I had been to the Deerfoot Meadows location at an earlier date to scope out some ideas and product and Suneet (sony salesman) was quick to offer assistance. I had a few questions he answered and I told him I’d think about it. Upon returning a few days later in the attempt to find Suneet (because I told him I’d be back) He in fact, found me as I was perusing both visual and audio equipment. Once again, he was patient, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in explaining different items so I felt better informed to make a better decision. Sajin Mathew, worked out a fantastic price for the items I purchased, 65” TV, receiver, Bose surround sound system and a couple Sony speakers w/stands for my audio/stereo system. I ended up spending a bit more than I planned, however I am “extremely happy” with my purchase and look forward to the delivery and set-up (yay). I’ll leave a comment on delivery/setup upon completion. My shopping experience at this location was excellent and both guys were just overall awesome ! I had shopped around a bit in other audio/visual stores and on line and felt Best Buy offered the best product for the Best Buy! I wouldn’t hesitate to travel back to this location and I highly recommend these individuals if your looking for GREAT SERVICE. Thank you again!

Can't get a hold of anyone! I want to buy a $2000 phone from them. Try calling it says call customer service, call customer service they say nobody available but use the online chat, go to online chat and they are unavailable. can't try and reserve the phone on site because all of it wants to sign me up for an account! Covid or no covid answer your damn phones! Shame on you. Wasted half an hour for nothing. I am going to go buy the phone from somewhere else just because of this BS.

Incredible experience with Katie at Best Buy Mobile Southcentre Mall. She worked with me for over 2 hours to help find the best deal. She made the process fun & stress free. She got me a stellar deal! I had no idea this place existed. Go here and not directly to your carrier! This is the place to go! Great selection of phone cases, and was the only place out of multiple places I called that had the colour of iPhone 11 Pro I wanted (Gold). PS-Twee was awesome too

After going to the Koodo store and being told I would be charged a whole Lotta extra to get a new phone, I went upstairs to Best Buy. They were very accommodating, they informed me of all my choices which was very enlightening, They let me know of sales and discounts that I was eligible for, And we’re also able to keep me in my current contract. ( Koodo guy did not do this). I was very happy with the service and I walked out of there Happy with my phone.

Evan was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right phone, accessories, etc. Even when my 11 month old son was a little impatient Evan was very relaxed and made the experience great. I got an awesome deal too, saved over $200!! I should add today that I had a problem with my phone and Jeremy, the manager, was extremely helpful in getting me a solution. These guys kick ass.

I purchased an iphone7 from Best Buy Mobile tonight and was so pleased with the service that I received from Holden. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained the phone and suggested the best plan for the phone based on what our needs were. Very happy with the customer service that we received tonight.

The crew here were patient, thorough, and creative. After getting one phone here, I brought back a family member for a second phone. Evan and the team are flexible and understanding. I would return again (even though it's not close to our home).

Staff and manager were friendly, coordinating well to serve a high volume of customers on the Sunday of the Black Friday weekend. They did their best to find the best deal for my needs and were laying out the options for customers.

Spent a considerable amount of time with the sales person deciding what type of phone to buy, he was fairly helpful. I finally made my decision only for him to tell me they didn't have any, quite frustrating. I left with no phone
