Worst branch ever. I opened business account here and now I highly regret it . I deposited check on Dec 31, waited 5 days and assuming it has been posted by that time, made 2 charges on the account. Got a mail from another bank saying that my payment didn't go through due to insufficient funds in the account. I asked my client if the check went through on his side, he said money was withdrawn on Jan, 2nd. He also told me that he has been contacted by this branch asking if that was a right check deposited on my account. So I called TD Bank, they said that this particular branch posted stop payment on the check and they can't do anything, and I have to contact this branch. I called the branch and ask to speak to my account specialist, they said he is no longer working there!!! It gets better - the lady on the phone told me that there is some "issues" with the check, which raised security concerns. On my question, what kind of issues, she suggested me to call main line to find out!!!! Liers!!!!!! I told her, that I already know that this is your branch who is responsible and asked her to speak to branch manager! She took my phone number and promised that the manager will call me back. It never happened this day. It never happened next day. I called back 2 days later, asked the same thing - talk to the manager, I was assured again that the manager will call me back. Never happened again. It has been 12 days after I deposited the check and it didn't go through. Money left my client's account on January 2nd, and it is January 11th now and it is still not deposited on my account. My CC company changed me for late paymet + return payment. And TD bank charged me overdraft fees 2 times for the transactions that never went through. Please avoid this branch at any costs!!!!!! Worst people to work with!!!!! Liers and thieves!!!!! I have 3 accounts with them and I will be closing all of them when I get back to Miami. Never ever will do business again with these crooks.

I drove 4 hours to come to this bank to deposit a $6,000 check as soon as I walked in they don’t even greet you. I ask about the parking situation cause it seem they don’t have parking as I was told by security to park in the front that I only have 5 minutes or my car can be towed, what I’m doing will take longer than that. I tell the 2 ladies in he counter once I go inside the bank about the situation they both have an I don’t want to be here attitude and on top of that they are really rude no customer service skills at all. Saying if I don’t find parking to look for one seriously? They talk like if they were talking to somebody in the hood what is that? What kind of service do you guys offer wow. They don’t wanted to help at all told me to wait for a customer service rep to sing in. As I go do that they star to talk bad about people this is unbelievable this 2 Spanish ladies need manera and costumer service training or if they don’t want to be here go look for another job is making you guys look bad and making me want to switch banks. I can’t bealive the service this bank have for people

No wonder they have 2 stars. Horrible customer service every time I come down ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING. 2 months ago something happened with the account I told her money was missing she insisted that no and that I wasnt looking correctly. About 3 weeks ago my employer stated the bank sent my direct deposit back. I came inside for a card and it’s always an issue no one was at the front desk. And when she finally came out she told me I had to wait because she was the only teller as If I wasn’t first in line and she couldn’t help me. She sent me to the “customer service” lady and the lady said she had people in “Q” mind y’all NO ONE WAS waiting THERE!!! Just be wasting people time.

This is a nice Bank, but unfortunately this branch has a Horrible staff! They're lazy, incompetent and uncaring... especially Nadia. I still don't understand how these type of employees continue to work with a horrible customer service. They need an immediate training, starting from the manager. If you want a good experience with this bank, avoid the Brickell office and go to South Beach at 500 Collins Ave. you may even park for free at the second floor... or go to Biscayne Blvd at 12620 Biscayne Blvd. If you go to South Beach, ask for Shirley... Best customer service ever..

It’s sad I can’t give negative starts. I went there for a simple wire transfer - of course in person, as this is mandatory. Checked in electronically, with reason „wire transfer“. Waited for 35 (!) mins. Then i went to the counter to ask how much longer (I do have a job). They said „oh we are sorry, system is down, no wire transfers today“. Everytime, literally every time they find something to make my life more difficult. Its slapstick. They should be sued for calling themselves „America‘s most convenient bank“ as they are literally the opposite. Will close my account

I used to love this branch, but wow so much has changed. I only come in to the branch when I really can't fix something on my own or via phone and I had about 3 things to resolved because the phone service has also declined. The customer service is terrible. Employees here have an attitude and if they're being forced to work here. Barely any willingness to help, monotone voice, rude, and I didn't feel helped at all. And a side note, the exchange rate to buy foreign currency is extremely high. NO HELP AT ALL.

