Second thing for the person who says that they don't speak English anyway if that you look like you don't speak English before you make a judgment on people's profile some of them are bilingual and trilingual and for the people I know in that branch most of them are bilingual, so that's impossible that they weren't speaking in English in a branch in the US "

I had a disappointing experience at the bank when using their ATM. After the machine took my debit card, I went inside to seek help. Unfortunately, the associate I spoke with was unhelpful and rude. They informed me that they were aware of the ATM issues, but couldn't assist me with retrieving my card or issuing a replacement. Instead, I was told to contact customer service on my own. I was frustrated that the associate didn't make any effort to assist me or offer a solution to my problem. Overall, this poor customer service experience has left me hesitant to return to the bank.

I’m mixed about this review. Veronica was absolutely wonderful to work with (5 stars to her). The other staff don’t seem to mind making you wait an hour while they make personal phone calls and text from their desks. When I set up my account online, they seemed dumbfounded that I wouldn’t open it in a branch. It took an hour (my entire lunch break) to simply get a direct deposit form my first visit. Once again, Veronica is wonderful... the rest need to step it up.

I must not be speaking loud enough when I tell them "No, I don't want to open a checking account." I'm simply cashing hand written checks here until my direct deposit with my own bank is set up. I can only cash them here as they're bank of America checks. When I say no, they still persist. Every single time. Subhanallah I didn't know it was possible to be this stubborn. Let's not get started on the lines and how badly understaffed they are.
I hate this bank soooooooo much. I only come here because it is close to my house. I come one day they have no temporary cards. I come the next day and have to wait over an hour. Everytime I come here there's no one here and the people that are supposed to be working are just walking around. This made me so late for work I wish they used a brand new staff for this location. Except for the girl in the first cubicle. This
Worst branch ever. I finally get to the drive up window and send a ck for deposit. The teller ask if I want cash back, which I noted on the deposit slip, then tells me it will be a 10-15 minute wait because they have a line inside. Something like this happens every visit. Not sure if I'm more upset about being told 10-15 min or the fact that I can't give them 0 stars. Worst branch ever. Never coming back.
Call it the graveyard of banking. One guy works, the rest walk around. The worst of them is the manager, he leads the walking marches, good at it. Around 10 of them and four of us...waiting game. The one working gentleman is very nice though. 05.18.19... I wish I could give five separate stars to the two young ladies making the difference here. I can still see some of the marching bands here
Subpar service. The body language from other three people in the background was distant and closed. The one teller working was doing her best in handling the long line on her own. The other 3 people in the background were just doing busy work. Like gathering trash and stacking items neatly back in place. Just to make eye contact with everyone in line briefly and then look away.
Terrible Bank, they have one teller working "Neven" slow as sh**t, 3 personal bankers texting doing nothing and they had to pull one of the tellers to lobby lead where instead she could of helped the line which was over 20 people and let those idiots that are texting maybe greeting and exploring if they could help anyone else in the line. No leadership what so ever!
I went to the bank to open an account, there I met with Ramy Farag. He made the process sooo easy, timeless and effortless. Guys anytime your visiting here ask for Ramy Farag! You wont regret it. Ramy farag helped me open a credit card today I came in to withdraw money and he told me a lot about credit and I decided to open one because he offered and I thought that was very nice and he also explained it very well. Worst branch of Bank of America ever employees speak Arabic to each other and then when it come to the customers they don't solved the problem... I went there because there was a hold on my card and they didn't recognize it. Then she ordered a new card for me and now I have the same problem with the new debit card
Staff was super nice and helpful when I first came in, I asked a couple of questions and I immediately received help for applying for a credit card. From all the branches of Bank of America I have been to, Ramy Fang customer service has been the best.. This man builds a relationship with his customers and ensure that they fully understand everything before going forward. I would recommend him to anyone, I am pretty sure they won’t regret it..

Rant Farag did a great job in explaining the importance of having a bank account and the difference between accounts and investments in myself as a young entrepreneur he is fantastic and has open my eyes to a new journey in saving and investing thank you Bank of America.
This has to be the the worst Bank of America long lines no staff the staff they have have are rude and don't want to help u very unprofessional under trained poor management it's in a bad area I would not recommend Bank of America to anyone go elsewhere.
Today I went to the bank and Ramy was an absolutely amazing help. I was getting my first credit card, and he was extremely helpful with advice and trying to teach me how to use a credit card correctly. He was patient and a nice experience for a newbie.
From out of town. Went here for a deposit verification form. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a representative who was very kind. I spent less than five minutes in the bank. If I lived in Nashville, this would be my preferred bank.

Understaffed and rude. Clearly the staff are not happy with the leadership. None have the courtesy to acknowledge your presence or apologize for the delay. The only location that's like this. The others are outstanding!

The lady serving at window 2 by July 25/18 was serving in a bad manner she doesn’t have any smile face and when the paper money smells she had extremely bad face. Anyways her customer service was zero
