Bad, bad customer service! I walked in to cash a check on 7/27/17 3:45 PM at this location, I provided the teller personal identification and my drivers license. Teller asked me for my signature, thumb print on the face of the check and then he walked back of house to see branch manager. The latter came out and refused to cash the check without a specific reason. I repeatedly questioned his denial and he refused to provide a reason other than 'the check account owner needs to appear in person with me to cash the check". After calling the check issuer and several attempts to try and convince him and prove the legitimacy of the check I then asked for his full contact information so we could later follow up. All he provided was his first name and general telephone number of the branch. If I owned and account with Bank of America I would close them down and move to a real customer friendly bank like Citibank or similar.

This place sucks! The lady sitting at the reception she is super rude and she does not answer you properly. People working here are really slow and they wasted a lot if my time. I was kept waiting for 1 hour for my documents to be faxed. There only two clerks working one of which was not accepting customers then I realized that he was waiting for someone who had appointment and she was 20 minutes late for her appointment!! He could have accepts a couple of customers in these 20 minutes instead of just sitting there. I think if you are late 20 minutes for your appointment then you have to wait for sometime! Last but not least! She said she validated my parking ticket but when exiting from the parking I had to pay for it! Horrible bank experience ever.

The worst experience I had in my life! Three people are working at the same time, only 2 customers in the building and nobody has TIME to print a simple direct deposit form! The service and professionalism is level zero! It's so unfortunate that this is the closest bank to where I live! A shame!

Went to BA today and received OUTSTANDING service, I was made to feel like a MILLION dollar customer. Vanessa, Manny & Steven were all so courteous, professional and just NICE. Steven assured me I was in the right place, Manny greeted me with such warmth and concern for my need and Vanessa, took out time to make sure I understood and answered al my questions. Although I had other choices to choose from, I am glad I chose BA.

Under-staffed, non-apologetic about the wait. It took 2 hours to open a checking account and deposit cash. Even though we're exisiting BoFA users, so running checks should've been quicker. Unimpressed by their services, considering they're in the financial district should be more proficient! Never stepping into this branch again if I can help it. Wasted so much time on a work day.

Bunch of time wasters, not bankers but comedians, lady tells me to wait for the banker because he’s in a meeting and then buddy comes out and tells me that he can’t help me right now because he has to go to another meeting, time is money so don’t waste me time. I personally worked at a financial institution and the way these people preform if a joke.

It has been a while since I walked into a bank due to the convenience technology serves, today I am very glad I did. Mr.Gil was most helpful in answering my questions. I walked in for a savings account and he opened my mind to other questions I had. I will definitely return to this branch in the future thank you Jairo Gil for assisting me!

I been coming to this bank once a week for the last 2 months also on different days. They always have one teller. 10 people in line and one teller. Reason why I'm closing my account with them after having it for some months. Theee worst. Credit Union here I come.

Every single time income in here there are at least 7 people in line and one representative, with another either assisting that one teller or walking back and forth not attending customers. Consistently wasting time at this branch.

Not a v busy location. Didn’t wait at all in Friday afternoon. Vanessa was really nice and helpful! Literally got my everything done in 15 mins. Thanks again for being so helpful!

Always slow. Regularly 15+ minutes to deposit one check. I’ve left the line and gave up multiple times. The doors are open but no signs of business.