For business needs this bank is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. It's always far too busy, understaffed with only one person able to handle business, and absurd waits. They will gladly have you take a seat for 2 hours only to tell you that they can't help you after you call several times to verify and ask in person before waiting. I would like to add that Paul Grant the Assistant Store Manager is extremely arrogant and loves to waste time of both yours and TD's

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited well over 1 hour to do a domestic wire transfer, because the tellers are incapable of performing such a simple task. Also previously dealt with super inconvenient issues (e.g. debit card randomly locked and had to unlock in person, waited 45 min+). I’d suggest everyone to take their business elsewhere, as I’m definitely doing so. Never appreciated how important customer service was until this point.

I just moved back to USA and Brickell is my nearest bank location. Customer service was terrible (not tellers!! Tellers are excellent). I made a deposit and was trying to replace my debit card. They wld keep asking me for my foreigh passport - after I gave them my US social security number and I thought it was the desk guy, but when I asked the manager, he was even worst. I can't understand how such a good bank can have such unhelpful staff running a bank.

Maybe it's me but if I show you my Florida ID. Valid Florida ID with my personal TD bank card, with my NAME on it. Then to be asked security question is mind blowing. The ATM doesnt ask any question. I dont appreciate being ask my social security number. This isn't the first time it happen. This is my money and I want it fast. I dont recommend this bank to anyone thinking on getting it. I'll be closing my account very soon.

I've been sitting here for over an hour just to get a tempray card because my card has been stolen. I keep asking the employees when someone will meet with me and their reply is always, "soon". There are 6 other people waiting for assistance. There is only one girl behind the counter processing deposits. Every single time I come here, the waiting time is ridiculous. This particular branch is ridiculous.

Nie będę oceniał negatywnie całego zespołu, bo część była miła a część paskudna w stosunku do mnie. Wcale nie byłem wymagający czy natrętny tylko chciałem załatwić swoje sprawy. Na moje szczęście, jedna z pań za ladą była przyjazna i pomocną a pan z obsługi klientów istniejących z kartami był uprzejmy i bardzo pomocny. Szybko udało mnie się załatwić sprawy.

I went to open a new account as an existing customer during my lunch break. I sat and waited for an hour without being attended to. The guy ahead of me left, bought food, came back, ate his food in the bank and still had to wait. I had to leave and go back to work without even talking with anyone. I will not be back to this branch.

Great location. Valet parking service in the back its free if you validate at the branch, or you will have to pay if you choose not keep up with service and leave like I did. If you walked there, water is provided for the puppies a at the entrance, in Miami this is a plus! Customer service unfortunately it’s far from good.

Horrible service at this bank. I had fraud on my account and every employee was too lazy to care. Not to mention customer service did all the claims wrong. Their fraud department is terrible. I have never had such a horrible bank in my life. New Year resolution is to close my account with TD and go back to a real bank.

Worst banking service ever. I have been waiting for 45 minutes and absolutely no progress, to say nothing of any semblance of customer service. Got to watch the manager fool around with his IPhone all that time. He didn't even have the common courtesy of introducing himself. Extremely disappointing.

There is nothing convenient about TD bank. They will make your life impossible if you ever try to transfer the funds out of your account to another bank. The staff is rude, they lie to you and lack training on the many rules and limits the bank imposes on your account. This branch is a disaster.

Waited 20 minutes for a teller. Made a significant deposit and then the machine timed out. An audit ensues and another 20 plus minutes wasted before it finally gets deposited into my account. “For America’s most convenient bank” this location is a major inconvenience.

Associates are very accommodating and nice people to work with. The waiting time for transactions can be anywhere from 0 to 20 minutes. The waiting time for wires and card replacement ranges from 5 to 35 minutes. The environment is friendly rather than formal.

Really good service. The attention was pleasant and fast. Vanesa and Chris solved my problems and clarified al my doubts in less than 30 minutes when I thought I was going to be there at least for an hour due to the things needed to be done. Great location.

I'm in line right now waiting for the teller, and sure enough, they let people skip the line if the customer is a pretty girl and the teller is a douche. Nice guy, but I had to verify a million times to prove it was me, I even had my passport with me.

It is 8:45 now on a Tuesday morning and this branch still closed!!! It supposed to open at 8:30. Still not open yet!!! 8:51. Never seen such thing. Finally in, not even an apologize!! And the attitude is. Well we are late!!! Unbelievable!!!

This branch is terrible, notably Paul Grant the assistant manager and his lack of customer service. The staff has no idea how to operate a branch and are defensive rather than providing customer service when they mess up your accounts.

Completely clueless management; took them 17 days to open a business account, and they misspelled the name of the corporation. Then they were unable to fix it for weeks. No telephone service to the bank, as well.

Should be called TD FEES since they’re so effin good at finding reasons to charge soooooo many fees to their customers. I closed all my accounts because of this and took my business to Citi instead ;)
