this place , you get there on time and don’t even help you after 45 min waiting. I did another appointment got there 8 min late and upset saying your appointment was 8 min ago ALWAYS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE on my appointments.

This is a horrible location they only have 2 people working, there is a manager “Cristian” she doesn’t even help when there’s a line out the door and her customer service is horrible. You legit need 45 min or more just to get to a window so someone can help you.
I am trying to withdraw money, but there is only 1 teller working at 9:30 am, and there are 5 people in line. I am told no other tellers available to work today! This branch has always been short staffed! Do not come here if you are in a hurry!!!
Really poor planning for driving up to the bank or outside teller. Too fe staff for an area that has a lot of customers. The outside ATM usually has several people waiting in line. Don't bother coming on the weekends unless you want to wait.
This Nolensville bank is a party game, there was no man in the line, he quickly went ahead, and one of the bank employees said, "Business line, if there is nothing to do, people will stand in line, this gentleman went ahead." …
This location doesn't have professional workers..... helping customers making an appointment can be helped with the front desk person not over the widow when there is a long long .... they are always short on staff and so so soooo rude!
If I could give no stars I would. Long lines, long wait. Some of the staff wasn't the friendliest, mainly the ones behind the counter. Wasn't helpful, was a complete waste of my time. I hated this place so much I had to write a review.

they said i need to wait 45mins for my service and i waited more than 1hr 30min and someone had an appointment at 1:50pm but they arrived 10min late and they served this person first and started waiting to continue
Agreed. This place is horrible. The staff will carry on personal conversations behind the counter while multiple people wait in line. You should plan to spend no less than 30 minutes inside, if you're lucky.
This is my first experience with Bank of America . As I had oppinement with ANNA . SHE was really very helpful , Best customer service I had . Thank you Anna and all your Team Member . You are all awesome.
Horrible...horrible...horrible. 13 people in line. 1 teller. 10 people in lobby waiting to see a personal banker. Instead of remodeling the lobby, they should offer a little more pay to fill teller spots.

Always a long wait. Only 1 or 2 of the 6 windows open every time with 3 or 4 supposedly upper management staff walking around in offices and not helping to move things along. Bank somewhere else.

I hardly ever spend more than 10 mins here and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I drive a little further to this location because it's way better than the one by me.
I hate that Bank of America constantly holds business checks that we receive, stating they aren’t sure if it will clear. This affects my business! I’m so sick of it!
We have used this branch for a few years and it’s been excellent. Specifically Christiana in the small business department. Easy to work with and very professional.
Terrible customer service. Expect long wait times, clientele is on the bottom scale and I think BoA staffed according to that. I made the mistake once,never again.

We were there for opening a new account with an appointment. Anakarina Martinez did an amazing job in helping me with the questions I had.
Appointment or no appointment you still have to wait, the whole purpose of having an appointment is so you dont have to wait for a while.
