This place has got to have some of the most rudest employees possible. Absolutely horrendous! Retail workers are more pleasant than these people I mean it’s ridiculous. No hello, goodbye. The guy working in front looked like he despised his job and did not smile not even once. I came in to exchange currency and he didn’t even listen to what I wanted and assumed I wanted cash in dollars. Unfortunately I will have to go back to receive my actual currency but never will I come back to this place of a bank. The manager didn’t even acknowledge me when I was speaking with her.

The staff at this bank has to be the rudest Bank staff I've ever seen. They have no reason to have attitudes. All people are trying to do is get their money situated, and get out and they're smart comments and eye rolling makes it a terrible customer service experience. It's one of the reasons why I will never bank with Bank of america. I will say there is one young lady there with a bun that sits at the business tell her booth and she actually has a smile on her face most of the time. And tries to be courteous. But she notices her co-workers attitudes as well.

If you're seeking to get robbed this is the place. Aside from the fact that the teller publicly announced a customer's bank account amount, she also made it clear to state the amount he was receiving. Some people are not competent enough to understand saftey. This is not the place to do business at. I truly hope that both customers that were there during my small visit are ok and safe. I can't imagine why a teller would do that and I hope it doesn't continue.

When I had an issue with my escro account on my mortage, and needed face to face attention, I went to my ( this ) branch. Even though they don't handle mortages at all, a lady bank manager took a great deal of her time, over several weeks, to get it taken care of. It was a most urgent situation and I simply cannot thank her enough. On a different note, the tellers need a bit more customer service training.

No one answers the phone in the location...they are RUDE. Kia the teller, if that is even her real name is one of the RUDEST. We have been banking with BOA of decades and have never been treated this way. Came to another location and they are appalled and apologizing for this branch. Don't waste your time coming and if you and the displeasure of meeting her, I would just leave. Disgusted

Stood in line over an hour while there were 5 other employees besides the one teller no one offered to help clear the line. I am still here at 4:38 and Alysha the ONLY TELLER is so sweet and professional. Seems like this is a frequent problem here. Alysha asked for help and the lady said she had to count down her drawer with 10 people still waiting

I went to Bank of America to do a new account with them, and I met mr. Ramy Farag he is a relationship banker. He was helping me to do the account he was so kind and friendly, I would like to thank him for all the help he did for me. Also I would like to recommend all my friends to go to him because he is so nice talking and helping people

Worst BofA !!! It takes me 45+ to deposit. Long lines, incompetent management, employees are walking around and not helping at all. One teller. ONE teller!!! This is always the case. Tell me we’re short staffed or something. I had to ask why. Unsatisfactory. BofA you have failed your client!!! I would give negative stars but I can’t.

I scheduled an appointment for 10am and I was skipped twice from those who arrived after me. Very frustrating and I also recieved a call to make sure I was coming before hand and so that I didn't have to wait in line, well......I waited 30 mins before being seen.

I came on a Friday afternoon and the place was packed. There were employees everywhere, but only one working the teller. Everyone in line was obviously growing frustrated and the employees just kept walking around not doing anything. Very annoying.
